Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Early morning, the sun still yet to rise above the horizon, light slowly beginning to peak as the time in which it would rise was coming upon the land. In the forest it was hard to tell other than the few rays that penetrated their way through the winding maze of trees all the way deep within to where Raku was currently standing. To most people, it was slightly chilly out this morning, and it would take a while before the sun would rise high enough to heat up the land around to make the air warmer; for a shinobi from Mist, the land which had it's fair share of cold, and which was now completely frozen over, this was nothing. Working up a sweat also helped with keeping warm; another day of training was what Raku needed this day. Still adjusting to living in this new country, he kept to himself most of the time, and as such he trained by himself so the forest was the perfect secluded place for him to be alone and train as hard as he wanted with no interruptions for other people or shinobi. The forest was also a pretty quiet place, but due to such, the sound of Raku's deep breathing while training and working out could be heard from a little bit of a distance. Down on the ground, he was currently doing pushup, going for some endurance training. Finishing up, sweat dripping off his face as he stood up taking a few deep breaths after such a long set.

Raku stood there his long orange hair tied back behind his head, his bangs left alone, strands over the front of his face a bit, hanging, as he reached his hand up to his face, brushing the hair back over his head and out of the way of his face. Wearing only a black tank-top, and a pair of black cargo pants, his gear set aside by the base of the tree he stood near, as he turned to face the tree preparing himself. After taking a deep breath, he began molding the chakra in his body down to the bottom of his feet. Stepping back a few steps, Raku got a running start, heading straight for the tree, he quickly ran up the trunk of the tall towering tree up to the nearest branch which could sustain his body weight, plus the weights he had put on his arms before going up the tree. Sitting down on the branch, he wrapped his legs slightly under it to grip it with them to keep himself up there. Taking another breath, Raku leaned backwards, letting his body fall backwards, but keeping hold with his legs, as he hung off the branch by his legs, his upper body just dangling below as he looked down, the heights a little far for his own liking, but a shinobi couldn't give into something as silly as a fear of heights, it's something Raku had gotten over at a young age with much practice facing his fears. Lifting up his heavy arms, he crossed them across his chest, and began lifting his upper body up, his chest reaching up to his thighs, pressing his arms against the thighs, a more difficult version of a situp, high up in the tree, hanging off a branch for dear life, he continued to do this motion, lifting up his upper body and then slowly letting himself back down to the hanging position. Making sure he kept breathing properly, he continued this exercise for quite a while, working up more of a sweat, as it dripped down below from his forehead. After he finished, he jumped down, rolling forward as he reach the ground so to not break any bones from such a high fall.

As he stopped on the ground, he stood back up and walked back towards the tree, placing a hand against the trunk, as he leaned on it looking down for a moment. He turned his body, back to the tree, leaning back into it, resting his body against it, as he slid down, sitting himself onto the ground against the tree, knees bent upward as he sat there, placing and arm on each knee and resting his hands against his head as he sat there taking a breather from working out. These last few exercises were more of a come down from the training he had been doing all morning. Taking a moment, he took the weights off of each arm in order to give them a break from the training, moving them a little bit, it felt like he didn't even have arms due to the weightlessness after all the training and working out. Moving forward, Raku laid out his body, laying down on the ground beneath the tree beside his things, he just wanted to lay there for a bit and feel the nature around him in the quiet of this random spot of the forest that he chose to be this day, the sun now up over the horizon, the rays of sun poking through the leaves above, and from in between the maze of trees from the edge of the forest into this deeper section of forest. Eyes closed, and fingers intertwined across his chest, Raku lay there in the grass just thinking to himself in the quiet of the forest, unsure what he really wanted to do with the rest of his day, since he'd gotten his daily training out the way early, and had the full day still to do whatever he wanted.

[OOC: Couldn't find a topic I wanted to join, didn't really have any ideas, so it's a pretty generic roleplay..but if anyone for some reason wants to join, feel free.]
