Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Humility. This was the continual lesson Reicheru and her friends had been learning in their time in Kumogakure so far. As the former Konoha kunoichi stood before the Bibliotheca Conscientiae, she felt it again. The library in Konoha looked like a flophouse by comparison; everything here was so deeply rooted in history and culture, something the Hidden Leaf had lost in trying to forget the time of the old Daimyo. 'Those who cannot remember the past…' Reicheru pursed her lips. Today, she would learn from the pasts of others to forge a new path for her own future.

Pushing past the ornate front doors, a quiet hum greeted the girl as she entered. People were littered about the various tables and shelves, a group of academy students talked quietly in a huddle - studying or gossiping, she couldn't quite tell. Immediately overwhelmed by the magnitude of the place, Reicheru made her way to the front desk in search of some sort of directory. There was a plaque that read:

"Section P…" Reicheru whispered to herself to help her remember her target as she made her way through the seemingly endless rows. "Section P…" she would repeat under her breath as she went. As she neared her destination, one conversation rose above the rest. "I'm sorry sir, that's a restricted area; seeing as you're not authorized, I can't allow you access." Rei turned to see a young man slowly put away an identification card. His lips were tight, the only sign on his face giving away his internal frustration. "I see. Thank you ma'am." As the librarian walked away, his brows burrowed and removing his suit jacket he took a seat at one of the nearby tables, muttering under his breath.

Only a few steps later, she reached Section P. Scanning the shelves, Rei pulled a few books on the various Kumogakurian dialects. In Leaf it was incredibly uncommon to hear anyone speak anything other than the common tongue even though they all knew Fuego. As a result their accents were rather slight, but left her in the position of never having needed to learn another language. Her encounter with Yuii-sama in the Raikage's office was a reminder that there truly would be so much more to adjust to here than she had anticipated. Stack of books in hand, the dark haired kunoichi made her way toward one of the tables in the common area to embark on yet another adventure.
