Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The fall would be a trembling sequence of memories for the falling Queen, as the she held onto the Yamazaki. She would wonder why, and how, this could have all happened... She was a failure.

As the two fell, their bodies would be comforted by a pool of liquid water that had accumulated in their over time. The total submergence of their bodies would be comforting, as if someone massaged their bodies with the soothing liquid. However, that may be contributed by the pressure of the fall, which caused the bubbles to rub against their flesh. Chizuru, would have been protected mostly from the fall, as Obana would have taken the brunt of the contact against the surface tension.

It would be up to her to drag the Queen out of the water now.

Chizuru’s mind was swirling. She was falling with this woman who she now knew was a queen and that she had tricked them into reviving what was supposed to be the real Yamazaki Konchuu. Chizuru didn’t understand why the woman had to trick them. Why couldn’t she have just been truthful, she was sure the end result would have been the same. No time for this! Chizuru could feel the rush as they splashed into the liquid and the queen had seemed to go limp. This was all her fault yet Chizuru couldn’t just leave the woman alone and let her die. Chizuru was hurting, but she couldn’t feel it and had no idea how broken her body truly was. She drags Obana out of the water and kneels at her side.

“Now…your pretty clothes are all wet…”

She tries her best to make light of the situation and if the queen didn’t immediately respond, Chizuru would immediately begin trying to resuscitate her. Chizuru had not took the time to asses her surroundings, her mind far to rattled and worried, mostly about her father whom was far above, but he had Suzu with him and she was strong.

The water that filled her lungs began to forcibly be moved from Obana's body with a gag and a wheeze. "Chizuru..." She would say hesitantly, eyes widening every-so-often at the sensation of life; the pain moving throughout her body. "Are, are you okay?" After a moment of consciousness the Queen's demeanor would falter and crumble until her eyes could only be filled with the salty tears of regret. "I didn't know, I swear... I just, I just wanted Konchuu back..." She spoke as her fingers wrapped around Chizuru's hand, if she enable them too that was, and her heart would become so shaken.

Obana would attempt to shift her body against a coagulation of jagged rocks, the pain of their blades would slap the gratefulness of life into her head. "I didn't know Tessu, the man up there... I didn't know that he was capable of this. He killed himself in order to be resurrected in an immortal body... He, he killed my sister because he wanted to live forever!" The woman who was never allowed to show emotion, to waver a smile, was now crying so much in front of someone that a member of the Palace would deem 'common'. "I don't even know how to end the technique... He never showed me how to, I suppose I see why now..."

"Chizuru... I'm sorry-" And just before the Queen could apologize for this mess, for endangering her life, the first of the Gordo Knights arrived. It's metal boots tapping down on the breakable rocks of this pit. To the naked eye, the darkness would be shielding its nature, but really the entire pit was a large circular structure with a deep pool of water in the centre. The metal knight, armed with a lance and shield, stood still for a short period of time before raising its lance. "Chizuru!" The metal beast throttled towards the two, using the sickly aura from the cavern to power its wings, and just before the Gordo Knight could make contact with either of the two: Obana would embrace Chizuru and roll sideways. "The Knights of the deity Jenshii..." Obana would exclaim as she held her arms across Chizuru's chest. The dust from the Knight's attack would settle and the calmed beast would simply turn to face the duo and ready his lance again...

No, she wouldn't let another Yamazaki die.

No... "I'll protect you, okay?"

There was much relief on Chizuru’s part when the Queen began to speak. Sure, Chizuru was upset with the woman but only because it was not necessary for her to lie. They way Chizuru saw it, why wouldn’t they have wanted to help bring back such a noble sounding Yamazaki? Chizuru looks down at the woman as she begins trying to apologize for everything. All Chizuru could think about was her father, and Obana’s wounds. Things like apologies and explanations could come later. It would make no difference if they both died here today. When that monster appears, Chizuru lets out a cute sounding squeak of surprise, which causes her to falter on the healing jutsu was about to perform. Thankfully Obana was quick on the draw and had pulled them to safety with some quick tumbling. Chizuru looked at that monstrosity that wanted her life and the life of the woman striving so hard to protect her…such malice and hate for seemingly no reason. If that’s how it was going to be, Chizuru would suddenly break free of Obana’s grasp and stand in front of the woman.

Chizuru lifts the hem of her dress, revealing a sealed scroll which she removes and unfurls in one swift motion, channeling her chakra into it so she could summon a massive sword to her hand. It was rare to see Chizuru ever fight, let alone use a weapon, but she had undergone severe combat training and still practiced every now and then when she had the chance to do so. The tip of the blade hits the ground with a very loud thud, letting Obana and the monster before them know that this thing was no toy; it was every bit as heavy as it was sharp. Really it was nothing more than a giant knife.

“Milady, if you can fight in that condition then I’ll ask for your help, but now is not the time to worry about whom is going to protect who…we should work together.”

Chizuru talked as if she were perfectly fine, but in truth her body had already been damaged.

(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cye6HOJ36Qo! Also, here is another one for our post theme! And it is, isn't it?!)

The Queen would show her worry with her wavering eyes, reddening up and becoming emotional. However, the young Chizuru would soon prove to be the catalyst in this fight. There she was,a young girl, readying herself for battle with a large blade to fend off the metal knight. "Agreed." She would usher herself to her feet, her gown torn and dirtied from the gravel that lay beneath them. Obana would approach the girl sturdily, which conviction in her steps and the passion to fight for their lives. However, just as the spirit to fight arise; two more Knights would appear and regroup.

"Battle is an act of violence, and anger," She would state, standing side-by-side with Chizuru, holding against the pain of her worryingly painful wounds, "However, to battle for life and for those people you want to protect... Now, that's something I will allow." She would stretch her two arms outwards, holding up a tag in each hand and focus her dwindling chakra supply. And as quickly as her words were spoken, one of the three knights darted forward, throttling his lance against Chizuru - would she be able to block and counter it? The second and third knight would launch themselves into the air, and break records of speed as they bombed downward; targeting their Queen.

"Tenmeiton Tag: Yin-Yang Barrier!" The Queen would push forward her right hand, and release her grasp upon the special tag. The tag would immediately react and sprout out a formula of sealing text, which would then spread out into a short radius. Once the sealing script was written, the energy from the Queen would link up the scripts and cause a membrane of near-transparent material to form. And as soon as the two knights lances' made contact with the barrier; the membrane lit up in a spectacular display of colour and, it actually, lit up the cavern momentarily. "Chizuru!" Obana would state, exclaiming towards the two knocked-back Knights, whom were susceptible for an attack.

If Chizuru would perform a counter-attack, and if anything went wrong, Obana had the tag in her left hand to support her.

It was nice to see the queen regaining her resolve. In fact, it was very comforting to see the queen in this state. Chizuru was one to prefer to talk things out or to sit back and support and heal, but that by no means meant she wasn’t capable of fighting. She may not have been the best fighter in the mansion but that didn’t make her powerless. She wanted to see her father again and she wanted to ask the queen so many questions, mostly about her dresses, but also about why she had lied to them in the first place. In order for that to happen, they needed to live through this.

The first attacker came at her with its lanced at the ready. Chizuru stands there for a moment as if she weren’t going to do anything, her stance leaving her so incredibly open from so many angles it was laughable. When that lance neared however, she’d reach out with her free hand suddenly as if trying to grasp it, no doubt hurting herself in the process but it would also prove to knock that lance well off course if successful and allow her to counter attack with that giant sword of hers, swinging it with such speed and force at the enemy. There was absolutely something going on with Chizuru, whatever Iori had done to her over the years was showing now. She was aiming to either cleave that thing in two, or smash it aside.

“Milady!”

She’d call out whirling around to help out Obana when the queen had called out her name, seeing just why she had been called upon. Chizuru grips her hilt with two hands and swings in a wide arc, aiming to use her blade to smash one knight into the other and more importantly, away from Obana. She didn’t fully understand why she was trying so hard to protect this woman, or why she had found herself so fond of her in the first place after learning her secret.

[the second actions only come about should she be succesful with the first knight]

Iori was disoriented as he flipped and spun in the air, trying hard to right himself as he spiraled further into the abyss. He wasn't used to free falling, quickly becoming disoriented, the feeling not being helped by the almost pure black darkness that surrounded him. Then came a flash of light far beneath him, the man hoping against hope that it was a sign that the Queen and Chizuru were still alive. He would eventually be able to stabilize, angling himself downward towards the ground, his hair whipping around him as he built up speed. "Bitte gib mir die Kraft des Todes so kann ich allen, die mir in den Weg zu stehen zerstören. Ich tue dies in Ihrem Namen, Jashin." The man would close his eyes as he prayed to the dark deity, opening them once more as he came closer to the ground

There, he saw them, the Queen and Chizuru battling a trio of knights. His daughter now engaging two of them at once after having batted away a third one. He would aim for that one as he threw his hand out, summoning his weapon a large, red chainsaw, the machine bursting to life with a loud growl. A mad grin would spread on his lips as he aimed it at the knight he was hurtling towards, hoping his Dark God would show mercy and let his body withstand such a great impact.

Out of nowhere, and I mean nowhere, the red-haired knight arrived wielding a machine-like blade. It was thanks to Chizuru though for knocking back the trio, that the two were now from the clutches of danger. However, the frustratingly ear-popping smash of Iori's weapon smashing into one of the knights was quite demoralizing; if you were on the bad guys side that was... "Chizuru, Iori!" The Queen would move closer to the girl and place a hand on her shoulder, feeling momentarily free from the threat of an impending doom. However, the two remaining Knights would begin to act fairly irrationally as they adjusted their positions whilst in mid-air.

However, no one would expect their next move: a combination transformation, of sorts. These two metal creatures would begin to merge into one, massive bulk of a Knight. Instead of a lance, it now wielded a golden tinted blade. It's armor was no-longer grey, but now, golden and respectable; something a high ranked officer would wear.

And that's when the Queen's patience would slip, her composure would not dare to loosen, but that didn't mean her temper couldn't rise. "You two," She would move past Chizuru and raise her tag before her - focusing her energy into the special tag, "I'm too weak to hit him... But you two, you two will be able to hit him with everything you've got... Tenmeiton: Judgment Gate! Final Arc!" The tag that was pinched together by her two fingers began to disperse into a blue, sparkled form of dust. The material would almost immediately vanish from sight and from mind.

All would remain calm for a moment.

And then it would come... One of her strongest moves: the Gate of Judgement. From behind Chizuru and Obana, a swirling gate made from blue marble, which depicted carvings of oceanic creatures and mystical beings that were half-fish and half-human. The innards of the gate, the vortex, was completely comprised of water and the water felt so very powerful. So, why was it she couldn't hit the Knight again? This technique felt strong, sure, but perhaps the physical exhaustion was just too much... And the control needed to perfectly cast this technique was just something that exceeded her limits at the moment.

Regardless, the vortex would stretch forward, bursting at the scene, and spilling out into the pit. However, the massive flow of water would be funneled around Iori, Chizuru and Obana as it would become completely enraged; spewing out a massive wreckage of an ancient ship. The ship would be made completely from wood, and it looked so very foreign to their eyes. And as expected, the Knight would managed to use his energy to dodge the crushing attack... But in doing-so, he was now vulnerable to attack from the Yamazaki.

Everything was happening so fast, but Chizuru was able to keep up. This was when she was able to shine. So much data coming her way but her brain could process it with relative ease for it was all easy to understand. Nothing needed to be pondered upon. Her father had jumped down to save them and in doing so revealed his weapon. The two of them had trained together on many occasions but always in secret. That meant that Suzuhime was alone up there, but as powerful as she was, Chizuru did not worry for the woman. Now was not the time. Chizuru wanted to dearly to just run up and hug her father, but that was definitely not the time for such a reunion. What it was time for was fighting. It seemed as if their enemy had a few tricks up their sleeves, combining into an even more powerful version, but at least now there was just one to concentrate upon…mayhaps this would be the knights mistake.

Queen Obana looked absolutely spectacular as she performed another jutsu, this one far more powerful than the last. She would later have to oogle over the Queen and just how regal she looked throughout all of this. Despite how distracting this all was, Chizuru was sure to keep an eye on their enemy. Then it happened. Obana gave them their opening.

“Daddy! Lets finish this…follow my lead!”

She’d suddenly heft that giant weapon up into the air, the thing spinning through the air in such a careless fashion. Next the little Yamazaki would use all of her strength that her legs would give her to leap up after the sword, grab the hilt in mid-air only to come crashing down much akin to her father’s entrance made just moments ago! Chizuru aims to cleave that golden monstrosity in two with such force that when she hits the ground she winds up fracturing a bone in her leg. The rest was up to Iori, Little Chi-chan had given it her all and after her strike she’d leap out of the way, knowing her father would be right behind her to hopefully deliver the finishing blow!

Iori would crash into that knight, the chainsaw slamming through it's body and pinning it to the ground as he fell on him with an amazing amount of force, breaking the ground all around him. The only thing keeping him from shattering every bone in his body was his lord's blessing, the man grinning wildly as he revved that chainsaw and sawed through the knights body, almost cutting him in half as he tore the machine out of it's body. He would savor the kill, though it wasn't as satisfying since it was just a construct, eyes turning to look towards the other two just in time to catch the Queen's display of power, giving them the opening they needed to end this. "I'm right behind you, engel!" He would call out in response, watching his daughter attack the creature as he ran towards it.

Chizuru dealt a powerful blow and wisely jumped out of the way as the man built up speed, revving up that chainsaw as his eyes widened in excitement. Darkness began to surround him, shadows clinging to his body as the revving of the chainsaw became louder and louder. Suddenly he would be engulfed in that darkness and fly forward at a terrifying speed,a demonic cry shattering the air before that chainsaw would slam into the construct and continue going until it impaled him against a cave wall, the impact sending out a wave of pure, evil energy into the room. Letting out another feral cry Iori would rev up the chainsaw within the creature as he attempted to pull upwards and sever the it from the chest up.

Obana's technique caused her to fall to her knees for the duration of the combination attack. It was actually pretty amazing to see Iori and Chizuru fight against the golden tinted Knight; he was so clearly over-powered by the two. However, when the dust had settled and the water (+ wreckage) had receded the three were left standing alone in the darkness. The wrecked body of the golden Knight would sink to the bottom of the pool and disappear from sight. And them so very suddenly, everything would hit the woman like a harsh truth: this was not what she wanted, not for anybody. She just wanted her best friend back, she just wanted to hold her and to kiss her lips... Where the Queen comes from it is wrong to fall in love with another of the same gender. Especially a foreigner.

"I'll kill him!" She stated as her head drooped down to avoid being seen; so weak and disrespectful for the title of Queen. But it was obvious that the Queen was trying to hide her tears, the tears for a woman she had loved more than anyone else. A woman she would gladly throw her life away for.

However, the deceiving blackness of the pool would hide a sinister action that readied itself promptly. The sparkling body of the Golden Knight made its appearance: immediately charging towards Obana, whom stood grieving. The creature readied its blade, swinging it back - ready for the moment to release its strength and swing it forward - although, it was not expecting the Queen to be so enraged. "Tsuihouton Tag: Exorcism!" The Queen didn't need to reveal one of her hidden tags for this one, because the area of attack was going to be her and the creature. As soon as the Knight moved into range, the technique activated and a glowing seal sprouted outwardly from Obana. It immediately trapped the two in a circular prison, the walls were made up of a violent light.

"Be judged." She would exclaim with a stern face, eyes red raw, and her heart filled with a whirlwind of emotions. A faint tinted lighting would course through the seal's body, and suddenly, a light would show face from within the sealed prison. It would take a few seconds for the technique to be fulfilled and for the Yamazaki to see what remained. The golden Knight lay dismembered at her feet and Obana would be kneeling on the verge of fainting, but she couldn't, she had to stop Tessu... Not now. "Heh... I think I would have died if you two didn't smash him up... Chizuru, are you okay?"

Whether or not the group would notice, but they had more company heading their way...

About five more Knights.

(Feel free to wreck those, guys!)

After putting so much effort into that attack, little Chizuru was exhausted and her body was very damaged. She could feel some of the pain now but to her it was so dulled that it felt more like she had just banged her leg against something rather than the fact that she had some fractured and broken bones. She thought it was over and that they were safe, but the golden knight had cleverly used it’s time in the water to regroup and come up with a new plan of attack. That didn’t last long however as the queen dispatched of it using another one of her impressive jutsu. How much more could the queen take? She looked like she was going to collapse at any given moment. Chizuru was still lying on the ground throughout all of this, catching her breath and trying to make sense of all she had saw.

“Magnificent display, Milady. Daddy you and Mom were so incredible!”

She’d slowly rise up to her feet and then topple. Now she knew that there was something wrong with her as she was unable to stand up. She didn’t panic, however, as this was something Chizuru was used to by this point in her life. Unfortunately they were not out of the water just yet. More knights were coming at them and Chizuru couldn’t wield her blade properly in this state. She could still make hand signs though! Chizuru quickly goes through the motions just as she had been taught.

“Earth style…Rock Golem!”

Her adorable voice calls out as she finishes the jutsu and places her hands on the ground. The ground in front of her would begin to rip apart as her golem formed. The thing looked very much like one of the plant monsters from back at the Yamazaki Estate only it was made of stone. It wasn’t much but it was better than nothing.

It was hard to control the desire for violence that welled up inside of him, his heart pounding in excitement as he viscerally dismembered the creature, even if it was only inanimate. He would take a deep breath to compose himself before lifting that chainsaw, gently kissing the flat of it's blade. "We should get moving, I'm not sure if Suzuhime will be-" he would halt in mid-sentence as the golden knight suddenly returned and rushed towards the Queen, the man not having enough time to react. The woman, it seemed, was more than capable of handling herself as she used another seal, one that obliterated it, though it left her exhausted. As the five more knights arrived the man would curse softly, seeing as outnumbered they were, and with the queen or Chizuru in no position to fight. As the latter would summon a Golem, something he would have to remind himself to praise her for later, he would turn his head towards Obana, green eyes settling on her form.

"Your majesty, I would like to request that anything you see here you keep to yourself. I've gone to great lengths to hide my affiliation to Lord Jashin from others, especially Suzuhime, and I don't want loose lips to ruin that simply because you forced my hand." He would let those words hang in the air for a moment, the silence breaking as that chainsaw would rev up once more, eyes sliding over towards the enemy. "Gib mir Kraft, um meine Feinde zu ermorden." The overwhelming negative energy would flow through the cave once more as the man charged at the knights, darkness consuming him as that terrifying, ghastly wail would echo around them. That dark power would propel him into the middle of that group, the creatures barely able to react before the chainsaw slammed into the shoulder of one, those chakra reinforced blades grinding through it's body as the med-nin forced it downward, nearly cleaving the poor thing in half.

The first counterattack would come from another, raising it's sword high in the air. Before it could bring it down Iori would be right in front of it, swinging that mechanized saw in a wide arc and lopping off it's arm before slamming it into it's face, a mad grin on his lips as he jumped forward and forced it to fall on it's back, pushing that whirring blade farther until the construct stopped moving. As he tore his weapon out of it and turned he would be greeted by a sword impaling him through his stomach, the man coughing up blood as he looked down at the blade. "Tch...I'm too slow..." he would gasp, wincing as he looked up at the creature. Despite this he would suddenly step forward, impaling himself further before swinging his chainsaw and slamming it into the side of it's head, forcing it all the way through before tearing it out of it's face. As the creature fell aside another would move in and stab him through the back of the neck, the man falling forward and impaling him further on that other blade as he hit the ground, the chainsaw falling to the side as he lay there unmoving.

"Enough!" Obana would exclaim as she patiently watched her makeshift-family being battered for her sake. They were being torn apart, and Iori, well for the better part of that attack: Obana could only think that he was dead. "I've asked too much, and done too little... Tessu is my problem and I've unleashed him onto everyone else." She would unsteadily stand holding out both of her hands with a concentrated look on her face. What everyone would begin to notice, well maybe not Iori as he looked a little impaled - which pushed Obana to the edge - and so on, that the azure energy (or what was left of it) began to seep down the face of the walls. She would open her mouth and spread her hands apart; allowing the azure smog to enter through her moist passage. One can't even begin to describe the immense pain that she was going through, even after absorbing a minuscule portion of the negative energy.

"My heart feels tight... It's hard to breathe..." She would state as the last of the energy was absorbed into her system. The effects on her body would not be visible, however, it soon would become apparent - it was only a matter of time.

"Resurrection Technique: Corpse Soil."

The nature of this technique was itself very dark, let alone adding a bundle of ancient energy that had been steeped in blackness. The Queen would wave her hand, and in doing so, release a slither of this newly acquired energy (Which was indefinitely going to destroy her) to reanimate the fallen Knights. Their bodies would be sown back together by dark tethers and their minds brought back from oblivion. These Knights were notable different from their original counterparts, the big difference being a ponytail of red hair that latched onto their helms. "Gordo Knights: protect the Yamazaki." Her voice, so stern, and so different to her previous tone. And as instructed, along with the help of Chizuru's Golem, the team would cut down the Knights that posed a threat.

"My mind, it feels as if its on fire... I can't even focus; my skins burning..." Obana would look at her hands, which would shown a black stream of fluid running through her veins. "Iori... Is Iori okay?"

The technique that absorbed the energy had really changed her visual perception of the world. It was difficult to see, as if a fire was constantly present; always in-front of her eyes.

Chizuru was the only one who had known of Iori’s connection to such a dark power. He did not hide anything from her and she did not hide anything from her father. Still, it was painful to watch as he was impaled over and over again. Chizuru tried her best to focus on the task at hand but once she sees her father get impaled in the back of the neck, she loses it. Just as the queen recreated those knights and command them to protect the Yamazaki, Chizuru let out a loud scream, one filled with pain and fright. Her golem moved to help her up to her feet and she grabs that massive blade of hers and out of frustration she lobs the thing with all her might at the knight that had impaled Iori in the back of his neck.

“LEAVE MY DADDY ALONE YOU BRUTES!”

That sword flies true and smashes into the knight. Meanwhile Chizuru’s golem teams up with Obana’s reconstructed knights to finish off that remaining enemy construct. The golem may have been made of stone but it was quick to move, smashing into the knight and holding it in place so Obana’s knight could finish it off.

“Daddy!”

The little girl cries out, stumbling and crawling her way over towards Iori, her legs clearly not in any shape to be walking upon. Her usual rationality was gone and she was overcome with such emotion. Obana’s words were lost on Chizuru.

As Chizuru ran towards Iori one of the knight's who was thought to be dead would suddenly lunge towards her, swinging it's blade towards her broken body. Before it could connect it's body would be torn asunder as the whirr of the chainsaw echoed in the caverns, Iori panting softly behind it as the Knight fell prone to the ground. While bloody and haggard, one could see that those gaping wounds were beginning to heal up, the noise from his weapon ceasing as he brought it up to his lips. "Thank you..." he whispered to it before it disappeared in a wisp of darkness, the man kneeling before his daughter and gently pulling her into his arms. "I'm okay, pumpkin. Just a flesh wound." He would chuckle softly as he pulled back. "You need to take it easy, no more fighting, alright? We can handle it...." the man wished there was some way to send his little girl home, wished that he could just take her and run. He was needed, however, and as lord of the Yamazaki clan he could not let his family fight without him.

"Your highness...." he would call out as he stood up, looking towards the woman, by now his wounds completely healed up. "We need a way to get back up to where Suzuhime is. Do you know the way?" He would look towards the knights she had summoned, a little wary after having fought so many already.

Yamazaki Suzuhime said:
A large beam of light that seemed to come from the heavens itself would envelop Suzuhime. From the pit, the crowd would be able to see a large beacon of light. As if a god itself had come to smite Tessu.

-----------------------------

From below, the three would be able to see bright flashes coming from the top of the cavern, occasionally seeing an inhumanly large sword, held be seemingly nothing, because of how far she was away from them, they would not see Suzuhime holding the blade, but a mere dot in the sky as she valiantly fought the immortal

OOC: Just thought i'd put this here for a bit of setting :p

Thank God, Iori was going to be okay.

Obana looked upward, noticing a brilliant flash of light. It came from the platform, the place where they had fallen from and left a lone girl against a monster. But what was that? It looked so much like a sword, and even from here, one could hear the whoosh of its every movement. What a very odd construct to have in possession, but that wasn't one of Tessu's moves? "I have a way, Iori-dono." She would say softly, her voice being manipulated like a chord by the hacking energy that riddled her body oh-so steadily.

Without hesitation, the Knights that belonged to Obana would flock to each persons side. Albeit there were five in total, two would hold Iori up by himself. One for Chizuru and another for Obana. And quite majestically, the group would soar upward: towards the final fight. "I'll stop him..."

Chizuru felt silly for letting her emotions run wild in the midst of battle like that. She still had a long way to go, but she had persevered for at least most of the fight. She was still shaken up by seeing her father have to go through such an ordeal though. If it were anyone else she wouldn’t have reacted so violently but Iori was her everything, her strength, and her weakness. She smiles at Iori and looks up, wondering what that flash of light could have been, but she was far more concerned with Iori, even though she was well aware that he’d be alright.

“Sorry, daddy…I guess I’m still not used to seeing you get hurt…”

Her large weapon would disappear, the girl no longer having any use for it and then those reconstructed knights would appear to lift them off though Chizuru’s golem almost attacked the one that neared her at first. When they began to fly back up, the golem follows by clinging to the knight that carries Chizuru.
