Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

He had sincerely hoped he would be allowed to sleep in after the last mission. Oh, how wrong he had been. A few hours after he had managed to slip away into the world of dreams, Sazawari had been violently ripped back to the world of the awake by his mother. ”Hoy, young man, up and shine! It’s a beautifull day, and you’re appearing to be quite the popular servant now a days.” The boy didn’t need to ask what his mother had meant about that; Obviously, a second mission had come for him.

”This is Ikano, the neighbours kid. His parents are out on a mission for the day, asking that someone look after him. Seeing how you’re the closest academy student with time to spare, you have been entrusted with this task.” The academy teacher presented a little boy, hardly above the age of five, possibly six. A snotty little brat, Sazawari had gotten used to the ruckus this one tended to make, always running around. And now he was his responsibility. *Ugh... Yea, sure... Time to spare, that’s me...*

”Tag, you’re it!” The youngling ran away, laughing hysterically as he attempted to dodge the very less enthusiastically efforts of the older boy to tag him back. He really couldn’t be bothered to put much energy into this. As long as he kept the boy safe and out of trouble, he would get paid. Doing anything that would demand him putting some work into was hardly worth doing, and especially if he could do it in such an easy way. Letting the kid dodge him a little while longer, he finally got tired and decided to end it. Putting up a sudden sprint that caught the kid by surprise, he gave him a light bump on the back, calling ”Tag!” before dashing away. At first, the little one had still found amusement in the game, but eventually, after realizing he had no chance of recatching Sazawari, he sat down, grumpy, pissy at not having the game go his way.

”So, has he been any trouble?” The mother, Tanaki, looked from Sazawari to Ikano, smiling at her one and only son. ”Naah, no trouble at all ma’am... Been playin’ till we got tired. No fuzz at all.” The mother looked pleased at the answer, and possibly a little surprised, having expected there to have been some complaints about him. ”I’ll let your seniors know you did a good job. Come, Ikano. Mommy’s going to make you your favourite dish for dinner.” The face of the little one lit up with joy and followed his mother with a happy skip to his steps. *Sigh... Finally.*
