Takeshi allowed himself to stand in the rain, as he allowed it to start wetting the Hokage robes, the hat clearly onto his body in those few seconds. The purple eyes showed the fire that burned within the Hokage, he knew full well that he had to be the embodiment of the will of fire, and as such he was here to see the next generation start to take on that responsibility. Normally he would have afforded the privilege to the Head Jounin and the Sennin, but this would be the first since his time as a Hokage. He was proud of what she had accomplished.
Takeshi allowed himself to listen as the slow footsteps walked up behind him, his second path was ready for combat more than ever, and even Takeshi knew that he held the key to combat, this path pure design was to cause suffering and to cause pain, something that he didn’t want to tell others but still knew that he had to do. As he waited the path stood beside him in the rain as it allowed itself to bring the hands together, the normal pattern slowly came out of him as with a puff of smoke this path was covered with the same robes and hat to signify the office that it was part of.
