The newly elected Kazekage, Shin had tasked Sora with the creation of a 4th order and yet, Sora was stuck on just what to name the thing. Journeymen, Rangers, Oracles, all the names seemed to roll off the tongue in a way that Sora wasn't so easily able to replicate. They would control the skies and the airways but the idea of simply being scouts didn't seem to tell the full story completely. Detectives? Seemed a bit brooding. Recruiters? Seemed a bit overly formal and not at all shinobi like. Adventurer and explorer? They might have worked but Sora wasn't sure if he wanted to only be known for wandering about. Outrider, pioneer, patrol, runner... definitely not runner...spotter and spy? All lacked a certain trueness to the essence that the 4th order of things was supposed to bring. Landing on the name vanguard, Sora mused a bit over it. While it was true that the name did give the idea of a force that played defense, it was equally true that they'd be defending the land from threats by way of air travel. Shin would no doubt balk at the idea of naming them the Vanguard, but the name did have a certain ring to it. Perhaps he would mull it over with this team once again or some other form of inspiration would hit him. Normally that was how these things went. The good thing was that he had the funding that he needed and with the funding, the hard part was done.
