It had been another day in the Red Light District and another Bingo Book entry had been eliminated by Byakko Kyuji, the descendant of the celestial beast known as Byakko. The target had been Masakazu Takeda known as "The Master" who had been charged with kidnapping, torture and murder after he broke out of the Obsidian Palace when the Cabal had invaded the place. Fortunately, a fatal blow to the jugular vein had caused the brute, who had a fascination with chains, to fall over as he bled out in pain and clung to his life. Out of respect for even a criminal however, Kyuji had executed him after he had fallen and was begging for his life. The body of this criminal was then set ablaze through a fire-style jutsu as it sustained damage so badly that it was barely recognizable aside from strands of hair and the face that had been barred from the flames. Again, the body would be left behind for the ANBU to take care of as the descendant handed off for payment for completing another mission of cleansing the streets of the Red Light District and keeping the village safer in the process. As for Takeda's three female victims, they were left in their condition when the criminal murdered them all. The only thing that Kyuji did for them was close their eyes and say a quick prayer for them and their loved ones.
Earlier in the day however, the descendant had noticed another entry in the Bingo Book who seemed to be the next in line for his attention after he eliminated a "sharpshooter" and a "duke" last week. Their executions had been gruesome for anyone that would've been watching, but Kyuji made sure they were swift and as painless as possible to not draw attention to himself nor them. However leaving their bodies had not be the ideal thing to do, but it was a signature action of his to the point that he did it to grab the attention of the ANBU who were suppose to keep these streets and village safe. In any case, he was out again looking for an older individual this time who loved to use chains and metal for his tortures and executions. His appearance would be easily to spot in a crowd, as if his chains didn't already make him stick out, as he had long fiery red hair and a chiseled physique according to the entry in the Bingo Book. As for his charges, they were not anything too dramatic for a criminal as he was wanted for murder, torture, and kidnapping; it seemed like a modern day criminal in every aspect and one that didn't have anything better to do than to touch people inappropriately for his own sick gain. The descendant would crinkle up the paper that had his entry on it and stuff it into one of his pockets as he thought to himself: "He must be stopped."
Of course, the whereabouts of the man were unknown like many of the criminals that were being searched for. But as always, Kyuji had an assumption that he would be lurking in the Red Light District or as he called it, "The Hellhole of Suna." After all, many people turned a blind eye in the area considering a lot of shady business practices were conducted including child trafficking, prostitution, drug smuggling, and barroom brawls that never got the authorities involved. Of course, there were ANBU always around in the area trying to keep everything under control, but there was so much corruption that it was difficult to control it often. This is partially why Kyuji had decided to go against the Kazekage's direct orders now three times and help cleanse the streets of this area as best he could. Eventually, it would probably catch up to him and he would be sadly slayed, but he would not stop trying until he felt like he made it up to himself for allowing his former apprentice and crush, Aikayume Azusa, to wander off after her emergency surgery in the Byakko Infirmary and end up here in Setsuna's whorehouse of all places and under the influence of a drug known as "stardust". One of these days, he was going to get back into Setsuna's establishment and cleanse that place up as well by removing the prostitution and drugs and trying to reason with her to turn it into a family-friendly establishment; exactly what however would have to wait. In other words, Kyuji felt like he had a moral obligation to cleanse the Red Light District up by any means necessary even though his cousin, Miroku Akkuma, was running a casino nearby that he was unaware of.
Luckily for Kyuji, he would walk into the "Hellhole" and would not have to wait long before he saw a figure that matched the description with young ladies behind him in chains being "escorted" in the distance. Of course, he would dash off behind them using the rooftops as cover as he tracked them from a reasonable distance to not send red flags to the escorter, his lady friends or anyone who might be seeing the scene unfold in front of them. However, it would not be hard to notice Kyuji as he was wearing a simple black button down shirt, black pants, and his white ears and hair stuck out like a sore thumb along with his lack of a right arm due to a fight in the past with Toraono Kuro. It simply meant that he wasn't trying to even conceal his presence as he followed them which wouldn't prove problematic tonight fortunately, but definitely could go south for him in the future especially if he ever met a Cabal or Sovereign member. Anyways, the tracking would go on for a good ten to fifteen minutes before they reached the "outskirts" of the Red Light District and a building that seemed abandoned due to its cracked windows, old door, and obvious aging; it appeared unused and not kept up with at all which made it an excellent spot to do risque business. It wouldn't take long for the tall figure to open the door and "escort" the women inside making sure to close the door after they were all in.
Unfortunately for him, Kyuji was on their trail and would kick the door off its hinges as the man turned around with his chains still firmly in his grasp and left out an obnoxious groan. He wouldn't just let the chains go and let them escape; he instead chained them all to holdings on the wall almost like what someone would do to chain up their dog. Then like magic, more chains appeared out of thin air as the man looked at the descendant and spoke with rage in his voice: "WHY ARE YOU DISTURBING ME WHEN I AM DOING BUSINESS. YOU SHOULD MIND YOUR OWN DAMN BUSINESS, BYAKKO-MAN. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU OR YOUR DAMNED CLAN. PISS OFF, YOU LITTLE--" He would be stopped momentarily by a punch to his face before he grasped the descendant in one of his hands as he chained him in the other one so he couldn't move his arms or legs before throwing him to the ground with a loud thud. This failed attack only angered the redhead as he walked over to one of the women that he brought and put his hands around her throat beginning to cut off circulation as he continued speaking seeming to calm down with his hands around the woman's neck: "You are a foolish man, Byakko. You get involved in someone's business that isn't yours and now you are going to watch as I kill each one of them in different ways. How does it feel to be helpless after trying to be the hero. Isn't it grand?"
As he was speaking, the first victim of his would beg for him to stop before he choked her out and dropped her lifeless body to the ground. His next victim would scream for help as he approached her and began to use his chains to spread her legs slowly apart making share that she felt every single discomfort imaginable to the human body as her eyes would water in pain and she continued to scream for help. Unfortunately for her, nobody would show up and he would have her legs divided in a 180 degree again before slamming his fist into her chest shattering her rib-cage causing her to pierce a lung and her heart in the process. This scene was grotesque as he left her to die while he went to his third victim and just slammed her repeatedly into the wall leaving a little crevice with each blow until her body went numb and collapsed. Three victims murdered right in front of Kyuji and he had failed to do anything for them; a pathetic display to say the very least.

However, this man forgot one thing about the Byakko Clan and that was they were unpredictable at times and also quick-thinking in situations. Sure, three women had died but he needed the man's attention to do anything since his hands and feet were chained up. Barking at the man would've only made things more problematic for the women as he probably would've tortured them much more than he did if he didn't have a witness that had to endure it all. As Takeda bent down to grab him by the throat, his eyes would change from their golden hue to purple and the murderer would see an image of a Shinigami behind Kyuji that stared at him with piercing, cold eyes and froze him in place. This was the opportunity that Kyuji needed as he created another illusion beside the reaper that resembled the man's worse fear which apparently was execution which was a wild twist considering he did multiple executions himself including the three in this room.
But this was the opportunity that Kyuji needed as Takeda was frozen in fear at the sights. Of course, there wasn't much that the descendant could do so he simply spoke to the man and tried to reason with him: "Let me out of these chains and I will walk away from here. Never will speak about what I saw you did and I will not pursue you. If you do not, I will end your life here and send you to Hell to burn eternally. Your choice, Masakazu Takeda. I am giving you two options so choose wisely." After he finished speaking, he would sit there in the chains as his illusions continued to torment the man's mind and fear showed clearly on his body in more places than one. This decision would take quite some time but eventually Takeda would agree to let him go as the Shinigami got closer and closer to him with a blade in its hands ready to make him feel the same fate that many of his victims had dealt with.
This move would prove to be the wrong decision for Takeda as a free Kyuji had lied to the man and began to attack him after unsheathing his sword and dashing at the man. Unfortunately, many of his attacks would hit their mark but the man had built up a pain tolerance that was unmatched to any that he saw before in his life even from his daughter who was a part of the ANBU. There was lots of Takeda's blood spilled as they exchanged blows and Kyuji would be whipped multiple times with chains in the process leaving marks on his skin. Eventually, the descendant would use an advanced clone technique to toy with the man's mind as he saw multiple Kyuji in front of him and had to try to figure out which one was the real one. This move was the one that would seal "The Master's" faith as he threw his chains out in front of him and tried to hit the correct Kyuji in the process, but a simple evasion followed by the fatal blow alluded to earlier in the story would end this monster's reign of terror.
