Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

One could say that the life of a Shinobi was a worthless one. The life in which you lived to die, and you died from the inside day after day. People killed things within you, and desensitized you until you became a military robot that would work the mechanicals of life and protection for the people who by no means are controlled. You served those whom you did no know, even though even they could have stabbed your brother in the back. It was a dangerous and regretful life, full of suffering, torture, and mental instability. Fighting for what you believed in--or rather, what they believed in.

Ijimeru Kitanai, a tall, slender, and fair skinned beauty was an assassin. That of many in the village who walked the villages like ghosts, stinging the throats of the unworthy and sick. The raven-haired woman, however, was in no hurry to move on the kill today. It was one of those days that required a bit of relaxation she wasn't used to.

So today, clothed in her usual skin-tight black leather suit, the scantily-clad once-was prostitute made her way through the city towards the large fountain in the middle of the city. It was one of the only water sources in the village--and it was less of a fountain, and more of a toy. People came from all over to admire it's glistening gold beauty where a statue of Mother Suna stood ontop of it, shimmering in the artifical sunlight from above.

Kitanai, herself, did not worship the goddess. Her adopted family was from Kumogakure, leaving her on a different religious path. But yet, she did find beauty in the woman standing there, clothed in nothing but dripping and rippling cloth that barely covered certain areas as it fell from her shoulder. She stood with pride, but at the same time, had a gentle and protecting look to her. She was much less menacing than Raiden was, and Kita honestly wasn't sure which she preferred.

And yet, there she stood, standing and staring at the fountain as it shot watter upwards that bubbled over itself and fell down from three layers into the next. It was beautiful, especially in such a dusty and dying village as Suna. It was one of the few real nature pieces it had--and it was hardly nature in comparsion to other villages. It was captivating, enough for her dainty hand to reach out, piercing through on of the flows of water that came from the middle layer to the bottom.

"Hey! Don't touch the fountain!"

Kitanai's eyes raised to face a man, garbed in some sort of guard gear, his eyes staring her down for a moment as she watched him carefully. "Why not?" She asked simply, testing his nerves a little. "Because it's sacred, get away from it!"

"I was just going to clean it." Kitanai would raise a hand , a small tablet, about the size of the tip of her finger, was held between her index finger and thumb. It was white, and was clearly a soap tablet of some sort, a small smirk coming to her face as she watched the guard's eyes widen a bit as she flicked into the top layer of the fountain. The water that shot from the top mixing up the tablet enough to let large foams of soap and bubbles overflow from it and pour over the edges to the middle and bottom layer. The soap getting so excited it began to spill over the edges and into the streets.

"That's an offense! Come here!" He shouted booking towards her as she let loose an excited smile and turned, taking a great leap to the top of a build, running across it and disappearing from the Main Street. A civilian guard could by no means catch her! But rather, a shinobi could.

Just another sleepless day.., Hikuidori thought inside of his head as he yawned lazily. It was apparent from the crows feet gathering under his eyes that he was tired, no exhausted. Being on patrol non stop for the last few days since that incident, was never pretty. He stroked his newly grown in beard wondering how everything could have moved so fast. He was only twenty, but his appearance was more mature now. His pace slowed as he began to focus on his thoughts. "Ever since that day I've changed so much. I can barely piece together what happened but my chakra it feels so different.."

"Hey! Don't touch the fountain!"

Hiku's concentration, and pace were broken by the loud voice of what looked like a normal guard. A petite girl sat by the fountain with her hands as the kids would say "In the cookie jar" probably in more than one way. Hiku eyed her oddly, before he shook his head and continued to walk down the street. However it seemed like the situation would only become more tense, as the girl persisted to stay near the statue. "Some people are just so stubborn." Hiku said aloud. From what he could tell the girl had a little rebellious aura about her. He immediately began profiling her and observing her actions. "Hmm she sits so calmy, and she looks so innocent but she's making a move. That innocent look is always unsettling in a world full of lies and deception. It's one of the most common...

"That's an offense! Come here!"

"tricks.." Hiku said as the girl took off before the guard could catch her. He might have had a good chance at catching a small girl like her, but not this girl here. That much was apparent when the girl hopped from the ground to the top of a building. "There will never be such a thing as a dull say in Sunagakure. Something is always bound to happen... There goes my morning stroll." Hiku would grab his hat and jump to the building that the girl jumped to. The mystery girl hadn't gotten too far from the crime scene, and she wasn't going to get much further at least not without some swift resistance. With a quicker hand than Quickdraw McGraw, he'd pull flowers from his sleeves, "Mercury Buttercup", a silver flower with orange ridges and a green liquid running down them. With his outside voice, he'd yell to her "Hey slow down!" He would then throw a flower in the girl's path and the petals would break into separate parts, impaling the ground in front of her. With his superb aim, he was sure he wouldn't miss his target (The ground in front of the mystery girl).

Hikuidori would stop on a building opposite to the unknown shinobi. He'd stare at her and smile, almost as if he was smirking. There were a lot of things he wanted to say to her. Breaking the ice especially when trying to stop somebody was still difficult. He wanted to treat this with caution but, also a hint of secrecy. Mind games and all that jazz, ninja "stuff" was always useful in these situations. However he'd keep quiet and just smirk at her, waiting for the trouble maker to make the next move.

Tsukino Renjaa gazed upon the fountain of Mother Suna, the glistening golden sculpture dominating his attention as he mused. While he himself was raised in a household who 'believed' in Mother Suna, their worship was not very pronounce the the man had never been indoctrinated into the religion as a whole. He paid his homage out of tradition and a desire to avoid controversy, but debated his own belief. He was unsure whether or not he believe she existed, though if she did, she was a literal personification of everything that Suna stood for. That was something the man could get behind and was his personal justification for going through the motions... that personification was the symbol of what he sought to uphold, both for the good of his country, and to enable him to earn the respect he craved... to achieve the noble-status his father promised was in his past... he would forge his future as a mirror, only this time his bloodline would not be lost to history.

His musing was interrupted by an angry... civilian? Chastising a woman in a rather 'untraditional' outfit. While revealing wasn't the proper word, it certainly hinted at the lithe, fit form that lie beneath it and left little to the imagination. The angry man's shouts confused the man, mostly due to the fact that the cleansing of the fountain is no offense, and so he observed to ensure that indeed it was soap she'd thrown, before chuckling to himself and leaping onto a building to pursue. His pace was not aggressive, it was almost leisurely. He wasn't trying to catch the woman, no... at least not all of her. All he needed to catch was her eye. He wore simply a smirk as the muscled form traversed the rooftops.

"If you're gonna clean the fountain, you forgot to scrub it down!" He called out, hardly able to keep the chuckling from his voice as he tailed the woman. His own garb was relatively simple black hakama, with no upper garment. He didn't bother for his walk, as there was no shame in showing his defined musculature. As the other man's intervention occurred, Renjaa's chuckling faded a bit, and he positioned himself such that the three were forming a triangle across the buildings... so he could intercept any attacking being done.

"That seems a bit extreme..." Was all he said after that, merely keeping his violet eyes shifting about the scene, taking in every detail as he let his awareness sink into the surroundings.

The breeze felt nice against her face as she bounded from roof top to roof top, a skip in her step. Each leap athletic and long in strides of grace and silence. The assassin, light on her feet, and quick hummed lightly to herself as she leaped from each building top to the other, landing with almost no sound as she continued on her run--only to be interuptted. A large...flower?...bloomed, literally, right in front of her. Skidding to a stop on the edge of a roof as she leaned back for a moment, frowning at the obstruction as a voice called from behind her.

The slender framed woman, with her sexual curves and sultry smile, turned slowly, eyeing the two men piling up behind her. A hand raised to rest on her hip as she cocked it and let the other hand dangle lazily beside her, a devilish smile crossing her face slowly. "Oh, hello, boys." Her voice was smooth and dripped like honey in a lower register as her cyan eyes glowed and flickered in their sight.

"Did you like that?" Kitanai asked, raising her dark eyebrows curiously. "A little trick I learned at the academy. Along with this one." Her body would flicker a few times, like an old movie. Her body's image disappearing and reappearing a few times before completely disappearing. The Seikon had warped, just down to the alley between the two buildings as she turned to run between the buildings, dashing around rubbish and debris, a hop here and there, not aware that she was, in fact, heading towards a dead end.

The chase slowed as she slowed to a walk, staring at a 5 story building blocking her escape. A dead end that would be the end of her running. The feline succubus stopped, and sighed heavily, not turning around, but staring at the building in her way. Her hands on her hips, accenting those luscious curves under the tight black leather, her long finger nails tapping on her sides impatiently.

She was out of ideas.
