Ritsuko once again found herself in the forest, or more precisely in the outskirts of the forest. Today she was off from the academy and she wanted to use her free time atthe place she felt most at home, and at the same time train. Since she loved the nature and it practically was her second home, it hadn't been a big surprise to her when she found out she was earthborn. Her uncle had told her about it some times now since she first found out half a year ago, being earthborn meant that it laid naturally to her to use the earth element, and was easier for her to use than any of the other 4 elements, and though she wanted to be a genjutsu master she couldn't waste her talent for manipulating the earth.
She was standing in front of a tree ready to cast a jutsu, she had scratched a circle in the bark of the tree which she was supposed to hit with a earth bullet. She had a stone in her hand, and a stone was laying in front of her. She made hand seals, and in a split second she threw the stone at the target, and in the same moment one second after, kicked the stone also at the target. The stones flew at rapidly speed towards the circle at the tree, both stones had hit the target, the one she had thrown had hit the target right in the middle, and the one she had kicked had embedded a bit further into the tree. It made sense, throwing had to be more accurate, and kicking had to be a little more powerful.
She was satisfied with the result, and wanted to train one more jutsu before heading home, she had trained it a few times before, and it wasn't perfected yet. But she wanted to master it before leaving today. She placed herself in the middle of a wide area of earth, threw some hand seals and molded chakra in her right fist, and hammered her fist at the ground with all of her power, the earth around her launched 3 spires. So far so good, but the problem had bin to get the spires to hit were she wanted, she hadn't learned to control were they were going to hit yet. The moment she hit the ground, she closed her eyes trying to sense were the spires were headed. Before she started she had drawn a circle in the earth, at about 3 meter in diameter. She got control over the earth and tried to control were they should hit before they were launched. 2 of the spires landed inside the circle, and the last was just outside the circle. She knew she had to narrowing down the target for her next training, after all a person wasn't 3 meter in diameter, and the object was to hit the enemy.
Ritsuko leaned up against a three exhausted, but with a smile. She had completed her training and she was satisfied. Time to head home.
