After such a long battle, all of the combatants were exhausted and on the verge of death (well, one at least.) None were spared the agony of pain, a threshold passed by those who dare to stand against power. And through all of that madness, a life was born, a life created from a union of two, loving parents; who could never conceive a child in a normal fashion. They gave birth to a young boy, and he would be (hopefully) be taken care of by the Yamazaki family.

The night was still not over for Iori as he walked down the hallway of the medical center, having just tended to Suzuhime and Chizuru. The former was comatose after her fight and the latter had most of her bones broken, not to mention that Chizuru would have to be taken out of the hospital early the next morning before anyone could get too curious about her condition. He was lucky that he had a change of clothes in the building, able to take advantage of the employee showers as well as taking a short nap before coming to pay his 'nephew' a visit. Opening the door to the room he would step inside, locking it behind him as he looked for the boy. "Child, are you awake?" he would ask, still not sure what to call him.
