It had been several days since Migoya had left the sanctity of Yamigakure, his mind already missing the security and pleasantness of his village. But as with all things, true strength is generated amidst adversity, and as such he would continue to place himself in harms way.
Where are we heading Migo-kun? Can we go and kill some… um… lions or something? Yeah - lions!
Migoya rolled his eyes at his little companion, Mikki, who rested comfortably on his shoulder.
“No lions this time Mikki. What we are hunting is knowledge, and hopefully Yongs location. We go to Suna to speak to the Devil, then perhaps they will permit us entry to peruse their library. It is the oldest one after all - if I can remember it correctly.”
That sounds boring.
“Sunagakure is far from boring - dont you remember? We used to live there?
We did? When?
Migoya stopped walking for a second, his face clearly confused. “You dont remember living there with Kirin… and our son Yong…”
What are you talking about Migo-kun?
Migoya took a deep breath in. For some time now it felt like he had lived several different lives, experienced different events, and that all of them blended together and meant absolutely nothing. What did that all mean?
“Nevermind. The road is long, but the journey may be interesting.”
Doubt it.
The cool forests of the land of Moon started to fade the closer Migoya came to the land of Tea, the quickest method in walking across the continent. Garbed in simple travelling clothes Migoya would not stand out and would not draw attention to himself - after all people had a propensity to know exactly where he was sometimes… or was that just his paranoia?
Taking a step forward, he grasped his wooden staff, now a darkened brown rather than its normal glowing white - better to stay incognito - and continued his journey.
