With shinobi now being in full control, perhaps there was a chance to legitimately begin their crusade of reviving the original Will of Fire. But first, there was much to learn, not just about the nuances of the modern day but of the modern shinobi culture as well. His clan had taught him all the ideals and concepts that would require him to become a successful ninja, but the practical was something that only the city itself could teach.
