A chance had shown itself. A chance to search the once impenetrable fortress that was the Hokage's Mansion, left in ruin by...well he wasn't to sure actually. Kishin had heard it was some sort of explosion, or attack, maybe a tantrum from his would be king. It didn't matter really, this wasn't his village. The fact was the mansion was destroyed, and the property was in-graciously lacklusteredly guarded. And that for him, allowed an attempt to be made to find the information he was looking for. Though, he wasn't absentminded, and held off until the area was covered entirely in darkness. Darker then dark, as the giant 3 or so mile hole had little to expunge the darkness that was he and the night. For Kishin, the young lad as endowed as he was, had the all seeing eye to light his path.
The ground was treacherous, metal, brick and wood strewn about just so. Jumping from roof tops was easy, this, this required skill to traverse. It took 45 minuets to travel what would normally take 5, but he made it to a small clearing that was the Hokage Mansion's main location. He looked around, hoping to see a sign that would say, "LOOK HERE STUPID", though he just wasn't that fortunate. He would have to just look around, turn a stone or two, maybe a wall, to find papers or cabinets that held what it was he sought.
What was the saying..when life gives you lemons. He discovered something about that saying just then..It was full of shit. Lemons sucked...sugar and water were needed too, and right now, that was the equivalent of what he needed. Something sweet with something to water the job down with. The young boy ripped through a few handseals and suddenly, there were four of him. How was that for dissolving this job. Now, he just needed to find his sugar.
Kishin continued to search for, turning large stones over and displacing smaller rubble with the aid of earth jutsu if need be. It took him a while to realize he was roughly 20 feet above the surface of the ground, not that he found the ground, just that he finally thought about the obviousness of all he was finding was rubble, and flipping rubble onto rubble. In other words..he was digging a hole and filling it at the same time, the clones were filling it. He was much smarter then that.
He took a break as he ordered the earth clones to search for an opening into a room, while moving larger pieces a distance away. If needed, they could use ninjutsu to help break pieces down. They were a few hours into the night now, and he was beginning to feel like he was getting no where. Then he heard something. Kishin looked around using his Byakugan. He didn't see anything. He got up and weaved a few hand seals and the clones popped, dropping several large pieces of rock with a bang that echoed. He stood still, and listened carefully. He was sure he heard something... He continued to look. The young boy wasn't sure what it was, but he knew he wasn't alone out here.
