General Description: Yu is small for his age. He is around 4 feet about fifty pounds. However, his lack of physique is made up by his agility and speed. Ever since he was five years old he win races after race against his older friends. His past experience have made him an go-happy and overconfident individual. Yu's confidence and his positivity have made him many friends but also have lost few due to his careless mistakes. His greatest strength, however, is his ability to adapt to many scenarios in a short amount of time.
Yu eyes are dark grey and his hair is pitch-black. He prefers to wear clean colors such as white. His friends and family have always commented on how his taste in clothing and look do not match his personality. They were right of course - his 'love' for his style comes from his will to let his past never surface again.
History: When he reached the ripe age of 7, his father told him a very powerful family secret - he had the ability to change his mindset at will. All he had to do was close his eyes and think of a person to mimic that person's personality. He loved the idea at first and repeatedly changed his personality to his favor, overcoming the smallest obstacles he faced in life. However, he quickly found out his was more of a curse then a blessing. At an age of 8, the number of personalities amounted to thousands and Yu was unable to keep track of all of them. It was at this point where the personality-shifts occurs automatically without his knowledge. He was not able to control his ability. Soon, he wanted out and told his family that he was moving to the village to train as a shinobi to get rid of this ability.
His family was trader by day and made money transporting wine across the countries. His grandfather was a member of police due to his abilities and served the village until his chunnin days. His life after the military was wholly spent on keeping his father away from the life of a shinobi. He wanted his father to have a different life where he would have more path to choose from his life. In the end, he was able to keep his father's abilities a secret from the village for many years. When his grandfather heard Yu was going to become a shinobi - he was the most enraged as he has ever seen. His grandfather tossed every breakable item in the house to the ground and told Yu to get out.
So the boy packed his bags, along with his trusty guitar and headed out of the house to find what he wanted to do in his future.
