Prerequisites: Blood Affinity, C-rank

Rank 1: Deals 1280 Damage with +1 Accuracy. This jutsu has a 12% chance of causing Bleeding.
Master: Deals 1600 Damage with +1 Accuracy. This jutsu has a 18% chance at causing Bleeding.

Rank 1 Cost: 410 Cp
Master Cost: 510 Cp

Notes:
- This jutsu may use Melee or Ninjutsu Accuracy.
- This Jutsu has a 15% chance of causing the 'Infected' status on the target. This amount is increased by +6% for each rank of bleeding active upon the target.
- When 'infected', the victim to have their Accuracy and Dodge reduced by -.5 per Bleed rank they have, up to -2 Accuracy and Dodge. This lasts up to 20 seconds and requires the target to be bleeding. This does not stack.

Rank 1: Strikes a target at +2 Accuracy, dealing 1215 damage. This jutsu has a 18% chance of inflicting the 'Tear' effect.
Master: Strikes a target at +3 Accuracy, dealing 1435 damage. This jutsu has a 24% chance of inflicting the 'Tear' effect.

Special Action: The user may use this whip to bind an enemy at -5/-4 Accuracy (This replaces the normal +2/+3 Accuracy). When bound, the target cannot move. The victim has a 15% chance at escaping for every 1.5 Ap they spend. Lasts up to 30 seconds, and requires a Nin check at the start of each round. The user pays the full initiation cost each round maintained.

Rank 1 Cost: 360 Cp
Master Cost: 400 Cp

Notes:
- This Jutsu is modded in the timing of 1.5 Ap.
- If used as a bind, this bind is dispersed when the target takes damage, or is targeted by the user (They have a -3 dodge penalty to the attack though). This also is dispersed if the user takes 10% of their Max Hp in damage during the round.
- The 'Tear' effect raises the bleed level of a normal target and causes them to take half their Bleeding Damage, or disperses clones on a clone target.

Prerequisites: Blood Affinity, C-rank

Rank 1: Creates a Blood Clone that has -5 of the users Secondaries with Hp equal to 17% of the user's Max Cp. Melee contact with the clone has a 24% chance of activating the 'Life Blood' effect.
Master: Creates a Blood Clone that has -4 of the users Secondaries with Hp equal to 20% of the user's Max Cp. Melee contact with the clone has a 30% chance of activating the 'Life Blood' effect.

Special Action: Instead of creating a single clone, the user may instead choose to create up to three clones. However for each additional clone, their secondaries are reduced by -1 each, the chance of Life Blood activating is lowered by -6% each. Hp is divided among all clones equally.

Special Action - Blood Blast: For 1 Ap, a Blood clone may choose to reflexively disperse into a mist of blood. This has a 48%/60% chance allowing the 'Life Blood' effect to have a chance at applying on melee contact against the user for 10 seconds. This does not stack, and resets the timer.

Rank 1: 625 Cp, 320 Cp/Rnd
Master: 750 Cp, 380 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- All clones have 1/4 of the users. Lowest AP can go is .5 AP.
- Casting this jutsu while it is already active will remove all current blood clones from play.
- Blood Clones regain Hp equal to any damage inflicted from their attacks and Life Blood effect.
- Blood Clone cannot use Jutsu; however, for 1 Ap they may deal 210 damage using either Melee or Ninjutsu accuracy, and have a chance of activating the Life Blood effect (Even if Nin Acc is used). This may be increased with the user Melee Buffs.
- The 'Life Blood' effect causes melee contact with the clone (Attacking it with Melee Accuracy or the clone attacking a target), to deal 10% backlash damage + 2% Max Hp damage. This may only effect a target twice per round, regardless of the amount of clones created.
