Information
Prerequisites: Sound Affinity, A-rank, 4 Mastered Sound Jutsu

Rank 1: Creates a vibrating wave of chakra that deals 4180 damage at +1 Accuracy. This has a 28% chance of causing suppression and the 'Unbalance' effect.
Rank 2: Creates a vibrating wave of chakra that deals 4950 damage at +2 Accuracy. This has a 36% chance of causing suppression and the 'Unbalance' effect.

Special Action: By paying +10% Cp, this jutsu may effect an additional target. This deals -10% base damage with a -4% chance of causing secondary effects per additional target. This may be used up to 4 times.

Rank 1 Cost: 1980 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 2200 Cp

Notes:
- May only be used once per round.
- The 'Unbalance' effect causes a target's Taijutsu to be treated one rank lower for a full round.

Rank 1: Binds the target at -1 Accuracy. Once this Jutsu is dispelled, the target has a 36% chance of suffering one level of the 'Disorient' and 'Nausea' effects per round they were bound.
Rank 2: Binds the target. Once this Jutsu is dispelled, the target has a 44% chance of suffering one level of the 'Disorient' and 'Nausea' effects per round they were bound.

Rank 2 Cost: 2025 Cp, 1010 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- When bound, the victim cannot perform handseals or move.
- For 2.5 Ap a victim may try to escape the bind with a 15% chance of success.
- This bind is broken if the victim takes damage, or the user attacks the victim (They have a -3 Dodge penalty to the attack aimed at them though).
- If the user takes more than 10% of their Max Hp in damage during a round, this bind is dispelled.
- The 'Disorient' effect gives the target a -1 Dodge and -1 Gen Save penalty. This lasts a full round, and stacks twice with later effects resetting the timer.
- The 'Nausea' effect lowers the victim's Accuracy cap by -1. This lasts a full round, and stacks twice with later effects resetting the timer. This debuff cannot be increased through any other method.

Or, a Sound Jutsu may be delayed until a later point during the round, and has a 20% chance of being treated as a Sneak Attack at that point.

While active, any of the user's Sound Jutsu used against one of these targets may choose one of the following effects; A Sound Jutsu that misses by 5 or less may be rerolled a single time at -2 Accuracy and 70% Damage. Or, a Sound Jutsu may be delayed until a later point during the round, and has a 28% chance of being treated as a Sneak Attack at that point.

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp to both initiation and maintain costs, the user may spread this jutsu to effect everyone within the battle, but lower its effects to Rank 1. Using this action allows enemies and allies to make use of this Jutsu's effects as well.

Rank 1 Cost: 2200 Cp to Initiate, 1100 Cp/Rnd
Rank 2 Cost: 2700 Cp to Initiate, 1350 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- Lasts up to three rounds, and requires a Nin check each round active.
- Only offensive, damage dealing Sound Jutsu may be rerolled.
- This Jutsu may be dispelled by a lvl A+ Fire Jutsu used by or against any of the effected targets.

Prerequisites: Sound Affinity, A-rank, 4 Mastered Sound Jutsu

Rank 1: Creates 5 loud chimes, each at -2 Accuracy. Each chime deals 970 damage.
Rank 2: Creates 6 loud chimes, each at -2 Accuracy. Each chime deals 1010 damage.

Special Action - Reaper's Bell: If Harmonization is active, the user may choose to activate this special effect by paying +20% Cp when performing this Jutsu; this may only be done on the 'Loud' ping. The first successful hit of this Jutsu gains the bonus of the 'soft' ping. The second full hit gains both the 'soft' and 'high' ping effects. The third hit gains all three bonuses. The Fourth hit only deals 80% damage, but effects all in battle (Aside from the user); this overwrites the 'loud' ping's chance to damage others. The Fifth and Sixth hits are the same as the fourth, except they bypass DR/Barriers and cause the the 'Disruption' effect automatically without requiring a % check. Using this action dispels Harmonization, and prevents both Harmonization and this Jutsu from being activated for the remainder of battle.

Rank 1 Cost: 2640 CP
Rank 2 Cost: 3300 CP

Notes:
- May only be used once every-other round.
- This jutsu is not affected by Resonating Howl.
- This Jutsu always requires full handseals to initiate; regardless of any skills or abilities the user may have (Such as channeling or one handed seals).
- For every two chimes that hit the victim, there is a 36% chance of this Jutsu activating the 'Disruption' effect.
- For every chime that hits, their is a stackable 7% chance that this Jutsu will cause the 'Disorient' effect. This chance is checked only once at the end of the jutsu (i.e. five hits give this Jutsu a 35% chance).
- The 'Disorient' effect gives the target a -1 Dodge and -1 Gen Save penalty. This lasts a full round, and stacks twice with later effects resetting the timer.
- The 'Disruption' effect randomly dispels a single random maintained jutsu active on the victim, and prevents it from being recast for a full round. If a Clone/Creation activates this effect, it is dispersed.
