Notes:
- The user must choose a second target when using this technique.

Notes:
- A target may only Auto-Fail a single action below B-Rank. Only the AP is wasted, not the Chakra Cost (If applicable).

    • If the target has a higher roll than the user, the attack receives a -10% Damage debuff.
    • If the user rolls 21, the attack automatically Criticals. If this happens no other effects associated with this jutsu may apply. (Ex: if the user rolls 21 and the target rolls 4, the attack does not gain the damage buff).
    • If the target rolls 21, the attack deals full damage back to the user. If this happens, no other effects associated with this jutsu may apply. (Ex: If the defender rolls 21 and the attacker rolls 4 the attack does not receive a damage debuff.)
    • Upon a tie dice roll, another roll will be made until there is a victor.

Notes:

- For each 1.5 AP the victim spends, they have a 15% chance to break free of the bind.
- This bind is broken if the victim takes damage or if the user targets the victim, the bind is dispelled giving the victim a -3 Dodge penalty to the attack.
- If the user takes more than 10% of their Max Hp in damage during a round, this bind is dispelled.
