A-Rank Jutsu

Prerequisites: - Metal Affinity, A-rank, 4 Mastered Metal techniques

Rank 1: Creates a metal disc that attempts to slice through the opponent dealing 4400 damage with a 28% chance of Secondary effects.
Rank 2: Creates a metal disc that attempts to slice through the opponent dealing 5500 damage with a 36% chance of Secondary effects.

Special Action - Sharpen: By paying +10% Cp, the user may sharpen the disk further. This deals +5% base damage, but lowers accuracy by -1. This may be done up to three times per use.

Special Action: This Jutsu is used with the chance for activating either the 'Carving' or 'Tear' effect, whichever the user chooses.

Rank 1 Cost: 2200 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 2750 Cp

Notes:
- May only be used once per round.
- This Jutsu is used with either the 'Carving' or 'Tear' effect.
- The 'Carving' effect increases this jutsu's base damage by +10%.
- The 'Tear' effect raises bleeding by 2 levels.

Rank 1: The user covers themselves in metal spines. The user takes -15% damage from all physical sources, and melee contact with the user inflicts 15% of the total damage back with a 18% chance of increasing bleeding.
Rank 2: The user covers themselves in metal spines. The user takes -15% damage from all physical sources, and melee contact with the user inflicts 20% of the total damage back with a 22% chance of increasing bleeding.

Special Action: By paying +30% Cp of this technique, the user may coat their metal spines with the Mercury Poisoning Jutsu (If they have it), which causes all actions made against them involving melee accuracy to have a chance to poison the attacker. This costs Ap/Cp of both jutsu, with this jutsu having the Cp increase.

Rank 1 Cost: 2,200 CP, 1,100 CP/rnd
Master Rank Cost: 2750 CP, 1375 CP/rnd

Notes:
- Lasts up to three rounds.
- This Jutsu is 'Chakra Armor'
- Melee contact is any action involving melee accuracy.
- If the special action is used, melee contact with the user has a chance of poisoning the attacker; a nin check is made between the two to determine if they are poisoned or not.

Rank 1: Touches the target at -2 Accuracy, significantly increasing the weight of their equipment. This causes them to lose -2 Accuracy and dodge, and gives their actions a 20% chance of suffering the 'Heavy' effect.
Rank 2: Touches the target, significantly increasing the weight of their equipment. This causes them to lose -2 Accuracy and dodge and gives their actions a 28% chance of suffering the 'Heavy' effect.

Rank 1 Cost: 1,950 CP, 975 CP/rnd
Master Rank Cost: 2440 CP, 1220 CP/rnd

Notes:
- Lasts up to two rounds
- This jutsu uses melee accuracy for the initial contact, and a Nin check the following round.
- The 'Heavy' effect increases an action's Ap cost by +10%, and cp cost by +10%. This does not stack with other Ap-increasing effects unless an effect specifically states that it may stack with other effects.

Rank 2: Creates a storm of metal shards that effects three enemies, each making checks against 8 shards at -3 Accuracy. Each attack deals 845 damage with a 6% chance to cause bleeding and a 28% chance of activating the 'Carving' effect.

Special Action: By paying +25% Cp, the user may have this jutsu target +1 target. Doing so adds -3 accuracy to this jutsu, and lowers the 'Carving' effect's chance of activating by -6%.

Rank 1 Cost: 2860 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 3575 Cp

Notes:
- May only be used once per round.
- Only 6 strikes may hit a single target.
- This jutsu may only raise bleeding once per use, and if it does it causes bleeding to deal +10% Damage. Does not stack.
- The 'Carving' effect increases this jutsu's base damage by +10%.
