Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Katsuo walked in to the giant library with a smile on his face. He was here to learn about psychology and stuff but This was the first time he had been here and it was huge. There was Books everywhere and it had that old book smell. He walked Through the halls into a Room with a Directory on it. “Psycho...Psycho….Psycho” He mumbled to Himself Until he found what he was looking for. He went to the B section and could not think what to pick up so he just skimmed tell something caught his eye.”The effects of genjutsu on the mind.” That seemed interesting.

He Picked it off the shelf and went to the a table and opened it slowly putting his nose to the yellow pages of the book. He loved the smell that old books had it made him feel good. He never Understood why. He Began to Read ”The most powerful tool in the world, the thing one that can make or break anything whether it be Material or not, is the mind. Everything that we see today is because of our mind. Are whole reality is just how our minds process information.”

Katsuo was read that first part over a few times just to make sure he got the meaning and continued.“But what would happen if someone could take that away. Just by looking in your eye make demons appear to rip you apart, could make your worst nightmares come true. What affect would this have on the mind.” As he read Katsuo made lips moved. as if talking to himself. And every few minutes he would look up and just stare off into to space trying to figure out the meaning of something.

Kirei Zoro & FuwaFuwa-sama

Zoro meandered through the library, gazing at the rows upon rows of books and scrolls. He knew what he was looking for, he just didn't know where it was. <B><COLOR color="#00BFFF">"Why do teachers insist on making us write essays? We're shinobi, we should be learning to fight, not write papers." Zoro's shih tzu, FuwaFuwa-sama, barked in agreement. "Yeah, when we get older, let's become teachers and never assign homework. Well...not written homework anyway."

Reaching section B, Zoro's eyes found the word he had been searching for. "Geesh, how unorganized. Why would Genjutsu stuff be in section B? Genjutsu doesn't even have a B in it. This section should have stuff like...I don't know...bees, bears, and basket weaving?" Shrugging off the unimportant dilemma of unorganized ordering systems, Zoro looked up at a large bookshelf. His 4'5" stature was looking like it would be a shortcoming today.

Quickly solving his predicament, Zoro lifted his dog above his head. "Okay FuwaFuwa-sama, pick a book." *bark bark* "No, it doesn't matter which one, they are all probably on stupid Genjutsu." *graar bark* "Well it is stupid." *bar bark* "Nooooo, I'm not just saying that because I have to write a stupid essay on it." *rrr* FuwaFuwa-sama rolled his eyes before grabbing a book with his mouth. "About time, you were getting heavy. No more curry rice bowls before bed." Lowering his canine companion to the floor, Zoro took the book and examined it. "Genjutsu for Dummies?! What do you take me for FuwaFuwa-sama!"

A shush from a passing librarian caused the blonde boy to put a hand to his mouth. Once the librarian passed, Zoro crouched down. He addressed his dog in a hushed tone. "I should make you climb up on your own and put this back...but I won't. This is a stupid essay anyway, so I won't waste any more of our time." Standing up straight again, Zoro made his way to a nearby table where a black-haired guy was sitting. The blonde stared in confusion as he watched the guy mouth out words, then blankly stare into space. Not one to keep to himself, Zoro spoke as he took a seat. "What are you doing?"

It took Katsuo a few seconds to realize someone had spoken and when he did he jumped back like he had snuck up on him. He almost fell over in the chair but managed to fall forward and slam on the ground instead of falling over. It echoed across cavernous room which made Katsuo Cringe a little. He looked over at the blonde dude and said”Hey who are you.”

The boy who sat across from him had blonde hair and a ...Dog that was odd. He picked up the book which had dropped on the floor and waited for his answer. The dog was Shih Tzu and it seemed to be very spoiled. It had bow in its hair and the dude himself was wearing western style clothes.

At a table a bit away, sat a boy. He's focus apparently fully at the book he was reading.
Yukiko (extremely long read hair and strong blue eyes seemingly like glowing waring an extremely worn leather hoodie black skin close pants filled with pockets and steel toed boots, her genin signet around her neck ) had decided to use her spare time to learn whatever she could in the field of genjutsu, the one field she had never really got a hand on. She had pretty much ripped the shelf of books containing useful knowledge about genjutsu, apparently this boy was studying the same thing. And as Yukiko had been sitting here most of the day, struggling to keep er focus she eventually lost it... Again. Decided that it would be more fun to learn genjutsu from lip reading the boy. He was around her age, but with no rank signet, so he had to be a student, Yukiko maintained her "cover" behind pile of books both open and both, within scattered paper notes she had been making, more filled with drawings, of genjutsu tho, than actual notes, she did learn a bit as she was okay good at lip reading but what came after was more interesting.
Another person decided to join in, this one had a signet, a genin no less, and a dog... Well you learn to expect the unexpected when you work as a shinobi. The encounter resulted in a spectacle most enjoying.. So much that Yukiko being one to love unexpected outcomes could not contain a giggle. She quickly realized and resumed a very serious face expression while looking like she was reading one of the books and taking notes. What she did not realized was that the book was sideways form her boredom earlier clearly revealing her act.

Zoro was caught off guard by the black-haired youth's sudden tumble. Honestly, Zoro hadn't been all that stealthy. He's not a very good ninja... The blonde boy made a mental note not to train under whoever this was. Zoro wasn't observant enough to realize that the glasses-clad boy before him was actually his same age, and that they were both academy students. Zoro's nose scrunched in frustration as the guy either blatantly ignored his question, or didn't hear it. Fine, it's not like I cared anyway. Despite his perturbed feelings, however, Zoro deemed he would answer the guy's question. "Kirei Zoro. And this is FuwaFuwa-sama." The dog gave a greeting bark. "We're academy students who have to write a stupid paper on Genjutsu." Zoro frowned, clearly unhappy with his homework assignment.

Suddenly FuwaFuwa-sama's ears perked. Zoro looked to his companion. "FuwaFuwa-sama, what do your shih tzu ears hear?" The canine turned to look at the red-haired girl nearby reading. Correction, pretending to read, as her book was obviously wrong side up. "Who needs Genjutsu for Dummies now FuwaFuwa-sama?" *woof* "Hey!" Zoro glared at the dog before returning his eyes to the girl. "You might want to flip your book around, unless you're training to read stuff upside-down." The thought crossed Zoro's mind that such a feat could come in handy at some point or another, though devotedly training in it seemed silly. Zoro's gaze fell back to the boy at his table, and he noticed the Genjutsu book that he was holding. The blonde boy kicked his legs, as his feet were dangling in the air. "What's your name? And are you reading about Genjutsu too? Want to write a paper on it?"
