As of late we have had to place several warnings regarding baiting and the disparaging of other communities. When someone talks about another user or community, it is an expectation that they share the full context of their statement if it puts someone in a negative light. So, if another user "killed" your character but that is not the whole story, your character was performing a terrorist-like activity, in the midst of defecting, etc. then that is expected to be included. The omission of this fact creates a manipulative narrative that damages the reputation of another user or community. Yes, technically the situation happened, it is an unreasonable expectation to tell someone that they cannot talk about something that has happened in the setting or community, true. However, the issue here is that this is the loaded and incomplete narrative that allows other users to baby step to a conclusion and forces the community or player that was not fairly represented to now either defend themselves or seek Administrative help in defending themselves (which is "baiting" someone to an action or reaction in this case) and is also a form of bullying.
