Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Utilizing the power of the shadows around them, the user concentrates upon a specific area. The ground of the area darkens with pure black shadows, from which several arcing tendrils of darkness shoot up to impale the victims.

Information
Prerequisites: - Shadow Affinity, C-rank

Rank 1: Summons 5 spikes that effect two targets. Each deals 255 damage at +1 Accuracy and have a 3% chance of causing the 'Impale' effect.
Master: Summons 8 spikes that effect two targets. Each deals 200 damage at +1 Accuracy and have a 3% chance of causing the 'Impale' effect.

Special Action: By paying +20% of the chakra cost, the user may choose when this technique strikes during a round, or delay it until the next round. Only one use may be delayed at a time.

Rank 1 Cost: 405 Cp
Master Cost: 505 Cp

Notes:
- Bleeding may only be raised once per use.
- The 'Impale' effect increases bleeding by one level and has a 35% chance of dealing critical damage. Additionally, this disperses clones.

Rank 1: Strikes from the shadows dealing 1215 damage at +2 Accuracy. This jutsu has a 18% chance of being a Sneak Attack.
Master: Strikes from the shadows dealing 1520 damage at +2 Accuracy. This jutsu has a 24% chance of being a Sneak Attack.

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp the user may use this attack with melee or ranged Accuracy.

Rank 1 Cost: 360 Cp
Master Cost: 450 Cp

Notes:
-If used as a sneak attack, the jutsu has a 9% / 12% chance of being a critical hit if successful.

A jutsu that crafts a clone from the user's own shadow, creating a doppelganger of themselves. This clone only vaguely resembles the user; it appears entirely as a dark shade of black and lacks any defining characteristics. A unique aspect of this skill is that these clones seem to disperse into sticky black shadows upon melee contact, which somehow links the user and the victim for a short time; guiding the user's actions towards the victim.

Prerequisites: - Shadow Affinity, C-rank

Rank 1: Creates a clone with -6 of the user's secondaries and Hp/Cp equal to 18% of the user's max Cp. This clone may use Fire and Water Ninjutsu lvl's E-D at Rank 2. When hit with a melee attack, this clone has a 24% chance of causing the 'Shadow Trap' effect. The clone is dispersed if this effect activates.
Master Creates a clone with -5 of the user's secondaries and Hp/Cp equal to 20% of the user's max Cp. This clone may use Fire and Water Ninjutsu lvl's E-D at Rank 2, and Fire/Water/Shadow Jutsu up to Lvl C's at Rank 1. When hit with a melee attack, this clone has a 30% chance of causing the 'Shadow Trap' effect. The clone is dispersed if this effect activates.

Special Action: The user may create and additional clone. However, doing so gives both clones an additional -1 secondary, treats all their jutsu one rank lower, and splits the Hp/Cp equally between them. This lowers the secondary effects' chance of activating by -7% .

Special Action: These Clones may attempt to strike a target physically and disperse into shadows willingly. This costs 1 Ap from the clone, and has twice the chance to activate the 'Shadow Trap' effect. If successful this destroys the clone in the process.

Rank 1 Cost: 630 Cp, 320 Cp/Rnd
Master Cost: 750 Cp, 380 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- The clone has 1/4 of the users AP. Lowest AP can go is .5 AP.
- Once the clone runs out of Chakra, it disperses.
- Casting this jutsu while it is already active will remove the current clones from play.
- The 'Shadow Trap' effect causes the user's partial hits to be treated one rank higher upon the victim. This effect lasts a full round, and may stack twice.

A technique in which the user merges with the shadows around them to seemingly vanish into nothingness. Striking the user of this jutsu cuts through only wispy shades of darkness shaped in the likeness of the user. However, merging with shadows requires a short time to set up, making a quick preparation vital to pulling this off correctly.

Rank 1: Once used, the user will auto-dodge the next level E-A Jutsu that hits them.
Master: Once used, the user will auto-dodge the next level E-A Jutsu that hits them. The user may use the Special Action.

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp and .5 Ap, the user may choose to attempt to hide in stealth when they auto-dodge an attack with a +2 Stealth Bonus. This may only be used when this Jutsu is mastered, and once per battle.

Special Action: The user may have this Jutsu activate only on a full hit. A partial hit will not activate trigger this Jutsu's effect.

Rank 1 Cost: 560 Cp
Master Cost: 680 Cp

Notes:
- This Jutsu is Activated Auto-Dodge
- May only use this technique every other round.
- This is not used reflexively. The user must perform this technique, and the next designated attack that 'hits' them is auto-dodged.
- This Jutsu is only activated if the user is 'Hit'; it does not activate if the user dodges an attack normally.
- Cannot be used on Genjutsu, while bound, against successful sneak attacks, or any Level S Jutsu.[/fontsize]
