Ryusui stands at about average height and build. His once tanned skin has begun to pale as he spent much of his time skirting around what used to be his island home. His hair is as blue as the water that used to crash against the once tropical home of Kirigakure. A noticeable mark on his face is a Chakra Mark which was used by Kirigakure to identify their shinobi as a unique marker that each mist shinobi possessed. his outfits are all relatively simple dark shirts with various jackets and matching pants. Since he has no place to call home anymore he is often seen in various levels of layering to keep him cool in the deserts of the Land of Wind or warm when he visits his home in the Land of Water
Character's Mental Description:
Character History: Ryusui was born to a fun loving, crazy mother named Yotta Cereza, and because of this he got away with anything he wanted. On multiple occasions he would receive candy before meals, or new toys for the hell of it. Though this seemed like a blessing, it also came as a curse. There were multiple occasions in Ryu's early life where he would be rushed to the emergency rooms because of his mother's obsession with fire, and even sometimes out of neglect. He knew that his mother loved him, but sometimes it seemed as if she was mored worried about herself than him. On one occasion, when Ryu was five years old, his mother accidentally caught the entire house on fire because she was mad at some plants. This caused the boy to focus his strong and developing mind on Water Ninjutsu. This way he would be able to put out the fires that his mother caused. She had wanted the boy to practice fire with her, but he knew the devastating powers that came with it. Just like his mother's natural ability with fire, Ryu was able to pick up Water Ninjutsu as if it was nothing. Sometimes he believed that his father was a strong water ninja, and maybe he would be able to train under him, but until that day he would have to keep training to become stronger. By the time he was eight, the boy was able to use almost every Water Ninjutsu that he saw. This allowed the boy to become an equal rival with his mother and was able to stop any of her fire jutsus before they destroyed the house. By constantly sparring with a fire user, Ryu's water based Ninjutsu were often evaporated instantly and this allowed him to slowly learn mastery of the Vapor element as well. As the years passed, Ryu wondered why he wasn't getting any official training, and upon asking his mother, she realized that she forgot to sign him up for the academy when he was younger, and she was just now getting to it. He was ten years old, as strong as his Chuunin mom and was about to finally start the academy.
During his time in the Academy he and many others in the village faced an instant and catastrophic event with the permanent winter that faced the village. Fleeing and becoming seperated from his mother, Ryu has spent the rest of his younger years hopping from island to island trying to survive. Fortunately for him he had spent his academic years mastering the element of water that he was fairly proficient on the open seas.
A few years ago he had decided to come to land to try and find any remaining members of his village. It is his goal to not only bring his lost family back together, but to return to his now lost home.

- Disciplined: Being raised with a mother of extreme hyperness, and excitement, Ryu learned to keep most of his emotions in check and he gets done what he needs to do.
- Calm: Because he had developed a high sense of needed discipline, the young man is always cool and collective. Rarely does his emotions take control and change his decision making habits. Ryu has a level head and isn't about to lose it.
- Conceited: Being called a prodigy for most of his childhood before the catastrophe was an easy indicator on why his ego is so large. He tends to believe that he is the peak of perfection, and the epitome of his academy classes.
