Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Almost overnight a light dust of snow swept across the cloud village and although the weather was a bit chilly, it wouldn't stop Kumogakure’s shinobi from fulfilling their duty. Their mission today was a pretty simple and low risk task. They had to collect information on a cult who’s goal was apparently to resurrect the dead. In this day and age resurrection wasn't very uncommon, in fact it was more of a nuisance, but none the less if someone wanted to use a forbidden practice to harm anyone or thing, then precautions had to be taken. At the cloud gates stood a single man perched on top of a statue like gate ornament thingy, dressed in basic shinobi attire, with two swords held across his back, and a gigantic teddy bear mask with piercing blood red eyes. Ironically enough, his code name was simply “Teddy”, but his true name was Sude Tedi; yes, every clan had their weirdo’s, but sure enough he was a skilled shinobi none the less. The message had already been sent out to the two who would participate in this mission today, so Tedi was simply waiting for them to arrive. Hopefully they would prepare themselves for this mission today, the weather didn't seem very welcoming and appeared as if a small storm was brewing.

Because of recent events, Manami’s natural mood had begun to change. While she was still very kind and respectful, she was slowly growing more and more irritable. Since meeting with the head of her clan, a new sense of confidence and doubt had come upon her. But today, she had to put everything aside and get ready for a brief mission. From what she was told the day before, this mission wasn't very important or risky. Though that didn't mean that she could slack off or come to this mission unprepared. She dressed in the usual fashion, wearing a red silky get up with bandages across her chest. Across her back was several weapons, mostly slashing types, but there was a polearm with one end wrapped in bandages.

Next thing she knew, she walking toward the village’s gates to meet the mission representative. He was supposed to inform her on what it was that she had to do today. The only extra information she had about the representative was that he was a member of her clan, but the name had already escaped her. Suddenly she arrived at the gate and her eyes instantly caught a glimpse of one of her clansmen. She knew who he was the instant she saw the backside of his mask. Almost a depressed expression crossed her face while at the same time having to fight off an urge to face palm herself out of the sheer stupidity of a member of her clan. She didn't know exactly what else to say or do at this moment, but it was obvious that she had to do something. Brushing off this embarrassment, she silently approached her fellow clansmen.

Would you be the mission representative I’m supposed to report to?

Why else would he be here? From what she knew he wasn't an anbu or anything so chances are he was the one.

The governor was killed and his personal bodyguard along with him and with the whole town thinking the bodyguard did it and not Genshu, the mission worked out exactly the way he wanted it too. He had arrived back at the village and wait for the informant to come contact him to let him know of the Batosi's head finally coming out of the shadows for Genshu to assassinate as well, patience was one of his strong suits for every time he was things tended to work out in his favor. Genshu hadn't been in the village for a whole day yet and Raiu was already sending him out on another mission that Genshu had no idea what the details were, which pissed him off. Usually when he did an ANBU mission they'd give him a little bit of information before the full debriefing but the Sude clan needed some work on that which Genshu would fix personally. The weather seemed to get a little more serious and that would only make the mission more annoying, although he was used to the bullshit weather of cloud, Genshu hoped for it to get warmer this time of year so that he could actually relax and take off his clothes without freezing his ass off but one could only hope.

He finally arrived at the gates and it was time to put his game face on, Genshu was quite surprised to see the famous Manami doing the mission with him, she was one of the few who could stand up to Raiu and not get bitch slapped in the face. She wasn't his immediate family but she was part of the clan so she automatically had Genshu's basic trust to watch his back and if her reputation preceded her then Genshu would be done with this mission much quicker then he expected. Her silky red outfit caught Genshu's eye quickly, she looked fairly attractive in her outfit and with the weapons attached to her back it made her look like a bad ass to a degree. Genshu wore his usual white and blue attire that was given to him by his mother but he always took great care of it as it was excellent for assassination and blending in especially with the weather they were in at the moment. He looked over to find Tedi in his usual outfit with that big ass bear helmet on his head for no reason. "Maybe if he would lose his virginity or just get a girl friend he might not be as weird." Genshu thought to himself but he knew very few women who would date a man with a bear helmet on his head.

RAWR!!!!!!! YOU TWO ARE HERE, FINALLY!!!!! He yelled with a wild roar, only before jumping down off the gate ornament. Landing in a couching position, he quickly stood straight up and folded his arms while he looked at the two. The blood red eyes on his mask at this point were just rolling around as he attempted to make eye contact. Suddenly, the expression on the face of the mask turned serious and he began to talk. Your mission today is simple! You two are to walk on out to the spine of the world, collect info on a religious cult within that area that wears a blue mountain symbol on their coats, then find them and collect info on whatever they're planning. Said Tedi as the mouth of the bear masked moved with his voice and facial expressions. It would appear as if the mask was as very much a part of him as his own skin, but that was ridiculous to even assume. All we know right now is that that cult apparently wants to resurrect some old dead guy for whatever reason, but we suspect they might be up to no good. Suddenly, what appeared to be a large cartoonish drip of snot began to fall from the mask’s nose. Wiping it off with his wrist, he continued. Here are your headsets; it’s a secured line connecting you guys to me. Which means you have to keep me updated on the situation. Also, here’s a temporary passport for the sake of it paper work and it’ll expire in forty eight hours, so don’t waste too much time our you’ll be considered rogues! Tossing them to the two of them, he nodded. Now get outta here! He told the two, before shadow dancing away with a loud bearish roar!

If they didn't know already, that was his way of telling them he was letting them out of the gates.
