Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

BOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!

A massive explosion rocked the forest near the academy sending up a pillar of flame as the tree's swayed violently from the displaced air dropping browning leaves to the forest floor below as the branches groaned from the force. A small distance away in a new clearing surrounded by the last flickers of flame Ayeka stood alone her hair a shocking shade of red while she look over the charred foliage as two orbs of fire chakra floated at shoulder height on either side of her shoulders. "Hmmm th...that should be..be enough room." Even alone Ayeka couldn't shake the nerves at the though of new people as she paced around the clearing the fiery orb transforming forming into calming pools of water chakra as she went while her hair also changed colour to a warm oceanic blue before the girl cast a simple water jutsu to create a small pool of water within one corner of the clearing before repeating the process with the other elements.

When the students would arrive they would come to a clearing split into five parts with each element represented physically in the clearing. For the section demonstrating water they would see small pools of water flowing into each other in a continuous circle create an infinite loop of flowing water. For wind they would see a small patch of uncharred ground with nearby trees cut down to allow a steady breeze to flow through that side of the clearing almost creatin a wind corridor. The earth element side was represented with jagged boulders and rocks raising from the ground while fire was resented by a section of the clearing burning with controlled fire chakra. Finally the last section lightning has a sword impaled into the ground, the blade itself made out of pure lightning chakra sending arcs of electricity out into it's surroundings.

Ayeka herself took a seat in the centre of the clearing a small circle of green grass below her and she meditated in order to store natural chakra while she waited for her students to arrive. She had already put a notice up in the classroom on where the students should meet her so all she could do now was wait to see who turned up.

Akira allowed himself a few moments in the morning to finish up the rounds inside the Hospital, his day had been busy and it seemed that he wanted a few moments to clear his mind before deciding to see what the class was about, he knew full well that he would probably just have to sit in silence for most of it, yet part of him wanted to at least get the experience in as well, it never hurt to see what other Shinobi thought about the world. As he walked to the familiar Academy he allowed himself to look around for anyone else however it seemed that he was there first.

"Well guess, I am the first one here, sorry to be so forthright about the class, but figured I would come and see what the crack was with the lesson today, never hurts to make sure that I am............"

As he opened his eyes he looked at the note on the door, it seemed that he had actually taken that time to check before speaking he was not here, instead they were directed elsewhere. As he allowed himself to turn on his heels he walked out to the location to where this was being held, his eyes scanning the elements it seemed that this would be going back to basics for him, but that was fine. He never really had much time at the moment to burn off any form of steam and just chilling in a lesson for the day seemed a quick way to do that.

"Ah right we are here, sorry for the late drop-in, but figured I would come and see a lesson and see if anything could refresh my mind, the name is Akira."

He gave a smile that would normally be considered creepy at best, as he held in the ominous aura that even standing close to someone gave off, that was just the way it was with a Kinjutsu, after all, they could affect the user in not just positive ways but negative as well. It seemed with turning up first, he would wait and see who else turned up.

Miyako is honestly a complete novice when it comes to the shinobi arts, though she’d never admit it. She was a tenacious gung-ho girl, elegantly refined, extremely capable and perfect in every way (her words not mine). Sure, that might be a tad bit egotistical, but it’s how she was raised. She was treated like a princess by everyone she’s ever known. So naturally when she saw a new class starting, she signed up without a second thought. She had a lot to accomplish and she thought it was good to get an early start. A way to make a good impression on the teachers and her peers while still making good progress on her goal of revolutionizing her family’s secret arts.

She jauntily bounces down the halls, sheathed katana in hand as she makes her exit from the school building. It feels like she’s there in a snap, stepping into the clearing divided up into what appeared to display the five basic elements. She giddily claps her hands together in a silent prayer. This is exactly the kind of thing she came to the academy for. As she steps closer she recognizes the teacher, giving her an excited little wave. “Oh! Hello Miss! I’m looking forward to learning from you!” Bowing her head in respect like she was always taught. She then notices that she wasn't the only student here. Another boy had already arrived. Miyako's first impression was that he was… odd, but honestly most of the people she’s met from the village have been a little eccentric. She steps towards him, an intense wave of dread surrounds the air, the hair on her arms prickling up like a cat sensing danger She scraps the idea of reaching her hand out to greet him, opting for a dainty little smile and giggle before scampering a little closer to the teacher’s supervision.

Here's how Sota arrives: hands shoved down his pockets, lips curled earthward, brows knitted together. Scattered here and there are signs hinting that he hadn't, in fact, arrived out of his own volition. Call it blackmail 'cause that's what it was. Keniwa had drilled a good dozen-or-so threats into his brain. Yapped away the entire week about his absences, his misbehavior, his this, his that. And so — by some unholy miracle — Sota had decided to drag himself to his first class in a while. Thinks it'll help shut him up for their next meeting. Which, hopefully never rolls around.

First thing he does when steps out from behind a tree is crash his shoulder against another. Then, without offering Akira so much as a glance — continues down his path. He doesn't just pretend like nothing had happened, fully believes it. Stops at the center, and counts three. As a result, ire is drained from his throat in the form of a long, loud groan.

Surrounding the four were a number of elements. The cogs within his brain twist, and Sota quickly concludes: "oh my fucking god, we're not doing elements."

Oh, but they were. A fact that has his head — in sequence with another displeased groan — rolling back, over his shoulder then back up.

Ayeka felt her nerves build higher as she sensed her first student enter the clearing or it could be said this person was more of a returning alumni according to what the academy had informed her when he had signed up for her class. As Akira introduced himself Ayeka noted she could sense a dark energy coming off him in almost comfortable waves reminding her of her own curse energy she used to wield before Aria's possession had profoundly changed her body and despite no longer being able to tolerate the energy any more she still found the feeling of it to be a sort of bittersweet comfort though it didn't help the creepy smile Akira had on his face which caused Ayeka to pale slightly while wishing she had put her hood on after all instead of trying to be brave for her new student.

"Um ah Gr..greetings Akira and w..w..w.lecome to my class." Ayeka quickly stood up and bowed in greeting to the other boy as her words shook from her nerves. The next student to arrive was the smaller girl she had met not too long ago at a local food stall whom seemed very eager for class making Ayeka give her a small shy smile as she was glad some people were interested in hearing what she had to teach as she reciprocated the young girl bow before drawing back up to her full six feet in height. "Ah yes hello.....Um Tachibana Miyako I re..remember you from b.b.efore." Ayeka watched as the girl also took note of Akira but found his aura more chilling by her expression as she stepped closer to the soft spoken dragon causing Ayeka to giggle quietly to herself. It wasn't long before her last student finally arrived and instantly made it known he was displeased by the topic of the class making Ayeka visibly flinch but instead of speaking about his words or lack of introduction Ayeka instead settled for getting class started.

Ayeka closed her amber eye as she held up a ram sign to focus her chakra for a moment before the eye snapped back open revealing nine Tomoe now drifting around the iris of the yellow orb as Ayeka allowed the influx of chakra in the air to stimulate Aria's memories into awakening as Ayeka's posture and general aura changed into someone much more confident as wide excited grin now filled her face. "Ok Kids!.... and Akira today I'm gonna be giving you the run down on elemental transformation. However I imagine you have already had the boring run down of how's and what's with other teachers so let me give you a demonstration." Ayeka lifted her hand high above her head and in response the flames burning at the edge of the clearing began to flow towards Ayeka coalescing around her hand before she suddenly closed her fingers around the flames causing them to temper down into a long blade made of fire that sparked and crackled within her hand but did not harm her. "This is an elemental technique unique to my bloodline. By attuning my chakra to the concepts of heat and excitation I can change the element of my chakra to fire and use it to create flames or as in this case manipulate pre existing ones." As Ayeka spoke she flicked her wrist sending the sword into a flurry of arcs to demonstrate that the blade was fully physical and could function as more than just fire chakra. "Each element can also effect the other, either weakening or strengthening a corresponding element. Now which element would negatively affect my fire sword here? If you have the ability to do so you can also channel the element you think it is and strike me with it but if you do make sure you can deal with what may come next. " As Ayeka finished speaking she punctuated her sentence with a feral smile as if she found the prospect of potentially being wounded exciting.

Akira listened to the woman speak, it seemed that the teacher was quite unsure of her actions and what she wanted to do but the experience came with time but that was fine he would just see how the rest of the class went and would go from there, after all, he was here to make sure everything went smoothly and see if he could pick up anything else to use later in his life, knowledge was power in his mind, and he wanted to make sure that he was more at the back, let the kids learn.

Feeling his shoulder be barged slightly he sighed, it seemed that some kids were just there to be annoying and right now he was still in that situation he let the sigh out loud enough so the brat could hear it as he stood there, paying really not much thought to him rather than he probably would need an attitude adjustment later in life, but a class was not the time or the place to carry this out. Bringing his hand out he summoned a thing string of water from his hand, as he let it gently trail on the ground in front of him, the water shifting with fluid motion as he looked to the teacher.

"A water whip, though I won't attack with it, the water would counter the fire in theory, depending on the person's chakra and abilities to do so of course, but the elements should counter, that said this can be countered with electricity thus there is a full circle of elements that all have advantages and disadvantages against each others."

Being patient and silent he decided to see what the rest of the students would say in regards to the current lesson that was taking place.

Miyako fidgeted to and fro, excited for the lesson to begin, though there was definitely an odd aura in the air. Everybody seemed so much scarier than the other people she had met. The new boy that had arrived was no different, outwardly bemoaning the lesson in front of the teacher. She had half a mind to reprimand him for such disrespectful behavior! Though… maybe keeping her mouth shut might be for the best. It’s not like she was scared or anything! She just didn’t want to cause trouble for Ayeka-san! Yep- haha, that’s right!

There was a shift in Ayeka’s tone and demeanor that caught Miyako by surprise after whatever technique she just used. She was so much more… bold? She definitely looked like the model teacher now, but she couldn’t help but miss the delightfully adorable lady she met at the food stall. Miyako listens intently to the explanation. She’d done some studying of the basics on her own despite not being able to channel most of the elements yet, still her arm shoots up to answer the teacher’s question, being beaten out by the boy with the dreadful ambience about him. Miyako clicks her tongue in frustration, beaten to the punch, but she sees another opportunity to pluck for insight from her instructor.

She steps forward, flinching as she channels her chakra. She was still a complete beginner at this, but she was quite proud of being able to use a basic wind ninjutsu. “Which means that wind is weak against fire, right, Miss?” She tilts her head expectedly for praise for being such a smart girl, holding the little ball of air in her palm, like a dog presenting a toy.

Something unspools in his eyes. There's that feeling again, easily recognized from home. A reminder of why he skips his classes. An answer to the sennin's question from the other day. Still can't put his tongue on it, and wouldn't know how to translate it into words, so he lets his brows knead together. Chooses to seethe in silence 'cause he's had enough punishments to last him a month.

Alas, Sota can only stay quiet for so long. See, when he looks to the other two, he sees failures. What's the use of a display if it isn't put to practice? Hell, why add a speech to it if you ain't showcasing your own words? It's clear that academics weren't his forte but what the teacher offers is a option of two. One requires him to study, so he opts for the other. Amplifies his voice, snaps out half a scoff and a "who cares about theory?"

"Hey, Teach,"
is the only warning any of them receive before a thin cord made of water — not unlike Akira's whip — travels over the field; horizontal enough to risk collateral. Rushes towards the teacher's fiery concoction and promises to put out more than just flames. Hell, Sota counts it a bonus if his water happens to strike the ponytailed one. Would put some weight to her words, no? See it as a demonstration.

Ayeka grinned at Akira's textbook response as she twisted around to shoot him a single finger gun while she allowed her burning sword to rest over her shoulder. "Ding ding full marks for the taciturn sage! Water chakra can be created using the concepts of serenity and flow allowing a ninja to produce water from their chakra as you can see Akira demonstrating masterfully for us. However producing water can be taxing unlike fire which lacks true substance so keep in mind that you may want to find existing elements around you in order to harness them for your jutsu making the cost to your energies more negligible." As Ayeka spoke she noticed Miyako fidgeting and seemingly getting annoyed at Akira beating her to an answer, tutting in a way that just made the smaller girl just seem like a cute bunny to Ayeka as she chuckled at the byplay between student. However Miyako was not one to be bested in knowledge it seemed as the girl stepped forward with some bonus info to share around the class as she demonstrated her own understanding of the topic. "That is correct Miya." As Ayeka spoke she brought her fiery sword to rest alongside Miya's jutsu allowing the blade to syphon chakra from causing the flame to change colour from a roaring orange to a stunning azure flame that burned with greater intensity but did not burn the student as Ayeka carefully controlled the chakra. "Keep in mind as well that some jutsu can feed on others strengthening them or weakening them depending on the element used." As she finished speaking Ayeka allowed the fire to snuff leaving only dancing embers in the air that soon disappeared. Giving Miya a gentle pat on the head as praise Ayeka went to move on to another topic but before she could her third student decided to be a disruptive influence.

Turning her head Ayeka watched as Sota shouted out to her before creating a water whip and swinging the weapon at everyone in the class. Ayeka felt her smile drop as she glumly watched a jutsu that while dangerous didn't have enough chakra spread evenly thought out the long construct to make it truly lethal turning the attack into more of an annoyance since it lacked any true killing intent. Ayeka's hair glowed for a moment with chakra before it and her scales changed colour from black to a deep indigo as her body began to spark with lightning chakra causing the smell of burnt ozone to fill the hair as the sparks jumped a couple of centimetres from her body. Ayeka watched Sota's attack approach from her right side threatening to hit her and Miya at the same time while Akira stood slightly further away on her left so with a pulse of chakra Ayeka allowed a large draconic wing to grow from her right side and had it surround Miya as a shield.

The whip smashed powerfully into the indigo appendage clashing with the lightning chakra covering the wing and causing the water jutsu to burst like a balloon as the whip was overcome with it's natural weakness. Once the jutsu was diffused Ayeka would retract her wing before vanishing in a burst of speed too fast for anyone but Akira to see as Ayeka once again changed colour. The chuunin's hair quickly bled white with bands of red circling sideways through the strands as the girls hair grew in length until it rested all the way down her back close to her ankles. Ayeka's eyes were highlighted with red marking as she appeared in front of Sota close enough that their noses were almost touching with the girl crouching to meet the smaller boys height. For a moment Ayeka said nothing as she contemplated the boy in front of her before she gave a rude sigh of exasperation pressing her elbow into her knee so she could rest her chin in her palm.
"Ugh couldn't you have added some killing intent to that attack instead of just flailing at me! Wasn't even enough to get excited about." Ayeka stood up and turned away from the red haired boy. "Well at least I can use this to Segway into the final chakra type. I'm sure Akira already knows this as a sage but right now I'm in a state known as Sage Mode. Can anyone tell me what chakra this state draws on among the elemental states?"

Akira kept himself silent for a bit as he watched the teacher, though he had not seen Sage Mode himself yet, he decided to keep his secrets to himself, it was something he would never have access to or be allowed to use, but that was the sacrifice he made for other powers. He had given up some options in order to take in others, it was an equal trade and one that would affect him while he lived, as he listened to the teacher, he didn't answer, deciding to avoid the question, as he knew natural energy, yet he himself could never wield it, he would always rely on corrupt chakra instead, that was the way of a Dark Sage.

Standing silently, he took a moment to admire the teacher, it was strange seeing someone equal to him so close, as he allowed his hand to run through his messy hair and unintentionally let out a chuckle, more awkward in the moment that he found himself admiring someone, and trying to drag his attention back to the class at hand, it would be better if he didn't let himself become a stupid mumbling idiot over the teacher, but he that was the way sometimes things went.

He allowed himself to end the water jutsu, the water dropping onto the grass and soaking it in the patter the whip had made in those few moments. It was time to see what the other students would be bringing to the table.

Miyako’s eyes light up, grinning like an idiot as her teacher praises her for the additional information. She craved more and more, a glutton for applause and recognition. She’s aware that’s not the purpose of education, but it wouldn’t hurt to let her indulge a bit, no? She’s the type that’s used to being called a good girl for every little thing she gets right.

It happened in a flash. A crack in the air and a shout from the unruly boy red-head causes Miyako to turn around, an aquatic whip coming right at her. Miyako recoils in anticipation of the impact, stopping her chakra flow as she dives into her much more capable teacher, clinging tight to her waist with her face buried in. Ah, sanctuary~ Just like before she was enveloped by resplendent wings- Queenly regalia so warmly protecting the startled girl. She looks up at her hero, letting slip in a little whisper “So coooooooool~” Miyako was so captivated she forgot to even get angry at her would-be assailant… Well, mostly. Miyako can’t help but stick her tongue out while Ayeka rightfully puts the scoundrel in his place. Bleeeeeeh

Miyako dusts herself off, combing her fingers through her hair to fix her bangs, generally collecting herself before her hand shoots up to answer the follow-up question. She bounces up, each little hop jutting her hand further and further into the air. “I can’t really show an example right now, but by process of elimination it has to be Earth, right, Ayeka-sensei?”

A symphony of colors clash against one another; black to purple, blue to red. Lightning eats at his attempt, silences it. An explosion of man and nature. Then, just as quickly as it had started, it ends. Next, the winds howl and replace the empty air before Sota with a tower for a woman. Comes to him in brand new form, and shoves the grin right off his face. Several blinks follow.

Then some more when she finally cuts down silence to offer comment. Wait. Did she just say killing intent?

Sota's face twists into a grimace. An unknown force pulls him a step back, places a safe distance between he and the freak. Because —

"Ew. You're a... " what was that word, again... "masa... maso..... MASOCHIST!" he barks out, a finger pointing at her with an aha! and an accusation. "Teach, you're not a masochist, are you?????"

Cause why in the fuck would he 'add some killing intent to his attack'??

Alas.......................

The word sage doesn't even register in his mind. Almost tosses up his best guess then decides against it. Settles in his spot, once more in a state of disinterest. Regardless of her kinks, Sota had to give it to her. The woman wasn't shitty per se. Nowhere as bad as previous teachers of his. From those he remembers, anyway. After all, she'd offered the option of two! Given the less academically inclined students (such as Sota) the chance to prove his prowess in more ways than just lip service. That was worth the unspoken praise in Sota's book.

Ayeka just stared at Sota with a shocked expression at his exclamation that she was a masochist. 'What are they teaching kids! Err but that is a decent word to describe ninjas in general since we do gruelling training just to fight other people with what's essentially ninja magic.' As Ayeka was thinking to herself she crossed her arms and closed her eyes for a moment as she thought for a moment on how to respond to the violent redhead but the more she thought about the life of a ninja the more she couldn't help but find the word fitting for how she lived her life because only a masochist would devote their life to the ways of the ninja for their village. Barking out a laugh finally Ayeka turned to Sota with a grin. "Ha! When I'm like this all I can think about is my next life or death fight so probably. " Ayeka gave a careless shrug to Sota not caring what he thought of her since she only cared about what she wanted in the grand scheme of things and instead turned to Miya. "Close Miya but not quite. You see with every breath we take we produce chakra that can be controlled and converted but most people don't produce elemental chakra naturally meaning we create unaspected chakra. Just like us Nature also produces it's own chakra from all things in creation creating a field of chakra different from what we produce." As Ayeka spoke she lifted up a hand and created a Rasengan the orb spinning visibly wildly within her hand. "By using my chakra I can create ninja techniques but if you know how you can also borrow the power of nature. " At her words the jutsu took on a green tinge as the the Rasengan seemed to rotate faster as if the attack was getting stronger but it also released of a feeling of purity as if the chakra had become cleaner from what it was before as Ayeka allowed the jutsu to dissipate.

"The seventh hidden chakra of nature can be used to increase the power of all your jutsu but it is also the hardest nature to manage and can be fatal if your not taught properly.....Okay enough lectures! Time for your last assignment. I want each of to pick a element you are best at and use it to destroy it's opposite from the example I have created around the field. It's first come fist serve and you only need to take care of one." As Ayeka spoke her hair returned to it's normal black colour as she felt her time limit with Sage Mode end. Stepping to the edge of the clearing Ayeka leaned against a tree to observe her students on their last assignment to see if they had understood what she was talking about. "Also please make sure you jutsu doesn't affect the other students. If anyone get hurt because you wanted to show off then your gonna be doing laps with me around the village until tomorrow."

Akira allowed himself a few moments to consider the option of the class that had been given to him, it seemed that they were going to have to prove themselves in the last part, yet what he was good at never really came up, after the Yamanaka had his own hidden secrets and traits that he could call upon when it came to fighting, yet he would not show them today, neither would he show the abilities that he had gathered as a dark sage, somethings were best to be kept in darkness, and this was one of that situation were his abilities should remain silent and unknown to most.

Though he looked to the best one to deal with in those few seconds, pondering the best option he allowed himself to walk up to the fire element, instead just creating his hand seals with almost memorialized perfection as he put his hand out, a huge water ball consumed the fire, spinning in a sphere as the fire began to die and then finally put itself as the water maintained a pressure bubble at that moment, holding itself firm and without any movement in the chakra a perfect water prison he turned towards Ayeka.

"This should for for how to deal with one element, fire and water the perfect and easy combination, I figured I would get rid of the one that most people know, and see what the other two can really do, I hope that you do not mind this approach."

Miyako wrinkles her nose, frustrated at her own shortcomings. If only she had spent a little more time studying on her own she wouldn’t have made a complete fool of herself in front of her peers. What the heck is natural energy, anyway!? It was a fluke- a trick question! Still even with all the pouting, she couldn’t help but be amazed by the display of Ayeka’s Sage Mode and the practical applications of nature energy, her eyes shimmering, completely mesmerized by her super cool, fabulous sensei. She regains her composure, focusing on the lesson at hand again, eager to learn.

She listens intently, an easy enough test, though she had to pray that the first student did not demonstrate wind’s strength- it was the only thing she could use. A sigh of relief slips out as he walks towards the restrained inferno. Miyako nimbly skips towards the sword cloaked in lightning, each step echoing an agile bunny. She cautiously inches forward, careful to not get zapped by any stray bolts, stumbling through the appropriate hand seals to conjure up a palm-sized cyclone. “Hiiiiiyah!” She excitedly bounds forward, thumping her hand against electrified steel, a whirling maelstrom collapsing in on itself and dissipating into the atmosphere.

She knew this is how it would happen, but feeling the sensation shiver along her skin was so much more exhilarating than reading it in a book. In truth she didn’t quite understand the principle of it yet, but the small child felt entirely too conceited, like she was a goddess who could shape the weather on a mere whim. “I did it, Ayeka-sensei! A cocky, reassured maiden, hands on her hips in a rather daring pose like she’d just conquered the elements.

Pop
!'s the sound of Sota waking up from an impromptu nap. Thank god he'll have nothing to do with this sage-thing, huh? Shit seems to warrant the lecture of a century, which — like any other lengthy (albeit typical) class — was a peeve.

But hey, here's his newest problem: the dark-haired student. Walks up to the only element Sota knows to extinguish and does it in his stead. Gives rise to the crease between Sota's brows and the two or three insults from under his breath. And, as he moves to direct this glare towards the golden crown, a huff follows for the cherry on top.

"And what do you suppose I do now, dumbass?" Directed back towards student A. "C'mon, Teach, you've gotta let me beat him up for that one. 'Least a little."

Left without material to make use of, Sota takes a step closer to the puddles of water. Without so much as the flicker of a thought, he gets to work.

His getting to work looks a-something like this: the water unspools from its dance, and its translucency darkens down; first to a dirtied pink, then gradually redder and redder, 'til it's nothing but water-turned-blood. Here, it moves. Floats closer to Sota, over his shoulder, pauses barely a meter in front of Miyako. Recreates its dance, coiling and traveling in a programmed pattern. Shapes a big.... heart .

"Sorry about before, yeah?" he offers his best smile.

Then............

POP!'s the sound of it bursting; spilling blood all around.

Akira had cleared the task easily as Ayeka had assumed he would since he was a much more advanced ninja than the other students which made his presence here more impressive to the girl as very few ninja would return to class to get a refresher on the basics. As the flaming section of the clearing was extinguished with a cloud of steam with Akira explaining Ayeka's eyes moved on to her next student as Miya stepped towards one of the more dangerous sides of the field as lightning chakra was always very volatile however the dragons concerns were unneeded as the young girl summoned up a cyclone of wind to diffuse and dispel Ayeka ninjutsu. "Well done Miya." Ayeka smiled at the excited girl as she posed in a victorious manner entertaining Ayeka greatly as it was time for her final student to take a turn.

Ayeka watched with interest as Sota seemed to struggle with what to do as he didn't seem to have very many elements practiced but was pleasantly surprised when he walked to the water field and began to convert and manipulate the water as bubbles of blood impressing the Chuunin watching them.
"Huh blood release. Wasn't expecting a bloodline trait today." Ayeka said to herself from her resting place as Sota began to show off to Miya demonstrating that control until the bubble burst literally. Ayeka grimaced as blood splashed in all directions most likely covering Miya in the grim substance. Cursing that she had been too far away to intervene Ayeka quickly hurried over. "Ugh this isn't gonna be pretty." As she spoke Ayeka felt the combative persona of Aria fade away leaving the much shyer girl in her place. "Ah Mi...Miya-chan c..c..ome with me and w..we will get you cleaned up." Coruching down to make sure she wasn't hurt or too traumatised Ayeka gently took the girl hand with the intention of leading her away. "Cl..class dismissed. Pl..please report to ..th...the office that you p...assed." Speaking to the other students as she lead the way out of the clearing Ayeka made a note to come back and clear up later as the pair left together.

Akira nodded to the teacher as it seemed that he had finally completed the class, as he watched the teacher leave he turned his attention towards the boy who seemed to have a thing for running his mouth around, as he pondered for a few moments dispelling the Water Prison in that split second and allowing himself a few moments to regain the Chakra that he had lost as he stood there looking to the other two, as he turned to the girl first his eyes catching with her's as a polite smile was across his face.

"Well that was a fun lesson today I must say, it has been a while since I have been to the Academy and I cannot argue with the results either nothing like a bit of refresher to help"

As his look turned to Sota the smile on his face faded in an instant as he caught the boy's attention in a few moments. As he held the look his aura shifted around him.

"You with the mouth and attitude, I would cool it down, or you will run your mouth into a situation that will get you hurt, play the big boy when you have the skills to back it up."

A booming throb, an intoxicating shot of praise rousing her little heart to life, beating rapidly as the last ephemeral spark ceases to be. She was so proud of herself and overjoyed at how well her first lesson had gone. A quiet lull as she drops her shoulders, reminiscing about the slight progress she's made. She's undeniably a much better person since coming here. The many connections she's made and the minute strides towards refining her techniques. Miyako absolutely love Konoha -- in the purest sense of the word. A love so great, it felt like her heart would pop.

And so it did

Miyako blinks, aghast and appalled at the shade of scarlet that now soaked into her. It feels corrupting- pestilence from a petulant child. She would forever lament this moment. An unpleasant stain on a perfect canvas. That is all she could see when she stared back at the boy responsible, her fists clenched tight enough to snap the dripping blood from her pallid knuckles. The tears swelling up, not a symptom of sadness or grief, but a new emotion unfamiliar to the girl. Malice. Curse the boy who taught her how to hate. She shambles towards him like a silent, vengeful wraith. This is new territory- her body moving on its own like a girl possessed, consumed by a single thought. Enemy

A soft voice and a softer hand. Another bubble burst. Miyako clutches at the warm hand offering her comfort, finding solace from the deluge of intrusive, vile thoughts. "Th-Thank you, Sensei. I...I had...fun... sst-still" She stammers, defiantly, even as the dam breaks and spills out her sorrow, crystalline tears tarnished with a somber tint of red.
