At age nine our Lord Raiden went to a fair. At the fair he walked around, looking at each vendor and then ignoring them and their claims, until he came across a tent which most people were ignoring. He entered that tent and there he met a fortune teller. Nothing is known of what she looked like, and the only reason what it is that she told Raiden is known is what was written from his own tellings.
Later in life, after founding Kumogakure he spoke with the village leaders and told his tales where they were written down, recorded for all others to access and read. One of those tales was that of the fortune teller. The fortune he was told is a strange one, he said that the fortune teller told him that "she saw greatness in his future, one filled with heroics, but that in his afterlife it is then that he would achieve the greatest exploits, but that he was fated to destroy all that he built". Rising to the king of the gods he certainly achieved what she claimed, yet for hundreds of years none knew what was meant by the last thing he was told.
Until a lightning bolt, larger than any that had come before it struck down upon Kumogakure, annihilating the village and killing most of its occupants.
A tent, small and plain sits on the outskirts of the Ancient Forest, overlooking the graveyard of Kumogakure where those who had served during life now rested. The tale of Raiden's fortune calling in one of those mystical people to take part in the festival. What was strange about this one however was that the organizers of the festival didn't call on them for the role, rather they simply turned up a day earlier, setting up their tent, and letting the Raikage Tower know that they were there.
Strange as this is, the Tower is allowing it and having it be a part of the festivities.
Any and all are encouraged to visit. Who knows what Fortune is in store for you. In the end they don't mean anything anyway, it's all just a bit of fun isn't it? Or is it.
[OOC: Make a post if you want to risk having your fortune told. The Seer will reply to all who want their fate told. Who knows. Maybe Cloud's Seer is the very same those hundreds of years ago told Raiden's.]
