Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

His father once explained to him the reason why things seemed to slow down in stressful situations. It had something to do with the brain processing everything going on at much quicker rate. His fathers stern face painted by dark embers repeated the lesson over in his head, every repetition adding a little bite. Satoru didnt know why the image of his father appeared to him during this time but knew the distraction would soon get him killed as the silver glint of a sickle . I guess youre still mad at me, pops

Five minutes earlier

Satoru couldnt have said that he felt any remorse towards the men and women that fell at his side. They knew what they were getting into when they decided to take a stand. He could admire their determination though. The way they struggled underneath debris and rubble. How they fought till the end when that spark faded from their eyes, it truly was admirable. The worm reared back and forth, its attacks becoming increasingly erratic. Satoru clenched his jaw as he realized that he attack had little effect on the beast and the weapons thrown seemed to stop short. A voice could be heard over the commotion and when the dust settled, a thin, shrouded man stood where the worm had been. The sink hole, now empty, was the only evidence that the beast had been there. The man began to stammer on about his baby giving the Yamanaka the impression that even though he may have owned and controlled the beast, he was not of the right mind. Satoru let the man go on about hurting his baby. He learned a long time ago that people constantly look to fill the void of silence, this man would soon tell him everything.

Presently

No matter how immature this Lieutenant Gedo was, he still contained the battle readiness of a trained killer. The sickle would reach the neck of the Yamanaka and sink into his bronze flesh. There was a burst of thick smoke followed by the explosion of razor petals flying outward. Satoru would appear behind Gedo, shooting off a burst of three air projectiles. If the blast struck their intended target, the Yamanaka would silently watch. There was no need to respond to the madman. Satoru already had enough evidence to know that he was apart of the mission. A relief for the shinobi because now he knew where to focus his efforts.

Shira's mind seemed to be moving a mile a minute as she thought of things she could do that could potentially take out the rest of the enemies that were now already inside the village. The men that she was commanding appeared to have lost some of their will, but she needed to keep up morale, first and foremose. "Alright, we've got them into a controlled position. Surround them and hit em with everything you got! Just a little more! Don't let the death of your friends and family be for nothing!" Since the rate of flow of which the men were pouring in seemed to be reduced in speed and number, Shira jumped in as the men she had hopefully sent for arrived. Shira would head the attack. She quickly formulated a plan, and followed up with a series of hand seals. A few moments later, a burst of highly pressurized water sprayed from her mouth in a single stream and headed toward the enemy troops Water Style: Impaling Hydro Jet Jutsu [Mastered]. Her goal was to cut a path for her and her men, while also becoming an issue for the invaders. The men she had at her side simply appeared to be using simple swords or small fist weapons. Shira was simply adept in hand to hand, so as soon as her water jutsu was unleashed, she sprang forward into the heap and attacked quickly with a whirlwind kick that would hopefully hit some members of the groups Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku [Rank 1]. She was really taking a risk, having jumped in as she did so, but what was tactic without willing to take risks? She had little concern of the blades that the men carried, but she still made sure to keep an eye out for any oncoming strikes. Hopefully the men would be able to hold their own, otherwise this could become problematic, very quickly.

[Sorry about all the waiting. I tried to be on time this time. I really have been going through a rough time at school so it's been harder to maintain posting, but I'm still trying. Thanks for all the patience, I probably don't deserve it.]

Gedo really was an immature character, a member of the Royal Household that gifted themselves with lavish titles with nothing to back it up, and that would only show far too easily during this ballet. So thrilled was he that his sickle made contact with the shinobi, he expelled a massive smile followed by a hyped heckle. He looked so thrilled at doing some damage to the bronzed shinobi, however it was clear to see that this character didn't actually have any formal training - he was sloppy and defeatable. However, something happened that Gedo didn't expect and that was the sudden combustion of Satoru's body - which would have been fine otherwise, but a flurry of razor petals shot outwards, catching him off guard. The man's weak frame was thudded with petals, a commonly unlikely source of pain but hey-ho, and due to that he was forced back several feet.

It wasn't over yet; Satoru appeared behind Gedo and launched another attack - three air projectiles that would roar against the weak frame. What happened next would be quite horrible to watch, actually. Gedo's body would snap on contact with the air projectiles, seemingly solid formations of air that were formed by injecting one's own chakra into the element. Satoru still had energy left after fighting a Sandworm and now, albeit a weak enemy, but an enemy nonetheless.

Our eyes return to Shira, a defender of the Kanuchi village, and our eyes are glued to her successful situation. She was pushing back the forces that imposed onto her territory. Her requested backup arrived, albeit they were worse for wear, and fought back some platoons. However due to their lack of energy, they weren't holding up for too long. However, the young girl would summon up a body of blue liquid that would tediously cut its way through some of the enemy forces. It helped them sway the balance of man-power more in their favor, which was something that Shira needed because although she was winning; her men were getting gradually weaker.

The battle of Kaunchi went on for some time it would seem, Shira now entering into fist-to-fist battles among her own men. They fought for hours until the last enemy stood. Now, they would be beyond the point of exhaustion, who wouldn't?

If the two were to regroup and head towards Ikkadan's village, Happa, they would find it holding shape. What that meant was that it wasn't as badly damaged as they may have thought. But how? Well, when those gliders went over Happa, Ikkadan and his men were able to intercept them before they launched their attacks. However, one or two attacks enemy bombs did make it into the village and, unfortunately, inflicted heavy damage onto both volunteers and structures. But not everything was lost, thankfully.

It had been a long, long day but... the battle was over.

The match ended quick. Satoru couldnt say that he wasnt pleased. After the sandworm, he didnt know how much longer he could keep going, but to see the Gedo's body lurch and spasm underneath his attacks lifted some weight off his shoulders. The shinobi walked over to the body and nudged it with his feet. Gedo's body laid their in a distorted mess. Satoru walked off and began looking in on the damage down to the village. He wasnt too sure if his mission was complete, as the middle of village at least had been torn through. He said his goodbyes and began to walk towards the entrance of Nougyou. "Satoru checking in. Threat handled"
