Okay first of all I asked to Yen for my capped stuff and to retain 15 jutsu, I don't think I received either of those.

Appearance:Uchiha Anatsu carries the characteristics of a true Uchiha. He has long black hair and piercing eyes. He stands at about 6'1 and looks rather muscular. He carries an intimidating aura with him. He understands the true meaning of a shinobi and carries himself as such. He doesn't appear as a fellow you'd want to talk to. He has average size feet and average size fingers, however there are several bruises on his body constantly from working hard.
History: Protegee, genius, warrior, and assassin. All those words were used to describe the ANBU known as Uchiha Ansatsu. As a child he was known as a protegee. He displayed unique talents in the ninja academy. He graduated early, at age 8, and managed to make it to the jounin rank by age 13. Within no time, this unique talent was part of the ANBU corps, hunting down nuke ninja and literally erasing the existence of several shinobi. This man was talented in the arts of killing, following his ancestors and parents footsteps. He was the son of two non shinobi civilians of the Uchiha clan that both did not possess the sharingan abilities. They were simply proud members of the clan and contributors to the village. They ran a bakery in town together and were very proud of their son. Their son had protected them from burglars and bullies as soon as he learned how to pick up a kunai. This boy was better than good at handling his weapons. He was most certainly a genius. Although he hadn't had the family members or history to show for his abilities as a shinobi, his own skills were immediately noticed and used by the village. He was reported as a genius the minute he entered the academy and left it with high honors. Not to mention, he left it with the ability to receive a high paying job as an ANBU. Some report that he might be special ops, some say he's just a pawn. As far as he's concerned, he doesn't talk about it. He simply remains quiet. In fact, thats all he did most of the time unless he was with immediate family members or close childhood friends. This was a man capable of killing any shinobi alive. He didn't waste his time on silly missions quite too often.
Uchiha Application: There is no greater way to achieve a particular advanced blood line than achieving it through your DNA. Having parents and ancestors from the Uchiha bloodline is exactly why the young Uchiha was born with the advanced ninja abilities and eventually, he would activate his sharingan. The sharingan was an ability not gifted to all Uchiha, but it was certainly only gifted to the Uchiha. Both of his parents were Uchiha, and so was he. He activated his sharingan in the academy during a kunai practice drill. As if his first trial wasnt perfect enough. Almost immediately he showed vast improvements, tossing his kunai better than his superiors. He was able to hit numerous targets repeatedly. Within no time he was challenged to hit moving targets. That showed no hinder to his performance. He was just absolutely gifted. His sharingan couldn't miss anything. It was superior to Hyuuga's Byakugan. It was the most absolute thing with all the potential in the world. This boy learned to channel genjutsu through this eyes. Having the ability to perform without the need to move his fingers was a true gift and useful as he operated behind a mask. His ability to enhance fire jutsu was a strong component as many of his missions required the usage of high levels of Ninjutsu. This man was a man destined for shinobi greatness. Luckily for the village, he had chosen to use his clan and bloodline given talents for the village. Perhaps he would be perceived as a tool of the village. Regardless, he was a lethal warrior, and he got paid to be just that. In the end of the day, every shinobi worked for honor, respect, and most importantly wealth. He hadn't a family of his own to provide for yet but perhaps one day he would.
