Quick Character Description: Saiga is rather tall, standing at about 6’3 and is fairly skinny. This doesn’t mean however that he is weak. Being pushed through his father’s rigorous training, his body is compact full of muscle. Other than that, Saiga has dark short hair, his clans pale skin and their blood red eyes.
Saiga isn’t a people person, in fact he tries his best at times not to deal with people. He has found this hard as his profession is one that needs people skills. This doesn’t mean that he is awkward; it is just that if he is approached by people, he will keep things short unless you happen to interest him. Another reason as to why Saiga prefers to be alone is his blood lust. The Himura were known for their practice of feeding on blood, whether it be human or animal and because of this they were shunned. Saiga was taught to make sure this secret never got out, no matter the cost.  As for the village, Saiga carries a deep hatred for Kumogakure due to his family’s history and would like nothing but to see it destroyed. This hatred at times may be noticeable in Saiga’s conversations but he is usually very secretive of it. He often takes pride in his work and his training, which from the outside may be seen as cockiness.
Character History:
The Himura Clan was a small Chigokai clan established in Kumogakure hundreds of years ago. They were strong and held to a high esteem within the village. The Himura’s hidden actions were usually seen as forbidden practices, as they would usually feed on the life source of others. When this information was revealed to the citizens of Kumogakure, many took to the Himura complex, killing members of the clan and destroying the complex. The attacks lasted for months as many of the Himura’s decided to fight back. For a while it looked as if the Himura clan would make it out of the conflict intact but Himura were soon outnumbered as many of the native Kumo clans gathered under one purpose, to rid Kumogakure of the Himura. Saiga’s grandparents managed to sneak his father out of the complex before the attacks and manage to live under the radar for the remainder of their years. When Saiga was born, he like many of the other new generation of Himura were taught about their history, customs and abilities. At the time, many of the remaining Himura had change their names, but Saiga who was despised the fact they were forced into hiding and that there name had been dragged through the mud, took on the family name.
Saiga breezed through school. He did encounter some problems when he was younger, mostly dealing with a couple of bullies, but other than that he scored good grades and graduated Top 10 in his class. Upon graduating the Academy, Saiga reached genin status and performed numerous missions. It wasn’t until he was 16 that he decided to enter the medical field. His inherent abilities already gave him a great advantage when it came to surgeries and treating deep wounds. Other than his talent with blood, Saiga found that working at the Medical Complex was a great way to curb  his blood lust, most people rarely noticed a pack of blood missing from storage. Over the last few years, he’s kept a low profile and buried himself in his work.

- All base weapon Accuracy penalties are reduced by half. (A giant Blade would only give -1.5 Accuracy for example)
- Their enhanced strength causes more damaging penalties than normal. Bleeding damage is increased by +10% Damage and Suppression causes an additional -.1 Ap to be lost.

- +1 Accuracy with the weapon type, +1 dodge against that weapon type.
- All Weapons of the Chosen category have -1 Exhaustion to all attacks.
6.Nimble Hands
- The user may perform handseals or throw projectiles while wielding a weapon, however performing jutsu this way costs +15% Cp.
- The user may perform unarmed techniques normally without needing to drop or unequip their weapon.
- This ability does not apply if the user is duel wielding; they must have one free hand.
7.Quick Reaction
- Â Should the user dodge an attack, they gain +2 Accuracy to their next Attack, this does not stack. If the users next attack is aimed at the person whom they dodged, there attack is modded as immediately after. If the users next attack is not aimed at the person whom they dodge, they only receive the accuracy buff towards them.
8.Jutsu Mastery
- All Jutsu costs are reduced by 10%.
- Mastered Jutsu receive an additional 5% Reduction.
