Physical Description: Hiraku has pure white hair and pale blue eyes that are amplified by his pale white skin. He also has a scar running down from his right eye all the way down to his cheek, he has a tattoo of a dove on his forearm and wears simple dark clothes to make his white hair stick out more. Hiraku usually has a crooked smile on his face whenever you would see him. You would usually see his shuriken and Kunai pouches on either side of his legs. He usually carries a large pack when travelling and wears a brown cloak on rainy days. When wearing clothes his build would seem rather scrawny but in reality he is fairly athletic.
Mental Description: Hiraku would come across as shy and lonely. If threatened he won't be afraid to attack and if someone were to try to hurt him or his friends he will make sure that the person will feel as much pain as they did. He usually has good morals but they can usually be clouded by greed. Hiraku has always loved money, and would usually put it ahead of almost anything else other than training to hone his skills. He is determined to become a ninja no matter what the cost.
History: Hiraku was born to Akane (Mother) and Ichiro Hokuma (Father) he had a simple childhood growing up with his brother and playing in the areas around his village, going to the market with his mother to get food and sweets. These memories stayed in his mind forever. While his father being a ninja went out on missions he wasn't around much but when he was the small family made a big deal of it and always had a big dinner on the nights he was there. Hiraku was asleep when the men came to the door with his fathers body. He woke up to his mothers low high pitched sobs his little brother Aiko laid sound asleep in the bed when he peeled the soft covers away from his body and slowly climbed out the bed making his way downstairs to his mother he saw his father and cried instantly hugging his mother tightly. This was when he vowed to avenge his father by becoming a ninja and killing the people who did this to his family.
