Early one cold morning, akane found herself on the road to a house.She was wearing a black coat and a little black spitfire cap. She was carrying a bag that held her medical supplies, bandages, guas, medication, etc. She was all ready to treat this patient, she had been studying a lot about first aid, now it was time to put her skills to the test. Though she did have her notes with her, just in case she needed a reference, though she was sure of herself.
Akane walked up to the house, and went up to the door. She knocked on the door an waited patiently. A few minutes later a woman answered the door.
"Can I help you?" The woman asked. She appeared to be in her late thirties. She had black hair, and brown eyes, she was wearing a long dark crimson dress.
Akane nodded to her. "Hello, I am Tsukino Akane, I am answering a house call. Is Kuroshio around?" She answered the woman, then tilted her head, slightly peeking into the house. It seemed like a traditional japanese styled house. Old, and smelt like dust.
The woman nodded to Akane, she led her into the house, and to the mans room. Akane looked inside the room, it was very bare, a bed, and some shelves with a closet. There were cloths and trash on the ground, here, and there, but not too much of a mess. She made her way over to the bed where Kuroshio laid. "Hello sir, I am here to treat your burns. My name is Tsukino Akane." She stated to the man as she sat by his bed, and she set her bag down on the floor.
The man was in his early forties, brown hair, dark eyes. He was him loose blue pj's, his left arm with the burn clearly visible. It was obviously a 3rd degree burn, and it seemed to be infected. He looked at her, and sighed. "Fine but make it fast." He stated in an annoyed tone of voice. He then shifted and took off his shirt to expose the burn on his side as well. It didn't seem as infected, but she would still treat it the same.
Akane nodded to him, she then took out her rag, and a cleaning liquid. She sprayed the burn, then she patted it dry to clean the area. She then took some antibiotic cream and started to rub in on the burn carefully. That would help the infection, as well help the pain, it there was any left. Once she was done with his arm burn, she would repeat it on the burn on his side. She placed the bottle of ointment on the bedside table, "Alright, make sure you put that on at least twice a day, have your wife help you. It should take a few days before the infection to go away." She explained to the man, she then smiled at him, and stood. "Also clean it very well. If there isn't anything else, that will be all." She stated, then she nodded to him again.
"Thank you miss, it barely hurt." He said to her, though he did not return her smile. He didn't seem to like strangers around, or maybe he just didn't like medical people.
Akane nodded once again she then bowed respectfully, and walked out of his room. She waved to his wife before she walked out of the house, and back down to the road. She looked up at the sky as she walked back to the hospital.
