Private Letter to no-where

Akira moved in the night, this time making sure that he was not seen, his rank gave him some intentions at least and not many would question his motivation, his obsession with improvement, and his desire to be improving all the time, he needed something specific and he wanted to make sure it was obtained without the knowledge of those inside of the village. Moving silently he headed into the room and looked at the birds, his eyes glancing across to a midnight-black raven, sitting there without a letter he moved quickly to it, wrapping the letter around its leg, he moved it to the window and let it take flight, heading to a country he had only heard of, the real question would be would he get an answerback, that is what Akira waited to see.

"Fly true, I hope we find the answers we are seeking, for now, I will return to my work"

I am Yamamato Akira,

As medical Cheif inside of Konoha, I require someone who can work off the radar, and with discretion, who is willing to take on a job regardless of what is required, I need bodies and souls for experiments, and this work is of the utmost importance and delicate one that above all else requires subtlety. Akira stood for a while in the darkness as he watched the bird fly out it seemed that it would be making its way out to allow for those that found it to decide to respond to the request, he wondered if he would actually even get a reply, that was something he needed to consider the fact he may not hear back from anyone.
