Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The tournament was coming up and though he wasn't participating Yukio wanted to give all the support he could to those who were. The city was a busy place that much was obvious with the event getting ready to start people were excitedly hurrying about making last minute preparations before leaving to observe the fights about to take place. The Hyuuga on the other hand had but one wish to find someplace quiet in all the hustle and bustle not being one to stick around large crowds for very long.

It wasn't that he was nervous or afraid but the fact of the matter was his job as an assassin he'd grown accustom to being isolated for prolonged periods of time never sticking around unless the situation required it. He'd sent word to Mikasa prior to leaving his place of residence in the city requesting to meet her before she was called away to the arena, he'd developed something of a friendship with the med chief in the passing months numerous visits to the hospital and his extended stay in the medical branch courtesy of Takeshi he was content with who he would meet in the short time they had.

Coming to a stop leaning against a nearby wall he cracked his neck feeling somewhat stiff from the trip the act of moving around still being somewhat strenuous for the Hyuuga placing a hand on his shoulder to stretch his limbs. A sweet scent in the air filling his nostrils which he automatically assumed was coming from the numerous stores scattered around making him shrug off the notion it was from elsewhere. Closing his eyes to focus he allowed his mind to drift, going into something of a daydream as he did so often in times like this.

Stuck in the recesses of his mind focusing on his thoughts he didn't truly pick up on the announcement too lost in thought to completely acknowledge what was being said coming to assume it was something related to the upcoming event coming to the country or being something the locals could more than easily deal with. It was his first time leaving the leaf village the time off from running around taking care of the students and working his part time job were much appreciated and he intended to make the most of it.

A drop in the ocean, a change in the weather, Mikasa found herself praying that the day would allow her to accompany the Hyuuga ANBU operative. The medical sennin hastily maneuvers through the bustling streets of Kurosawa, the announcement crystal clear that all able bodies to vacate the premises to search for an antidote for the beloved outbreak. Under normal circumstances the kunoichi would have settled upon the notion of the act being classified as terrorism, but the guards within the calmly directed the citizens and tourists around with ease, "Most impressive." the woman admits aloud.

Tsukasa Mikasa was out of her element, not in her usual attire, doing her utmost to look offsetting as possible to avoid the excitable population who oddly adored all the participants in the tournament. Neatly her hair is braided, the usual eye wear no where in sight - pun intended, and a floral dress halting mere centimeters above her ankles; a vibrant array of pinks and shades of purple to give a kaleidoscope hue. Fortunately, Yukio stuck out like a sore thumb, his ivory locks betraying the signature stealth of an ANBU operative, "Yukio-kun!" she calls out, increasing her pace to the best of her abilities, not used to the odd footwear of heels, nearly unbalancing herself on several occasions while zoning closer.

Adjusting the braid to settle over her exposed shoulder, the kunoichi allows her digits to prod the forehead of the silent Hyuuga, "No time to be dozing off, there is a poison in the air." she murmurs in a hushed tone, not wishing to decontribute to the order thus far, "I told you to stay put, just because you are able to walk about now doesn't mean to over exert yourself." Mikasa scolds, shaking her head. Pausing for a moment, a look of concern crosses her face for a brief passing, "Are you able to move through the crowds?" she inquires, tilting her head slightly, poising herself at an odd angle before the emerald gaze of the male.

His trail of thought was broken in that moment feeling the touch on his forehead snapping Yukio back to reality as he took a moment to observe his surroundings taking a sudden sharp breath at his focus being suddenly disturbed. This was a fleeting feeling however his eyes turning to meet Mikasa's their gentle glow settling on her taking in the features of the maiden before him a gentle smile crossing his face being grateful she answered his request though what she had to say made him tilt his head in curiosity speaking in the same hushed tone.

"A poison? I thought there would be some warning of such a thing or more panic given such a situation." It was obvious he hadn't been paying attention to the announcement and how long he'd been wandering outside non could be sure, given how he moved with his body as stiff as it was one could only assume it had been some time. It wasn't that he didn't believe her but with his being out of it he couldn't not believe her words scratching the back of his head. "And I know I shouldn't be moving around much let alone coming to another village but I couldn't stay still after laying down for so long, its a free feeling being able to move once more."

His face had a rather content look set on it, his words being true the fact of the matter was he was never the kind of person who could stay still for a prolonged period of time such a thing making him itch to move around as he turned his whole person to face her. Pausing a moment he took in her features once more the scent in the air once more filling his senses as his eyes remained locked with hers in that moment shaking his head, it didn't feel like he was his normal self. "And if I'm being honest I wanted to see you once more before the tournament began, though I can't help but feel a bit cheated out of spending time with you now that this has happened."

He seemed somewhat dismayed that circumstances kept them meeting under more normal times, at least that was the thought that passed through his mind sighing slightly. "Seems fate seems content with making us meet at the strangest of times." His eyes turned away in for a few seconds taking in the people around him bringing his words to an abrupt silence to think on her words it was true it was somewhat difficult being bumped and pushed around in the crowds of people the shunts making him twitch and flinch as he had moved through the city to get there in the first place.

"It's been difficult I can't lie, moving around was bad enough however with so many people trying to get from place to place I've been finding it difficult to move with some form of care given my condition." He seemed apologetic not being one who wished to cause concern or worry if it could be helped.

The ANBU operative clearly allowed his mind to waver, the announcement of the poison spreading through the vicinity difficult to ignore. Rolling her eyes, Mikasa extends her digits upwards to brush the long locks obscuring his gaze, "Count on me more, I'm your friend who happens to be your doctor." the maiden jests, gesturing towards the ivory mane, snipping with index and middle as an indication to tidy himself up in the future. There wasn't any room to linger about, a faint warmth spreads through her frame, instinctively she grasps a hold of Yukio's left hand, clutching tightly to guide him through the close proximity of others.

A faint tinge of teal veils their hands, the medical sennin transferring medical chakra into his system to strengthen his body, hopefully he wouldn't take the gesture in a negative light as the intentions were genuine. Swiftly the kunoichi glances downwards to her hand, an odd tingling sensation plagues at her heart. Truth to be told, the woman had never sat down to study beloved, yet the effects were crystal clear at this stage; to surface potential feelings or create potential emotions for another. Without meaning, her hand tightens upon the shinobi's.

Thankfully, with great effort, the pair would slip into alley way with Mikasa's quick thinking and she finds herself staring downwards, chest heaving. "Unusually circumstances indeed, I hate it." she murmurs, acting impulsively. Balling her first together, the medical kunoichi slams it against the males chest, "Hurry up and recover properly, stop pushing yourself. I can't aid you any further than I have, its aggravating..." her forehead pressing against his chest, the effects coursing through her veins perhaps far too quickly. In this moment she allows herself a reprieve from the ludicrous abundance of her workload, Lady Yomi leaving her a hefty amount to take over fully.

"Don't try to wrap your arms around me. Its the poison." she affirms, "We need to find an antidote as soon as you are able to move again."

It was not a situation Yukio had ever experienced before nor had he expected to ever be placed in it bringing up a hand to go through his hair at the gesture he should tidy himself up which wasn't wrong but something didn't feel the same, her touch sending a warm sensation through his chest. He would have spoken to acknowledge her comment but the sudden action of his hand being taken pushed the Hyuuga into silence the medical Jutsu flowing through him giving the strength he needed to push through the crowds with her.

He lowered his head in that moment his ivory locks moving down to cover his face, now flushing red as the sudden surge of energy made his grip around Mikasa hand tighten for a split second. It was taking effort to resist the poisons effects, his heart beginning to pound in his chest which truly made him question if it was the poison of something he'd felt for a long time now. It was not the moment to give in to such thoughts at least that's what was going through the Hyuuga's mind as he was pulled into the alleyway looking down to the Medical Sennin as she slammed her fists into his chest a quick gasp escaping him.

Where he found himself now didn't help his trail of thought her head now planeted against the Hyuuga's chest as he stuttered thinking of the right words to say, it felt like time had stopped giving him a few seconds to take in the moment a slight pause before taking a deep breath to speak. "I know I myself feel i make you do too much sometimes, but in the here and now i wanted to show you i can start to look after myself once more. It doesn't, however, mean i don't want to keep seeing you even after all of this"

His words were sincere being spoken from the heart, he'd given in to the feelings building in his chest given what was happening his hand coming up to rest on her head as he sighed slightly, it wasn't his usual sigh given in times of stress or overwork but one of relaxation enjoying the moment for what it was. "Things must have been hard for you as of late but in this moment even if only for a short while you can let all of it go. Right now it is just the two of us, no Leaf village to watch over and no work on our minds finally its time to relax and do what we want to." If nothing else he'd stayed true to himself speaking his mind compaired to overthinking things to the point the words lost meaning leaning back as emerald eyes looked down to her.

His heartbeat was rhythmic almost audible to the kunoichi the longer she remained against him, though they should be looking for a place to receive the antidote Yukio didn't seem to be in any position to move with haste though sought to calm her being much more open than previous encounters with the ANBU operative.

The ANBU operatives heartbeat echoes within her ears, the rhythmic sounds fairly soothing and in turn Mikasa allows her eyes to come to a close. Truth to be told, the maiden usually didn't take notice in the statures of others versus her own, however on this day did the detail of Yukio's height advantage peeve her; the medical nins forehead around the height of his shoulder. Narrowing her ocean gaze, the woman begins to scowl, leisurely her index and middle finger prod against his chin, "Ones duty is never done. Was slightly, ever so slightly, romantic though." she grumbles, pressing off the shinobi, creating a bit more distance between the pair.

On a whim, a sudden technicality, the medical sennin utilizes the terrain below her feet, Mikasa seeming to grow in height as thin pillars provide a natural staircase; doton techniques had amusing uses at times. A coy smirk appears on upon features, not wishing to belittle the shinobi, the kunoichi settles at height where the difference in height was less noticeable. A stare down would ensue, "We don't need to find an antidote, I'm sure the effects will filter out eventually." she comments in a wafer tone, her thoughts no longer logical.

Under normal circumstances the kunoichi would attempt to dispel the poison through medical techniques, yet the effects had long cycled through her system, the warning come far too late. Tenderly her lips press against the chin of the Hyuuga, "You amuse me, Yukio-san." changing the honorific since meeting the male. Daintily she hops from her perch, allowing the ground to return to a state of normality as she sways while pacing forward to view the density of the crowds. Gingerly she turns about to return her focus to the ivory hair ANBU, "It appears as if it will be difficult to traverse at the moment, the rooftops don't seem like a viable option with you in your condition."

Staring directly into his gaze, the woman's flash an amethyst for a brief moment.

It was strange seeing the Kunoichi act in such a manner but then again considering what had occurred thus far Yukio was in no position to talk the gentle smile still resting on his face as a joyful sigh escaped him as his chin was poked. "Never done but nothing stops us enjoying the company of those we care about." He was beyond thinking through what was passing through his thoughts the poison having been in the ANBU's system for some time now doing most of the talking for him however all his words to that point had been carried on honest tone.

Watching Mikasa come to his height the Hyuuga's eyes never strayed nor did his body make any moves to prevent what was occurring digits coming to softly brush the ivory locks away from her cheek coming to rest in those moments a gentle breath leaving his lips part of him wishing they could remain in moments like this for a time longer. "At least I'm being honest with you however, that much I mean though I must agree it should pass in time but I would suggest finding a place to stay while it goes through the system." chuckling lightly but being brought to sudden silence at the soft touch of the medics lips the red hue spreading across his features being painfully obvious given how close they were.

Collecting his thoughts a few moments later Yukio tilted his head to gaze upon the crowds stepping to Mikasa's side holding out an arm as his emerald eyes became locked with her now gaze holding out an arm to offer escort through the busy streets, noticing the quick change of colouration drawing him back into what seemed here like a distant memory "I haven't seen those eyes since the time we spent on Hokage rock, it feels like so long ago now those treasured moments." Tilting the Hakumei up to observe the rooftops it was more fact than possibility that the current state they found themselves in prevented any swift movement out of the area. "Well I may not be able to move with much grace but I can at least do what I can to make the trip easier. Though I do not fancy my chances climbing but there's always a chance to pull it off."

A sigh of defeat escaped him subtle and quiet but there the thought of being a burden and once more unable to do something resting on his conscious still adjusting to day to day life one more though he still seemed grateful that such things gave opportunity like this one. "Trust my words when I say I would enjoy spending time with you after my recovery, as much as I don't seem to help myself I am trying."

An arm is offered towards the medical sennin, instinctively she loops her own within the Hyuuga's; under normal circumstances Mikasa wouldn't think anything of the notion. Oddly the poison provided an interesting insight, potentially creating emotions and feelings versus suppressed - how could one truly identify the difference? Reassuringly Mikasa offers a smile, "You are trying, it hasn't gone unnoticed. All I ask is that you continue you to take proper care of yourself as you are finally on the home stretch." the kunoichi addresses, leaning against the ivory mane operative as they walk through the crowds.

Faint signs of crimson bubble to the surface of her features, Mikasa's gaze lowering to the ground as her head also tilts downwards. Never once had she been in a situation to this degree, nor acted in this manner. The only certainty she knew was the pounding of her heart, constantly growing in volume, the pace increasing as the seconds elapsed. Logically the head of the medical field would begin to deduce the phenomenon, knowing a thumb sized region in the brain regulated embarrassment; the size differing from each individual to another. Unfortunately, the more she were to dwell on the logical perspective, the more apparent the crimson becomes. "Yukio-san, this coming from someone who speaks a lot, be quiet." her words lacking any sort of power behind them, meek and frail.

Clutching tighter to his side, the medical nin dares not to raise her gaze, fearful of any potential additional effects of the poisons. Hyuuga Yukio would serve as a guide through the crowd, Mikasa lacking the willpower to maneuver properly. Additionally the creeping sensation of the additional potential effects cause her to be weary of further contact. Quite the conundrum. Would either of the pair find the strength to weather the storm or would one crumble to pieces under the weight?

Her words rang true in the mind of the Hyuuga the facts were he could be taking care of himself better than he has been and the numerous activities done before coming to tea had not assisted in the process, realizing that his tone became more reassuring and calming. "I know and though i don't help myself sometimes i will make the effort to change that, See if i can take some time to complete the recovery rather than take on more work." that statement was spoken from the heart, a want to lower the worry Yukio would end up in hospital again after pushing himself too far when not ready to do so.

The feeling against his arm placed the Hyuuga in much the same position the red hue only being hidden by the ivory locks flowing down his features as the Byakugan helped them navigate through the crowd Yukio keeping the Kunoichi close as to not lose her they could find shelter to wait out the effects. "I am staying in a place nearby, it shouldn't take long to get there and can let us wait this out."

His words were limited after that his mind trying to retain some form of focus on the task at hand though changes were becoming visible the more time passed a louder more rhythmic heartbeat becoming prominent as Yukio tilted his head down to Mikasa from time to time tightening the hold his arm had around her in an almost protective manner gesturing to a small building not extravagant or over the top but seemed to be a place to stay for those who visited the city approaching a door to unlock it he gestured to the Sennin "After you, think its better we got off the street while opportunity presents itself." it was the closest thing to a structured statement the ANBU had made in some time leaning against the door frame as the door opened.

The interior was as expected considering how the Hyuuga was nothing outstanding about the place serving the needs he had from the doorway it was a corridor moving to the living area small doors off to the side presumably leading to a bathroom and sleeping area. "Sorry its not much i don't enjoy going over the top with such things." his head turning to the side seeming apologetic that he couldn't do more for her.

Truth to be told, the medical sennin didn't have any recollection of entering the temporary abode of Hyuuga Yukio, the distance traveled blurring together. Mikasa never once considered herself a woman of high maintenance, if there were a grand view of beautiful scenery, the kunoichi would be able to tolerate even a hut. Without much logical thought, the maiden flings her spectacles to the floor in the distance, her digits begin to unfasten the braid and allow the platinum mane to cascade downwards, "Don't worry, created out of kinzoku and kagami techniques." she murmurs, narrowing her oceanic gaze upon the ANBU operative.

The poison beginning to hit home, heavily at that, notions of particular activities plague her mind and despite attempting to circulate antibodies through medical techniques failed to yield beneficial results. Leisurely the woman's left foot kicks the door to a close, leaving the two in a silence from the bustling crowds, "This is similar to my personal home size, please stop apologizing." she replies in earnest, sighing the sennin's gaze falters to the ground before forcefully pressing the shoulders of the male against the wall; effectively pinning him. Despite their difference in stature, Mikasa applied enough strength to cause the height disadvantage to become unnoticeable, "How long are you planning on ignoring everything that I do?" she questions in annoyed tone.

Her normal calm tone, collected thoughts, all thrown out the window. Staring daggers into the emerald eyes of the Hyuuga she frowns, "Is it because you don't find me attractive? You found an antidote and didn't tell me?" she further inquires, fully aware that her body wasn't a perfect hourglass. Tsuksa Mikasa was average in most aspects, to be an effective kunoichi most assets didn't allow for ninja-esque operations, only hindering in her mind. Rearing back a single hand the medical nin gestures towards her frame prior to caging the poor ivory hair male.

As quickly as the emotions come, she stares him down for a few more awkward seconds before huffing off as if a spoiled child; the poison causing her to display behavior far from the norm. "I even kissed your chin, that's a pretty big deal..." she mutters under her breath. Mikasa quickly disappears into the opposing room, settling onto a sofa. Hopefully this would pass and soon.

An air of guilt crossed the Hyuuga in those next moments it was true the man had always been the self conscious type never able to think through emotions like this until the moment had passed, having grown up the way he did it was only recently such things had begun to make sense and maybe that was part of the problem as he found himself against the wall stunned into silence though he hadn't been ignoring her it had not entirely been purposeful unless someone was straight forward it was rare for him to understand such things however the influence of the poison had assisted in clearing his mind of all irrelevant thoughts.

There wasn't much time to form a response before she moved off leaving him to process open palms closing into his fists as a growing sense of frustration came over him. It wasn't towards anyone but himself the situation was understandable as was the annoyance of the Kunoichi towards him a deep breath leaving his lungs as a few digits moved to cover the ANBU's face. It was almost laughable watching how he acted maybe this was life's way of telling him to stop overthinking things as a brief pause allowed a something of a click in the back of his mind.

Instinct was the most trustworthy emotion pure in its essence and trustworthy in the harshest of times something that before now Yukio had taken for granted, this would not be the case anymore if thought and reasoning were being the hindrance here then for the sake of them both he would cast it aside and with a nod of his head he took swift strides to return to Mikasa taking a place by her side before speaking. "Look i know I'm not one to act on my emotions, hell for the most part i barely understand what it is i feel but if i know anything as of right now its this."

There was no pause or hesitation in those passing seconds taking the maiden into his arms a feeling of freedom coming over him as his hold around her was tight though not enough to crush her, there was emotion behind it and a sense what was about to come was sincere and honest. "I think your beautiful and i know before now I've never said it, i kept you waiting and spent all my time thinking about things rather than just acting on them. That's not the case now it's time i be honest with myself and you and i mean it when i say i think your a wonderful person you care for those around you and sometimes look after them more than yourself." He was frozen arms trembling the sensation of realising he'd been a fool for not doing this before now.

The realm became frazzled, Mikasa was sure Yukio had been left behind in the hallway; however here she were clutched tightly in his arms. A thin grin surfaces upon the kunoichi's features, the Hyuuga underdeveloped in his confessions, but the sentiment would be received all the same. Weaseling her way from his clutches, the Sennin stares intently into his emerald gaze. Tenderly her digits prowl upon his attire, searching for a parting, the medic forcing herself upon the recovering male. No words were needed, the awkward position speaking volumes, returning her attention to herself, her hand unsettles the grasping on her shoulder, a slight exposure of the flesh.

An unusual smirk appears, the platinum mane wild, ocean hues narrow. Looming above the caged Hyuuga, she presses against his warmth, her lips dangerously close in proximity against his left ear, "Yukio-san..." she breathes into his ear, tickling the sensations. Mikasa's hand falters against his chest, her forehead soon accompanies and the lights begin to fade, "I feel very tired." she murmurs. The poison having cycled fully through her body, nails clutching tightly to his casual shirt. The initial tournament round was drawing close, she didn't wish to think of the subject any longer. Carefully she jabs at his shirt, "One palm.." a pause, "Two palm, four palm.." she gives up after the four playful strikes.

The sound of his heartbeat was melodic, naturally her eyes falter and come to a close. Mikasa trusted Yukio a great deal, she didn't feel he would attempt anything, his childish mentality in romance far from ideal. She wonders how their relationship will alter from this moment, when the fog and haze dissipates what will remain? For now she would abuse the state the pair were in, allowing herself a reprieve from the world. Soon enough the Sunagakure Sunaku's would visit her, sprinkling iron sand and in that moment she finds rest; rest from Konohagakure and the tournament.

There was no resitance from the Hyuuga at that moment non would expect there to be his mind could only see the women before him as she slid out of his hold his tender touch gliding across the Med nin's shoulders the gentle smile most who knew him to this degree but something was different now the glow in his eyes seeming softer reacting to his emotions suddenly becoming brighter as she forced herself upon him. There was no words a simple act of silence but his response spoke more than words ever could with her so close there was little Yukio could think about if he could think at all leaning into the Sennin's advances as the gentle touch of his lips met her own if the Hyuuga had done anything right in these last few hours it was learn from his past mistakes.

It was understandable the days activities had been a drain on the system the poison moving through the body being more than exhausting as time passed though the experience it had given him was once the Hyuuga hoped he would never forget her playful jabs making him chuckles poking her in the forehead. "Seems you have a little bit of Hyuuga in you" speaking in a joking tone as his worn out form leaned back into the sofa tilting to look out the window watching the world go by digits running through the medics ivory locks.

It took time to notice they were on the brink of passing out leaning over the back of the sofa taking great care not to disturb the sleeping form of Mikasa taking his hoodie before covering her person as much as he could move her things seemed peaceful as they were and it was clear any further activity would only seek to wear them out further. Arms returning to their hold the glow of the Hakumei faded for a brief moment, eyes coming to a close and breathing calming mind wandering in the moments to come as the haze slowly began to clear.

Beams of sunlight frolic against Mikasa's features, stirring the maiden gently and the vibrant warmth she felt difficult to feud against. Sheepishly the sennin's eyes ajar to take notice of the situation, Hyuuga Yukio and Tsukasa Mikasa intertwined on a sofa. Normally she would consider this a puzzling situation, yet the memories of the night of them merely falling asleep after having an odd argument fresh in her thoughts. The poison certainly an odd one, though she were sure the birthrate within the country would rise within the next months to come; fortunately the pair not going down that path.

Pressing off the chest of the shinobi, more than likely to cause Yukio to stir, the kunoichi adjusts the straps clutching against her shoulder. Instinctively her digits stream through her messy hair, due to the others constant toying, Mikasa begins a search for her eye wear. Her travels cause her to relive the moments of the night before and the frustration that she was unsure were genuine or not. Luckily the maiden eventually locates the spectacles, placing them upon the bridge of her nose and ultimately returning to the living quarters to address the ANBU operative. Kneeling at his side, her digits adjust his locks, "You have my thanks for not taking advantage of the situation. My respect for you has certainly doubled." her vocals gentle, a melting wafer on the tip of ones tongue.

Tenderly her lips press against his cheek, "You'll have to forgive me, my first round match is approaching. Let us get back together once it is finished and the poison not being the reason we act." heading to the corner to head down the hallway, she pivots about one final instance, "I highly doubt the situation would've turned out any differently poison or not." Mikasa admits with a wisp, waving lightly she takes her leave, "Until we meet again." she whispers to herself.

Yukio would be sleeping peacefully almost completely oblivious to the world around him rhythmic breathing being the only sounds he occasionally made the much longer hair of the Hyuuga having moved over most of his features arm hanging loosely off the side of the sofa. Though the ANBU was almost limp and arm was still around the maiden having not shifted even in his docile state but with the sudden push against his chest the glow of his eyes slowly shone through taking a few moments to adjust to the light.

The memories of what had occurred took a moment to clear up seeming like a blur in the beginning as his eyes wandered the room in habit, just how long had he been laying there for a good question though a refreshing one it had been too long since sleep had even been a consideration. All this came to a stop however a single word leaving his lips "Mikasa?" Tilting forward it appeared she wasn't where he remembered his vision now clearing to see the Sennin at his side digits brushing the locks from the Hyuuga's face a smile accompanying the motion.

"You know me, that's not the kind of man I am" His tone was gentle and kind though still somewhat in the process of waking coming across as something of a quiet whisper head tilting to meet her fingers it almost felt as if he would wander into sleep once more if things continued to get more comfortable. The soft touch of her lips on his cheek broke that bringing the Hyuuga swiftly back to reality given the events occurring over the last few hours the tournament had completely skipped his mind.

Leaning towards her the notion was given in kind a slight sigh escaping him as he knew she had to leave. "No need to ask forgiveness I understand, I know you've got this and I will be waiting when you finish though do not get me wrong I will be present to watch." Coming to his feet as she went to leave and stretching Yukio tilted his head towards her not quite catching her words though that was something he did regularly passing thoughts falling from his mind as he waved in return.

Taking a few paces around the room in the aftermath with his mind now clear and already being in his temporary abode the most logical step would be to take the much needed respite from day to day activates the ANBU branch required of him turning on his heals to retrieve the hoodie coming across nothing but air before raising an eyebrow eyes wandering the room before coming to the door. It was no loss most of the time he wore it out of convenience more than anything retreating into the bedroom provided before face planting onto the sheets the light in his eyes fading once more finally taking someone's advice about his own health.
