Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Chapter 8: Second EdenAct 1.5: Leaving Second Eden
"I swore I had a boat here," Nanami said before looking off into the distance, seeing the dingy out in the middle of the water. "Sunova!" she said as she ran to the shore and used chakra to help her stay above water as she ran towards the dingy that continues to be pushed out into the ocean. Apparently, the mooring point broke causing the boat to return to where it belongs. But this wasn't a boat that she could let go into the ocean. She had to do things she didn't want to obtain this boat, mostly involving her breasts as payment.

"Get back over here, you asshole!" she shouted out towards the boat as she jumped on it. Well, jumping on the boat didn't do much good. Now her and the boat are sailing into the deep ocean. "Sunova! Why can't things be a bit easier?" she asked herself as she jumped out the front of the dingy, grabbed a hold of the front of the boat and dug her feet into the water and began pushing the boat back towards the coast. There is no way she's going to pay for the destruction of this boat with her body if she can't help it!

While she continued to slowly push the boat back to shore, she reflects on the deal she made with that old man for the boat. She should have used better bartering skills to extend it to permanently owning the boat, but borrowing the boat was the best she could do. Thinking of the deal made her shiver and gave her a feeling that something was crawling in her skin.

After a moment, she finally retrieved the boat back so the other two would be able to board. Everything remained in-tact, including a removable sail that could be attached to the top of the boat. Laying flat upon the beach, the woman groans and breathes heavily. "Well, here's our way to Lightning Country," she grumbled out, breathing heavily between every other word. "Everyone in," she said, grumbling a bit. The dingy was big enough to easily sit 6 people.

After catching her breath, Nanami went to one of the seats and lifted it to pull out a large sail. Closing the seat, Nanami ascended the tall pole and began to attach the sail upon the pole. After everything was connected, she jumped off and splashed into the water. She eventually made her way onto the boat and noticed that wearing white where the chest is isn't exactly a flattering thing to wear around other men. Covering herself up, she eyeballed the men with a deep red blush across her face, taking a seat by the rudder.

"Let's go already!"

Osore watches as the woman goes through quite a bit of trouble to get a rather small and altogether not-seaworthy vessel back to the shore. There were two options here, either she had no clue that they could have simply taken one of the Isaki shipping vessels, or that thing meant something to her. Either way the idea of Osore in it was certainly bending the fabric of physics itself if it was meant to stay afloat. Osore motions Naikishin to sit first, planting himself at the aft, gripping the end and, once his cousin was in, shoving into a running start before falling in himself.

It wasn't the smallest boat, but he was quite certain that they would do well not to hit a storm on the way. The last thing he wanted was to drown in a dingy.

Naikishin made his way with the two towards the bay onto their way towards Kumogakure. He wasn't too fond on the fact that one of their shinobi had shown him as much disrespect as they had, but he wouldn't bring it up to either of his companions considering he didn't much know why he was heading there, just that Osore was heading there. Though as he watched the woman got a small boat which almost seemed impossible for Osore to get in without breaking the laws of physics, though as Osore had motioned for him to get into the boat first he sighed.

"Just wait a minute, gotta wait for someone..." He said, moving his right hand to the hilt of his weapon to rest there as he stood there looking at the sky for a quick second before the sound of heels hitting the ground could be heard. "Finally you decided to join us..." He said, as he started to take steps towards the boat as he looked back slightly.

The sounds were coming from a woman who had waist length dark blue hair, dark crimson eyes, and wore a white greatcoat that wasn't buttoned and a pair of shorts with a sword at her waist being held by the greatcoat. "Yeah, yeah. Let's go..." She said, not even asking about the two others and having proceeded to get on the boat before he did. Naikishin blinked a few timed before growling lightly to himself and getting on the boat before speaking. "Nice to see you again so soon, Ko..."

Chapter 8: Second EdenAct 1.5: Leaving Second Eden

As soon as everybody jumped into the boat, the boat bottomed out as Osore broke the laws of physics. A curl of her lip and a jump out of the boat forced the woman to get out and push the boat, breaking it free from the loose sand underfoot. After breaking the boat free, the breeze instantly took the sails through the sea. While still holding onto the boat, Nanami jumps back in and 'womans' the rudder. The overly large sail pulled taut and the boat was quickly carried by the wind, faster than the vessel looked like it would go.

As the boat zipped towards Lightning Country, Nanami closed her eyes and felt the wind caress her cheeks. While she didn't have a home, she felt at home traveling the world as she does now. Perhaps one day she will find the answer to the question of what happened to her home and possibly find a way to fix it, but for now, the life of a drifter is what she valued at the moment. Lightning Country, here we go!
