Medical Assistance [Private]

Returning to the medical branch Yukio was there on business for once rather than requiring medical aid moving through the halls after a brief wait at the desk the Hyuuga couldn't help but recall his rather abrupt departure from the Sennin meeting due to the unexpected development of Maki's disappearance. Coming to a stop outside the door of her office there was a slight hint of hesitation knowing what he was asking was no small thing but with a sigh and a shake of his head a knock on the door followed as the captain stepped into the office taking a few paces towards the maiden before speaking.

"Good to see you again, though once more business has brought me here and rather urgently at that." coming to sit there was a slight moment of pondering before he spoke thinking of how best to word the request. "As you know since the meeting I am being sent to discover the status of our Sennin Maki though considering I know little to nothing at this time as to where he could be bar somewhere in crater city we have no idea what to expect. To that end i would prefer to go expecting the worst rather than the best so taking a medic with me would be the most logical option."

He spoke in a much more serious tone than normal though a trace of sweat rolled down his temple hair in something of a state after going from one place to another in such a short period of time wiping away the droplet with his thumb before sighing. "Though I do not know many Medics bar yourself and the young Sushi, Though there may be more I wish to take those i trust on this operation considering we don't truly know what we are walking into." Taking a moment of pause his head hung slightly being somewhat stressed after all the commotion it had caused around his section of the branch.

[Tsukasa Mikasa]

Fortunately the Medical Sennin was visiting the designated Sennin office she reluctantly utilized on rare occasions, made evident of the heavy amount of dust clinging to all possible surfaces. Smudging her index against the desk, a clear trail is left behind in the muck, "Certainly could use some love and care. I didn't realize how infrequently I am actually in the Hokage mansion versus the Byoin and Academy." she murmurs, although to her credit she took all paperwork with her in a satchel. The drapes only added a gloomy atmosphere, dim sunlight highlighting the build up within the office, the maiden refusing to even sit within the chair behind the desk.

"You can get straight to the point, Yukio-san, you wish to have Suyashi go on the mission to crater city. Despite his recent return to the village from Kumogakure you wish for me to approve of his leave of absence from the village gates once more?" she sighs, streaming a hand through her platinum locks, not looking directly into the emerald hues of the ivory ANBU operative. Silently the Sennin contemplates the serious nature of the operation and the potential dangers awaiting the operation. "Who else are you taking on this 'rescue' mission?" she inquires, crossing her arms and clasping her fingertips shy of her opposing elbows.

Stepping past the ANBU Captain, she utilizes her foot to prop the door open more so than it had been originally, the Captain forgetting to give themselves privacy despite the lack of personnel within the Hokage Mansion. "Send for Suyashi-san, urgent matters call for his attention." she yells down the hallway, though with luck he may have been already in route to speak with her on another subject. Fate worked in mysterious ways after all and hopefully this was no exception to the clause.​

Sushi would be headed to the hospital as he finally compiled all of his research together from his mission. It was a few weeks since he'd been back and he'd not seen Mikasa, but he knew she was always such a busy body. Though, she would have to see him this time, but on his headset he would hear a call for him from the medical offices. So with a simple step he would suddenly appear on the floor. He was getting lightning fast with his fighting. a Zero Step as he would call it. Who cared though, right? Suyashi would look aloof to the situation before entering into the office... It looked as if someone didnt love this place. Dusty and old, like Maru's soul. Alas, Suyashi didnt know why he was called but looking between the two... There seemed to be alittle tension in the room. He could smell it... along with the dust in the room which ultimately caused Sushi to cough and sneeze a good bit.

"Ugh~ You rang Tsukasa-Sensei?", he'd give a slight wave to Yukio with his free hand, his opposite hand clutching his papers and documentations. Though he didnt know what to make of this, but this was supposed to be the Medical Sennin's Office. Mikasa's Office. However, why was it so dusty? It didnt make sense... How much time did she spend teaching? Though, that wasnt his business. He was to do as she told him and not think about anything out of his pay grade. He was a typical Soldier... but, with the free will to have a thought for himself. With Mikasa, he found himself not pushing things because she had a rhyme and reason behind things she said and did. Something he would not dispute. Nodding he would await the answers and responses.

Tilting his head back to the arrival of Sushi giving him a brief nod as welcome there was a pause as he waited for the door to close once more before speaking to the Sennin once more. "That I do, to bring you both up to speed now that we are all present this mission will be retrieval of the ANBU Sennin where ever he may have ended up in crater city however we do not know what has happened to him or who may have been involved to that end I am taking ever precaution required to make sure this all goes smoothly."

Leaning forward onto the desk his face was once of contemplation the cogs of his mind placing pieces together before speaking once more. "With this in mind i am taking those i know can cooperate as a team as well as showing they are capable in a fight should things come to that. I would rather not have us going in blind or attempting to get up to speed on the rather short trip we will be making there." Turning to address Suyashi once more Yukio knew this would come as rather sudden and out of the blue considering he had only just come home and may still be enjoying some time to see how things had changed.

"Though there isn't much time to go into detail, not that there is much of it, I assume you understand the gravity of the situation from the mission pretense. Thus why I call for you, alongside your friend Shinzo the pair of you stood against me to a rather impressive degree as well as finding yourself in the medical field something I have little doubt we will need during this mission. The final factor as to why i chose you is your Canine companions and your own abilities, to track someone via smell alongside my eyes should prove rather useful." Taking a quick breather before speaking again he wanted to go over every detail needed in as short a time as required for as more time passed the worse Maki's situation could get.

"For the third team member my mind is drawn to my fellow branch captain Manzo or Shinzo from the main branch, I trust both of them rather well and have seen what they are capable of at this moment in time. I would think of Kenshin however i do not know what our Hokage has in mind for him at this time though i would hope i can find out later."

 

[Tsukasa Mikasa]

The Medical Sennin would allow for the ANBU Captain to detail the mission for the duo, halting the honeydew blonde from speaking, merely swinging her arm outwards inches from his chest, "It is good to see you, Suyashi-san, unfortunately we will not have the time to chit chat as you can clearly gather." Mikasa pauses for a moment, "I assume you brought the paperwork from Kumogakure? Please, place the documents on the desk adjacent to me." she addresses with a firm pat on the shinobi's chest, "I can tell your time was well spent, but I have my own trial for you that will be vastly different from the ANBU Captain's." the maiden pauses to widen her grin.

"I have no doubt that my former student fully capable of providing you additional back up, however if the ANBU Sennin was captured then I will not risk any harm coming to the future of my branch. You are foolish to believe a non-Sennin is required. You are also mistaken in there only being one potential tracker in my branch." hastily her digits press against her lips to summon forth the ferocious beast, Jerfu. A thunderous howl would jolt the very furnish within the office, rattling the dull lamp on the tabletop as a crashing ensues, the window in the backdrop shattering as the earthern hued behemoth skids to a halt beside the summoner. Delicately her digits caress the underlining jaw of the pooch, "Jerfu, we are going on a mission to rectify the mistakes of comrades, although I believe he was most certainly caught off guard." Mikasa clarifies.

"Suyashi-san, it would appear you have exceeded my expectations thus far. Shocking, I know. I honestly thought you got lost in the mountainous regions despite your huge nose." the beast laughs, pressing his forehead against the Minamoto male, "Mikasa-san is stubborn, her mind is set. When I return I wish to challenge as you may finally give me a run for my yen!" he is nudged by the Sennin, "You don't possess any." she retorts, "I have yours." he responds immediately as the woman falls silent.

Waving her hand to and fro she clears her throat, "In my absence, Suyashi-san will be acting as Medical Chief as part of his examination. All you have to do is ensure the branch doesn't implode during my leave. Your initial testing phase followed by more when we return. Simple, no?" she widens her grin, bearing the weight of her palm upon the shoulder of the taller figure, "This will be your office, clean it up. Its extremely foul and I expect better out of you." the maiden chuckles faintly, shifting her attention to Yukio, "I wish for Sugihira Juko to attend us as well. A Sennin, ANBU Captain, and what I assume to be a blossoming ANBU in Training with another of your choice will suffice, no? I also wish to view the one I wished to join my branch during the student tournament growth."

Quite a bit to take in, however Mikasa was not foolish enough to risk Suyashi's future on the notion that the ANBU Sennin fell victim. It was beyond arrogant. The opportunity to test Suyashi's true merit for the branch was not an opportunity she could afford to pass by and she knew very well of her own capabilities. An experienced medical kunoichi would prove to be far more useful, especially one of her caliber and strength.

"Suyashi-san, I expect you to fix that window. I believe a part of my soul broke with it." she shakes her head as Jerfu looks away.

His eyes would widen as he would bow frantically to MIkasa and then Yukio his body wanting to jump with joy and out of his state, but his body would stay put and his body would lift a bit. "T-..Thank you Mikasa-senpai. I wont let you down... YOU WONT REGRET THIS!", nodding he would turn and head to the main level of the hospital without a seconds notice but with everything there would be a sense of accomplishment that came with this. Suyashi had potentially earned his way into the Sennin spot if things worked out in his favor. He just had to continue working his way up the ranks. It wasnt long before he would be on the High Council of the village only answering to the Hokage and Daimyo. Who knew! things would potentially pick up for Suyashi! He was going to be ready for this! Giving it everything he had!

Watching the exchange between those present seemed it would be a day of surprises though it was rather pleasant to have some good news rather than the wave of misfortune they had experienced thus far tilting his head to Mikasa with a slight chuckle. "Very well then it will be a pleasure and relief to have you and Jirfu by my side at this time and a congratulations to you Suyashi as always you exceed expectation, remind me a bit of myself in the old days." It was the first thing the Hyuuga had to smile about that day as the man walked out slumping back in the chair as a deep sigh left his lungs releasing the tension that had been building since the meeting.

"As much as it would seem like a good idea to get the trainees some field experience now is not that time, with one of our Sennin missing should things take a turn for the worst I would rather have those standing by my side be people who's combat abilities i know work in sync with the rest." With this matter it seemed the captain would not give ground, the fact a Sennin would be accompanying him was leeway enough as it was considering Takeshi would more than likely wish them to remain in the village at this time.

"As to what we know I wish I could give some detailed information as to what we could find there, however any I have sent out to investigate in the short time available have returned with nothing to inform meaning i need specialists for this mission." A slight tsk muttered under his breath was more than enough to show his annoyance to going in blind given his position the very thought irked him no matter how much it couldn't be helped. "Though no matter who we may come across while we are out there the main thing to keep in mind is the objective."

Though they were to act with haste the man wished to convey what little information he could before they headed out. "Given the team composition and who we are retrieving our main focus is getting both you and Maki back in one piece, Should anything happen to me out there steps have already been taken on my part for a replacement however that is simply a risk of the job." It wasn't that he thought Mikasa or Jirfu lacked ability or skill his mind was set of the task at hand and the variables that now came hand in hand with it. "Though this doesn't mean i will disregard my own well being that does not mean putting those who stand as the pillars of leaf as a secondary objective to my own safety."
