As the Sandrunner continued her way to the the Village Hidden in the Leaves she would maintain her high speeds nonstop since leaving Sunagakure. The message she carried was from the 12th Kazekage and would requires the Hokage to open due to the seal that the scroll had upon it. If opened the scroll would simply say:

Declare the title bestowed on you.
A King or Queen of ruling right,
Is the only one granted with sight.
Place your hand and state your role,
If be a Kage, you'll gain the contents of this scroll.

And somewhere in the distant lands of Sunagakure sat a grinning Kazekage who thought that this jutsu formulation was a fun way to send this message.

 

[Sazuki Nao]

Nao would be walking towards the gate where the sandrunner made a halt. "An unusual messenger...." he muttered as he carefully got close and noticed the seal on it. "Hmm..." He was one up in higher and would open up the scroll. "Why does this almost smell of Asuka..." He muttered as he saw the riddle on the inside and closed it off. Walked towards the Hokage tower with it before opening it once more, halting in his steps. "Sazuki Nao, Sennin"

As Nao would claim his title the words would melt into ink and rearrange into the following message.

Lord Takeshi,

My name is Chikamatsu Shin, Overseer of the Medical Clan of Sunagakure no Sato known as the Chikamtsu and previous Medical Chief of Research and Development for the Omni Prime Medical Facility, and we have been declared the twelfth Kazekage. It is our understanding that communications between the villages were underway when the previous Kazekage stepped down.

To assist in these discussions we are assigning Sunagakure no Sato's newly appointed Sennin of Education, Uchiha Asuka, as an ambassador and delegate between our great nations. Please expect our Sennin to arrive within the next few weeks to continue these negotiations!

As the scroll was retrieved Uma would puff into smoke, returning back to her realm.

Nao would look at the words that had been shifting in front of him. "Fun way... But words in here are troublesome too... Guess we shall see where her loyalty lies." he would comment before rolling up the scroll, look at how the creature disappeared and he would walk off to the hokage tower. As advisor, sennin and person... He found this a difficult thing.
