The letter that was surrounded by natural energy would finally make its way to Leaf Village. From a normal shinobi, they would realize that this letter had a strong connection to nature energy and could even smell the scent of an ocean breeze.

To whoever finds the letter in their possession, it will simply say this until a small burst of chakra is expelled to show if the individual is a Sennin or a kage level shinobi.

This is an important message from Cloud's ANBU Sennin, Nereid. This message cannot be read in full until recognized by someone with a chakra signature of a Sennin or higher.

Takeshi looked at the arrival of a letter it seemed that this was just another day for him as he allowed himself to walk over to the messages taking the list of ones that had been marked for a Sennin or above, it allowed him to at least make sure that he was keeping on top of everything. With the letters in his hand for the day he nodded to the guard and turned on his heels heading back out of the posting letting the Shinobi get back to their work without him bothering them.
