Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

[col]Burning, burning, burning.

Their hands grasped at the man before them, flames licking at their skin and consuming the bastard’s face.

Sweet screaming. Such sweet screaming, though they could not enjoy it when all Aka saw was red.

“Poor children, let me take care of you,” he had said in such sweet, false tones.

He had seen them wandering the desert. The man thought them harmless, if not odd; two children malformed at birth and cast away, most likely. And he pretended to show pity and gave them food. But they knew the drugs; felt as it went through their system after eating the overdone meat. And they had shrugged it off like it was nothing.

(Being guinea pigs for a long while had it’s uses; namely, a great immunity to such weak and pathetic concoctions.)

That did not mean they would let him get away with it, of course.

Aka held no remorse.

They had walked for hours, weak and hungry and confused, through the harsh desert. There had been no semblance of civilization in sight until they wandered on to a campsite. He had been a traveling merchant, a slave trader, and had thought a freak show like them would fetch a pretty penny one way or the other.

The man tried to hurt them, take them and this was the last mistake he would ever make.

It was too late when he realized what lay in store for him. The man stank of fear, bladder failing him, and both sister and brother couldn’t help the grins that stretched across their faces. Anger and madness painted the smiles a touch bitter but there was an underlying sense of satisfaction for the meal laid before them.

(And it was oh so truly tempting to feast on the other human for they were still quite hungry.)

Aka didn’t stop even as flesh and bone melted under their touch. If anything, their hate and anger grew, going on until the slave trader was nothing but ash in the wind. Lost, lost forever in the sands. The fire in their hands and in their two hearts kept on burning, even when the man was nothing.

The only thing that stopped them was the sensation of pain as their own flames started to burn off the skins of their palms, seeking and hungry.

It was difficult – as everything was these days, ever since they had been joined together – to make the fire disappear.

But they managed. Eventually.

Clutching their hands to their chest, the twins’ stifled sobs filled the now empty campsite.

No doubt their flesh would knit itself back soon. But that didn’t make the pain any better.

(It only makes things worst that they were people of the water and they hated fire so.)

Aka didn’t like this pain; things that hurt though it drew no blood. And as the pain refused to leave just yet, it felt it’s ire return though sister and brother tried to take back the reigns.
