Reboot card update

A small, change has been made to the ASP shop item for the reboot card.
This is after a question was raised on some parts of the functionality, this being what can you do with the stat points you've saved up. Whether they may be converted to either ASP or stats as decided upon.
And the vote concluded with yes, if you say use the reboot card, and you save your stats.
Then after however long, you might want to return the saved points, to your current character or return to the old character, when that happens those stat points aren't gone to waste if they exceed the maximum, and you may even decide to keep your stats as they are and convert everything to ASP. They're your points.

Point being this might be the only way you can convert stats back to ASP from your original training. But it is also a very expensive solution to do so. But it is there at least.
To be specific, these are the two lines added to the rules for the reboot card:

• When undoing a reboot and your gained stats exceeds the limit of your stats those points are reverted to ASP.
• When undoing a reboot, you're free to do with the stat points as you please. In cases where you just want ASP instead of your old stored stats, this is okay.
