Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

A short time after his awakening Sabaku decided that if he was ever to become a great shinobi he would need to start the recovery process, First on the list seemed to be learning to walk. At first this seemed an impossible task, his muscles had all but rotted away. Each step more painful then the last. This went on for about 2 weeks before he was able to stand without assistance. A great achievement but not the end of his journey.

Another week rolls on by, Sabaku has been able to walk with little assistance other then a cane. He felt silly having to use such a device, though he knew that it was necessary. He was now learning to control his chakra again, and with the help of hissori it proved easier. With a little chakra network rework done and some determination Sabaku was able to nearly fully control his chakra again, now being able to utilize it for his training exercises.

Another week goes on by, now venturing into the courtyard and practicing his signs, his ninjutsu was weak but at least it worked. This was something he would have to work on for a while to be able to regain the muster he had before. But before to long he was throwing bolts of energy here and there to the point of Hissori nearly beating him back into a coma.

A few more weeks go on like this, struggling then overcoming the obstacle to regain strength long lost. Today was a good day, they had set up a obstacle course of sorts to test his aptitude and progress, if he passed with a 90 or better he would be released for active duty. The course crude and simple but still a test none the less for Sabaku and his "condition". He readied himself at the start line and waited for Hissoris motion to start.

With a loud bang the race was off, though this race only had one participant. Ducking past fake kunais being thrown at him and dodging the rubber axes that swung past him, sabaku was clearly making decent headway. Though he did not see the pitfall hidden with leaves, perhaps he was to excited or was simply not up to par with the senses he once had. Either way he fell, he did manage to react fast enough to grip the sides of the wall and climb his way back out. After a few more jumps, ducks and duels with training dummys he finished the course. Hissori announced that he scored a 91, passing barely but a pass still.

Though it seems that they had one more test for him, before Sabaku was injured he was quite fast. They wanted to see if the speed was still there. So he placed a bell at one end of the courtyard and and Buru line up beside Sabaku. It seemed the test was to beat Buru to the bell. They were sure that Buru would win considering he was a great ninja dog, not many students would be fast enough to outrace this beast. They were given the signal to start and off they went, Buru was very fast, to fast for Sabaku. Buru began to pull ahead of him and he started to fear he would lose... but it was then when his control kicked back in, with a slight blur he warped forward and past buru directly to the bell, grabbing it he turned and warped all the way back to Hissori.

It seemed Sabaku had made a near full recovery, it took about a month or so but it was done. He would be able to return to the life he once had. Be able to become the greatest shinobi this world has ever seen... and with quite a story behind it as well. As Sabaku gathered his things he wondered where he would go, certainly not home...He wanted to see what had changed in the three years he was gone.

And so he set forth down the road, to seek out new adventure and thrills along the way. Sabaku's journey had nearly come to a halt, but now it is stronger and more fierce then ever... What waits for Sabaku in the future is uncertain, but whatever it may be Sabaku will be ready...
