Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Now it should be mentioned that Tama was never considered a "bad" student, rather "selectively motivated" would have been a better term to describe it. During her time in the academy she actively participated in the physical and practical courses, while either sleeping or skipping lectures on theory and history and the like. Now again, this wasn't due to a hatred of textbooks, or a lack of understanding of the material, but simply due to the fact that lectures were boring. Having been active and running about from the day she was born, simply sitting and listening to someone talk for hours on end could not hold her attention for very long. When it came to learning Tama would first read the book and then try to emulate it on her own. This had resulted in more than a few burned-down tents for the Mochizuki troupe, not mention temporary (somewhat) hair color change for her sister Kimiki, and endless troubles for her brother Tomo. But the first step was getting Tama interested in something, interested enough to the point that she would willingly enter the library.

Tama hated the place, it was too quiet, too stuffy, and too overly concerned about menial things like damages to windows and tables nd other such things. But here she was searching for a book again, to help reach the next level. Barfight-sennin didn't want to see my new abilities, because they were too unimpressive. I'll show him and find an even more impressive technique that he won't be able to dismiss so easily. That bully Kazuhiko too, I'll show him to tease me like that. little did she know that at the time she had met Masao at the gates, his chakra was sealed away, meaning he wasn't capable of testing her new ability. Still, even a false motivation is good for a selectively motivated person, no?

Tama came across a book in the reference section titled, Secrets of the Abyss: A Scholar's Take On the Discipline Of the Void by Aikantoreto Yudyudato Sutafuakusu. What a stupid name, was Tama's initial thought as she pulled the book of its shelf. "Well, it's a place to start," she said quietly. When training with her uncle Tomoyo she remembered him saying something about her fighting style and abilities being more suited towards that of suppression and interruption. Specifically he had said, "Hmm, Void techniques suit your personality, you tend to interrupt anybody and everybody in order to draw attention to yourself." Tama had taken it as a compliment, completely ignoring the snide tone it which it had been spoken. So she opened the book up to the first page to begin reading.
It can be said that practitioners of the Void disciplines tend to emulate to tenets of their fighting style in their personalities. Interruption, suppression of dissenting opinion, and a constant need for attention are quite common aspects of the Void practitioner's personality.

Somehow, this guy makes me want to punch him, Tama thought to herself. Still she continued reading.
Still, this book is meant to enlighten the reader as to the specific techniques and of the Void. The fuel for these techniques come from the the peculiar way Void Adepts manipulate their own chakra. The most notable example of this peculiar chakra control their ability to outright negate the ninjutsu of their opponents. This is achieved by reading the opponents chakra signature and producing one in direct opposition to it. While this ability seems quite unbelievable it should be noted that....

Interesting! This guy does have something intelligent to say after all. Tama thought to herself. She had never given thought to how she was able to do things like cancel ninjutsu, perhaps studying this basic element of Void chakra control could help her take her skills to the next level. She snapped the book closed and moved to the desk to check it out.
