This cat was agile that much was quickly surmised as his body motioned from rooftop to rooftop, keeping a close eye on the target. It moved in a pattern most humans would have trouble mimicing, adjusting itself almost mid-air and kicking off the edges of buildings or pipes to continue it's path. The nighttime environment didn't truly help his case either which was even more of an advantage for the feline but one he had a way of equalizing. Motioning off the edge of a nearby rooftop, Hosuto would extend his right arm, a small insect which had scurried from beneath his coat's sleeve revealing small wings. This insect was a female of the kikaichu species and would serve him in this next plan well. Correcting his path, Hosuto momentarily crossed an area with the feline, remaining overhead so that he stayed under the radar however the bug had taken flight and quickly found itself nestling within the cats fur. Squatting calmly, he'd wait a few moments before standing to enable a quick catch of breath and strategy formation. His task had been a simply track and relay mission within the village, to follow an old ladies cat and come back with details on where it was sneaking off to in the night.
Raising both his palms outwards, a small amount of male kikaichu were released into the air and would disperse around him before suddenly taking off in one unified direction. He had no trouble following his host as these male bugs were so in-tune with the pheromone produced by the female that they would be able to track whomever it was attached to for some distance. As he neared a clearly, his eyes focused upon the cat which stood at the edge of picket styled fence. Appearing on the ground level, his eyes glanced from around a corner watching as the cat pawed at a board that was slightly loose. His interest peeked when the board after being pawed a couple of times slid slightly to the right and the cat squeezed through the hole. Giving it a few moments, Hosuto would approach the fence and slightly look over it which made him come face to face to why the cat was disappearing at night.
Within the brush of the yard there was another cat and what looked to be three or four smaller kittens. Hosuto blinked beneath his shades a few times before simply turning and leaving the scene. That was the plight of the cat, it had gone out and made a family nothing more or less. A gentle exhale flowed from his lips before he propelled himself upwards onto the rooftop.
It was time for him to report this..
