Aaaah the park; a place of relaxation, fun, picnics, and family. It was family that drove him here today, a line drive, to be exact. His sister had swatted him hard enough that he sailed out off the banister from doing a head spin that he was tumbling end-over before doing a 50/50 grind across a tree branch, flipping about and ollieing out to land face-down-assup in a heap groaning at his woeful plight. He was outside, that was kinda all that mattered to be honest. Hopping up after a moment, the grinning young genin dusted his overly neon attire off and rolled his shoulders looking honestly, no worse for the wear despite the one block tumble. Sure there were scrapes and he was going to have a nasty bruise or twelve; but he seemed not to mind apparently while his glittering dark eyes flickered about eagerly to see what he could do today!
There was an awesomely diverse crowd, so, why not perform for them!
He did a little hop, getting just under a foot off the ground for his legs to do a slow motion in an elpis before they twisted and his body managed a ripple like he was a helix as he landed.
And he was off. The light show started up as his feet slid across the ground, he looked as though he were trying to walk backwards but moved forward diagonally "strutting" his stuff, the vibrant puffs of plasma rising up from the tops of his feet in twists and curls while the shadow beneath them rippled and bent in the opposite directions. As the beat in his head broke down; the walking light show amped himself up, twisting and bending at odd angles while puffs or swirls of dazzling plasma came out from between his hands as he slapped them together, creating part of a beat while his legs and body provided the "melody". Sort of. Regardless, he wound up dancing his way across most of the part eliciting looks of 'the hell is wrong with him', maybe even some 'okay, that's cool looks'? But who knows who was watching! Ashura was slightly in his own little world with his shadow dance troupe twisting and spiraling around on the ground despite the 'rain'. It just added to the effects since his shadows became almost three dimensional with the use of the falling sands.
Motes tended to get caught in the blowback from the plasma, turning them into grains of glistening glass, sparking and reflecting some of the light from the plasma where he went. In the end, he wound up in one spot with his grove, dancing his heart out in a smooth and chill tempo instead of his usual hyperactive jitter. At the very end, he did another twist with his body, but with the sands it looked like he was doing some kind of awkward contortion into a double helix with a shadow before he flopped on the ground. It was hard dancing like that, his muscles were slightly screaming at him; it was easy to jump about and go nuts but for something slow and controlled, damn was he sore!
