There was a large crowd gathering around the area, rumors had it that someone had gathered information which could lead to flight something many had fantasies regarding. He was a curious sort and to be put on this kind of mission was just his cup of tea, the young child scurried happily through the crowds interacting and mingling with various people trying to figure out just what the hub-bub was truly about. That was when he crossed paths with an elderly woman whom shared his giddy behavior for the whole subject and began to explain to him varied thoughts she had on what it could all be or even look like. The duo would energetically share ideas, some viable which were mainly from the woman and some outlandish which were mainly from him.
It was then that at the very heart of the mob that blankets of confetti and horns sounded off and the crowd parted to reveal a single cloaked man with a book in his hand. He began to speak and talk about how he had varied ideas about chakra and it's applications, some which were interesting and others which could easily be seen as quite dark. That was when he revealed his grand contraption, a small glider that theoretically could be used with wind based chakra to stay afloat for a small amount of time. This would be similar to how a kite would work in effect, his energy spiked suddenly as the crowd would begin to leave and disperse leaving only him and the old woman.
"Amazing huh..."
The woman would simply nod before trotting off only after giving the boy a treat of a small rice ball.
