Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Mission Name: Taking Out The Trash
Mission Type: Solo
Mission Rank: E
Objective: The kitchens have finished the dinner rush. We'd like to go home on time for a change! Seriouly, I'm getting to old for this crap. So if you'd be so kind as to send over someone to haul out today's leftovers that'd be grand. No Akimichi please... that escalated quickly last time..

Tiers
Remove a small army's worth of scraps to the trash shoots.

Mission Leader: Midori Majo
Participants: Just me.
Mission Mod: None, solo.

Midori had barely gotten a power nap in before it was time to go again. Returning to The Red Light he made his way to the kitchen again. He could the red light now emanating from the crystals above to be both haunting and beautiful. Knocking on the back door of the kitchen, he was greeted by the same chef as before.

“Hah, you poor sap.” He said

Dropping a set of keys in Midori’s hands, he spoke again.

“I want every bag dragged out to the trash shoot behind you.. and lock up this door when you’re done.” He explained

Dropping a smaller pouch of yen than earlier into Midori’s hands, the chef lit up a smoke and walked off into the night. Pulling a scarf above his nostrils, he entered the kitchen. The smell was perplexing to say the least. On one hand he could smell the delicious remnants of the days culinary delights. On the other, the smells did not blend well together.

The bags of scraps were as large as or larger than himself – but at least the burlap bags were strong. Dragging the bags one at a time out to the trash shoot Midori pilled them up neatly. Yes, he was tired and he intended to streamline this process. How could one establishment produce this much waste?! And what waste – half the scraps could have easily been repurposed and donated to the less fortunate. Midori made a mental not to bring this up to the city council when he got the chance. It took well over an hour to get all the bags out to the trash shoot. Sitting down to catch his breath Midori was exhausted. If only he was old enough for caffeine!

Taking a nearby bar of lumber Midori propped the hatch to the trash shoot open. Like a pole-vaulter, he took a running start and heaved the bags one by one into the shoot. Midori couldn’t help but giggle at the comical nature of his work. If he wasn’t careful he himself would have taken a ride down the trash shoot.

Smelling like the foul end of a sand worm was worth perhaps more than the small sum of yen he had just earned.. but beggars couldn’t be choosers and he had more than tripped his allowance for this week in just one day. Walking to the back of the kitchen once more Midori scrubbed himself raw. It was no use, he stank to high hell. Chuckling, he resigned to just taking a bath upon returning home. Walking back out to the alleyway Midori locked the back door with a solid click. Pausing for several moments Midori realized he should have locked the door, left the keys inside – and then closed the door. Squeezing the key ring in the crack at the base of the door he kicked till they sailed inside. Wiping his hands off on his shorts he smiled and counted his pay just to be sure. All there – time to call it a day. Carefully and briskly Midori made his way home.
