The Maw of Barnyx
The entry into Sungakure is through the great lift which is housed by the exoskeleton of the great sandworm Barynx who was vanquished by the First Men. It is the entry point and the exit point into Sungakure. The great lift can be split into a number of smaller platforms descending at various speeds pending the stomach of those who travel. For years the skeletal structure has remained intact and has shown absolutely no signs of deteriorating.
In order to locate the Maw, one must find the entry/exit point - which is a slab of earth, crafted so delicately, into an impressively large gate. The gate, the large slab, was designed so as to when it would open up; it would open in a spiral formation. Once opened, the visitor would be accompanied into the 'Throat of the Maw' and from there, would be taken down into the Village hub. The structure, which is noticeable at a mile radius, can be entered if the on-guard shinobi at the time is presented with a valid passport and/or some other verification of identity; stamped by whatever superior, or authority figure, who granted access to said shinobi to travel.
When one is allowed entry to the Village, they are to proceed down through the structure of the sandworm with an escort, until they have been enabled to leave. When in the Village one must not attack another Sunan shinobi unjustly, however be expected to prove that your motivates were purely defensive and in no way malicious. Additionally, those allowed entry to the Sunan Village are not allowed to steal sensitive documents, kidnap Sunan citizens, kill Sunan citizens and shinobi alike.
If caught on sight of a crime scene expect to be taken to the Obsidian Palace for immediate interrogation. If found guilty, the accused party will spend a period of time held as a prisoner.
