Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Takeshi knelt into the ground as he allowed his hands to trail across the ground into the muddy footprint. Feeling the ground, it was clear that this had only just happened. Rain poured down onto the cloak of the Captain as he looked up into the clearing. The weather wasn’t helping matters but at the same time he knew that this mission was of importance to the village. It was clear enough when he had been dispatched to achieve the result that they wanted. Lightning crashed across the sky overhead with a rumble from the sky as he looked around.

It was clear the man had been cracked, broken branches and twigs around the group showed that much easily enough. Following the lead, he allowed his feet to keep pace as he sprinted forward before skidding to a stop at a clearing. His eyes looked around scanning the clearing, hearing the clashing noise of the all too familiar weapons on weapons. A small cabin that sat silent seemed to be the host of the commotion. Seeing the small group that seemed to be fighting the ANBU Captain narrowed down his target the single man keeping at bay the group that had attacked him.

It seemed that the rumours that this man was being chased by bandits was true. He allowed a small smirk to come to his lips at that moment in time, knowing full well that he had to react fast and it wouldn’t be pretty. The man had experience watching his moves and him fighting showed that much already he allowed himself to hold his own against his opponents. Takeshi burst forward from the bushes, behind the mask was the clear red eyes shining through the holes in the mask. One man turned around to come at the Captain, his kunai flung out to slash at the man’s chest.

Takeshi ducked under the oncoming black as he allowed his elbow to come up to snap the man’s arm, feeling the elbow break instantly in a second knowing full well that his cries of pain was something he didn’t need to be concerned about. Allowing his hands to come together he breathed in before allowing the flames to erupt up the man’s clothes covering him in fire in a split second. His screams echoed around in the split second before he collapsed to the ground, it seemed the surprise attack had worked for the first man. Let’s see how he faired against the rest of them.

The Jounin seemed to handle himself fine, it almost seemed like this mission wasn’t an issue. His fighting was taking them out slowly and that combined with the fresh Captain joining the fray saw the fight begin to end quickly with more and more bodies coming down to the muddy ground. Breathing heavily the Uchiha looked around at the bodies, he didn’t have time to admire his handy work as his hands came up deflecting the fist flying his way, spinning backwards to avoid the follow up boot that would have sent him sprawling.

“Wow hold up here. I am sent by Leaf to offer assistance and protection”

The man was still swinging as the Uchiha tried to speak, though he began to slow down and stop. It seemed that his mind was slowly processing the information that the new fighters was here to help and that was all. Though the group of bandits had been crashed out, the bodies would begin to attract attention the man knew he didn’t have that many options that much was clear. As he began to stop and allow his breathing to slow down as if taking this time to catch his breath with ease.

“Identify yourself now, or we go back to fighting simple”

The man’s voice was harsh and direct, though retired he had just proven to the Captain that his abilities were still at peak performance. That much was clear, he didn’t want to risk anything and studied the situation quickly before deciding to speak. Rain dripping on the two men soaking them as the sky continued to roar its defiance to the world. Trees rustling behind them and shaking as lightning shot from the sky plunging into the earth.

“I am the ANBU Captain from leaf, I was sent as we found the bandits had been hunting you. I am here to escort you to the village nothing more nothing less. Just a job from the council and I am willing to take it”

His voice cold as always as he spoke, knowing full well it was always better to be direct when speaking to these types of people. It was something that worked for him in the past and he hoped would work well for him now. But it was a case of seeing how the man spoke and replied.

“Well it seems this has worked in our favour. Let’s take you up on your offer we can go to the village and see what happens. Nothing else understood?”

Takeshi nodded back to the man’s words, as he looked around to make sure the clearing was empty. It seemed that everyone had stopped looking for them or the bandits had come in numbers and already ran out of the correct numbers. Takeshi watched the man head back into the cabin for a few seconds pondering if he was about to bolt that cause of fear was soon eradicated as the man came back out with a back pack on. Knowing full well that he had packed and was ready the Captain nodded.

Though the trip didn’t take long at all, the man kept quiet it was one of those most annoying things in his life. At least after fighting to help him the conversation could have gone better. That didn’t matter though it was a mission. He would get paid as the gates came into view it was clear that at least that much came into plane sight. Takeshi watched the retired shinobi head out and into the gates safe behind the walls of the village for now it would seem.
