Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

As was, from an outsider's perspective, disturbingly normal Osuteno, the littlest of Mednin, was down in the morgue. He spent as much time with the dead as he did with the living these days taking care of appointments in his earlier hours and handling the dead once the number of patients died down. Today he was taking over another doctor's duty of sorting through and collecting from today's organ donors. While their deaths were unfortunate Osu had been at this job for nearly fours now so the preteen was able to go on with his duty wearing a calm expression.

The first donor... was completely unusable. A 36-year-old Akimichi Bloodline Genin with an absurd medical record. He had a heart attack in the middle of his 13th Chuunin exam. He had apparently used his bloodline as an excuse for his poor diet choices and never really put much effort into exercise. His family was so ashamed that there is a note in the record that the family doesn't even want his ashes back so he was to take anything so that the man could at least be useful in death. Despite the morgue already not being the warmest place Osu felt the room get colder just reading the note.

Still... What exactly was he supposed to do with this guy? Optometry has been asking for some regular eyeballs so that is an option. Since today Osu was in charge by default the judgement lay on him. With a sigh he made a note to take the eyes and for the body to be cremated afterwards. It was rare for a bloodline body to be cremated but the morgue wasn't exactly short on Akimichi bodies since they weren't in high demand and honestly... This wasn't the best source material for DNA and would be taking up valuable room.

Moving on to the next body Osu found that this man was just as bad a candidate as the previous. While the 32-year-old Chuunin was fit and died not from disease but from combat he was a smoker and alcoholic from a very young age and his body reflected that on the inside. It didn't help that most of his exterior had been ruined in his final moments as well.

Moving quickly on to the next body he was surprised to see they were pretty young. Sure she was older than him at 17 but as a young chuunin she was a rare sight for the morgue... Head trauma while training alone. Things like that did happen occasionally. They had found her before she died but her mind was already gone, Young, healthy, strong and was freshly removed from life support and died about an hour ago. Perfectly clean medical record and no notable problems in family history.

Putting the other two out of his mind Osu wheeled her over to the surgery table. Aside from her cracked head everything seemed in order. He radioed the nurses to bring him various organ collection boxes and for an assistant right before he began his work. Slowly cutting the young woman open as carefully as if she were still breathing Osu began sawing away at her ribs, Heart, lungs, kidneys, marrow, some bone, muscle samples, nerve bundles for experiments he sought examined and carefully removed anything and everything than could be used. He took some skin but not much since the family had requested if they could have the body back for burial rites. He might actually go back and reevaluate that one Akimichi fellow for a large amount of skin collection. Raiden knew the absurd number of burn victims they got could use some.

After Osu collected all he felt could be collected from the woman without damaging her exterior he maintained close enough to her original shape with some prosthetic supports he had made for practice and experimentation, which took him a bit longer since he had to cut and adjust the rib sizes, and sowed her back up cleanly. Though she looked a bit skinnier than before it wasn't terribly noticeable. He did manage to cut an extraordinary amount of time while removing and replacing the fluids from her body since the unprotected blood could be near instantaneously collected. She was the same blood type as Osu surprisingly which also meant that without checking the quality of it it was unfortunately unnecessary. Considering that he basically held a one man blood drive every two weeks so O Rh D negative was actually in excess.

He had about four more bodies to evaluate but it seemed that aside from the young woman not much here would be useful in saving someone's life. Poor life choices and combat destruction limited the number of useful parts greatly.
