Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The young, pale haired child slowly made his way through the area dubbed the Red Lights, given for the blood hued lights that bathed the location. It was obvious that he was out of his element as his hands wrung each other almost excessively. His eyes were wide and never stayed on a single thing for too long, but instead wandered over everything nearby, as if attempting to tell if it meant him any harm or not. He had been curious as to what this particular area held in the way of... Well, anything. The Black Bazaar was too dangerous for him, he felt, and he didn't think he was ready. It felt like a simple fact: he'd be kidnapped and taken far too quickly for his liking.

As he walked, he felt the eyes of someone.... Someone that simply stared. And they didn't leave, even as he turned corner after corner. He looked around, and realized he was thoroughly lost.... Which wasn't good. He hazarded a glance behind him, and attempted to seem as nonchalant as possible, like he simply wanted to look at something he'd passed.

It was a grizzled, dirty man that stared, that had followed him. The boy's frowned deepened, as if he were confused by that fact, but it was simply his own fear. He looked around for a second, and noticed a particularly bright building in the distance. He couldn't see inside of it, but there was a broadly built man that stood by the door, much bigger than the boy's stalker. But, the distance between Masaru and that building was too far to walk and not be caught by the creeper.

He looked behind himself once again, the man closer because of his long-legged stride. He turned back to face the direction he walked, clenched his jaw, then bolted. A shout behind him caused him to assume it was either the stalker himself or some individual in the stalker's way that had done it, but he didn't stop to look. His nearly diminutive size (compared to many of the others around him, anyway) allowed him to weave and dart through the crowd of people, whereas his chaser had to shove and push to get past.

The chase seemed to last seconds, which was true if one had timed it. Masaru darted behind who was assumed to the bouncer, the big man at the door, and shoved his way inside, though as soon as he was in, he stopped coolly, as if this had always been his destination. He took a few seconds to control his breath before he walked forward and looked for a seat in the slightly crowded bar.
