Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Another laborious request, the girl thought. It was simple, but for an aspiring shinobi this was just outright ridiculous. They want her to do a request from a grocery store. They needed her to fill in for an employee who quit and one who got sick from fatigue, and now they need a young hand to take over temporarily. Satsuki really wanted to speak her mind out but wasn't stupid enough to. Orders were orders and obedience was a lesson that was taught at the very first day of ninja school. This was her problem, the girl was naturally anti-establishment. Even at this early stage of her life she was already deviant and defiant even in the smallest of ways. That's the reason why she was always a troublemaker. Well, not always, not until after the tragedy that struck her small and simple family. The tragedy that she will carry throughout her life, even after she gets her resolve in the future.

The girl's face was monotonous as she walked the streets of the village. She has learned how to mute out a lot of things, especially those who lambast her with the sins of her parents. She was starting to become numb, or maybe just starting to develop that ideal that she doesn't give a damn anymore. Her thumb toying with the small parchment, the request, that small document as she entered the establishment. It smelled of plastic and paper and fish and sausages and people. This was going to be stressful, the girl thought, as she walked up to the person in the counter.

"You've requested an extra hand from the Embassy?" not much of a query. Satsuki handed the small paper to the man, who took a second to go over the document and nodded.

The man notioned for her to follow him to the back room. She was briefed with everything she needed to know. It was very basic; make sure the shelves are stocked, the perishables are watched over from time to time, and assist the customers if she sees that they need assistance, those kinds of things. The girl donned her apron, three sizes big for her. Apparently 'small' wasn't really small. She needed something 'children' sized, but she didn't really put any thought into it as she went to work immediately. It was both tiring and repetitive, something that easily bored the young girl. She didn't mind the labor but doing the same thing over and over again, saying the same things repetitively, she didn't see herself doing that her entire life. There was no sense of adventure in such dead-end jobs. After a three hour extension from the normal shift she left the place with a bag full of groceries in hand. The owner was nice enough to give her some besides the food. Satsuki made her way slowly back home. The Embassy can wait for the documentation in the morning. She was tired.
