Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

It was an early morning and Hayato had gone to the embassy, looking to see if there were any missions that his current level of ability would be suitable to attempt. He had been a student for a while, and figured that it was high time that he began to put himself to work, his wallet was looking pretty pitiful and he needed to pull in some yen! As Hayato approached the door, a harried looking man bumped into him and all but bit his head off - "Watch where you're goin' ya clumsy punk!" - before hurrying past him and into the embassy. Hayato shook his head, 'Old fool.' he thought to himself, and entered the embassy. He hadn't ever come here before, but he assumed this was a slow day, only a few shinobi came or went while what he assumed was the administrative staff went on about their business. There was also a smattering of people he assumed were clients judging from there clothing and open, defenseless posture, speaking with the staff or else waiting quietly to be seen. Except for the rude harried looking man shouting at the clerk - "What am I SUPPOSED to do?! All my delivery boys are out sick! It don't matter how many pizzas I make, or how perfect they're made if I got no one to deliver 'em!".

The clerk looked as if she were getting a headache and looked sternly at the man, "Sir! There is a line, just over there, when it is your turn we can see you about - " she had suddenly spotted Hayato watching the exchange silently. "You! Young man! Are you a student with the academy?".

"Yes mam."

All the tightened lines of her face relaxed as she turned to face the rude man, "Here you are sir, this young man should suffice for what you need!"

The man looked taken aback, his head swiveled, looking between Hayato and the clerk. His face reddened slightly, but he didn't talk back. "Fine!" He paid the clerk the fees and turned to face Hayato, "Lets go boy!" and stormed out of the room. Hayato followed his client, giving the man's back a disgusted look. When they got to shop Hayato recognized it as a popular delivery joint. As soon as he opened the door, the client set him to prepping boxes for pizza while he readied batch after batch of dough. After nearly an hour, the other cook showed up and they began to take orders over the phone. "BOY! Take these to address on the top box!" he promptly shoved six pizza boxes into Hayato's hands.

Giving the client a firm reassuring nod, he quickly read the address loaded them into the carrying case and took off at a sprint. The day carried on in this fashion with no pause for rest or respite. He was shocked at just how much pizza his village went through, after all, this was only one pizza delivery place, and he could think of several others who were, presumably, just as busy as they were. As the day wore on he steadily lost the feeling in his feet from the pounding they were taking while he ran nonstop throughout the city.

Sweaty and exhausted, he padded down the street toward the pizza shop, he had just finished his last delivery and was enjoying the simple sensation of not running. For the first time he realized how late it had gotten, it was dark and the street lights had begun to flicker into life. The whole day was just a blur and now that it was over he was looking forward to returning to the embassy and getting paid before going home and getting some sleep. When he entered the shop, the client and the other cook looked tired but happy with the days work, they were smiling and joking about some of the antics of the day as they cleaned their work stations. When the client saw him, he gestured Hayato to the back. When he got around the counter, Hayato saw another pizza and inwardly groaned - 'Not another one!' - and nodded, "Where to?"

The client shook his head, "Nah, this ones for you, ya did good today boy, we couldn't have done it without ya! Now go! Enjoy the pizza, and thanks."

Hayato took the pizza with a quick grin and sat outside and devoured every slice! When he finished, he went home, 'I'll get my pay in the morning' he thought.
